The rooms are much larger than many other places. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Mom made friends right away. She likes the food also. She was afraid she wouldn't like it. They are willing to make you something else if you don't want it. Its in a quiet area. Also it was more affordable than many others.

The new administration have make lots of improvements in the condition of the facility. More human. We are so greatful for all the changes made. Mom loves her magic room and the stuff is so friendly that she feels safe and happy.

The care is excellent. The tenured team knows what they are doing, and they treat everyone with kindness and respect. We feel completely at peace knowing our loved one is safe, happy and well cared for.

Choosing an assisted living community can be hard, but Brookdale Sussex Made it easy. From day one, we could feel the love and dedication of the staff. They take the time to really know each resident- their likes, dislikes, routines, and personality- which makes it feel so personal and comfortable.

Absolutely Wonderful new Management on Board. This place has turned around here in the last few months. My mom says new staff and manager are great. They must have gotten bought out. Big Difference when you walk in the door.

It’s been such a rewarding experience volunteering at Brookdale Sussex! Whether it be playing Bingo with the residents, dying Easter Eggs or singing holiday carols, fun is had by the entire community. I love the atmosphere that feels so much like home.

The staff and environment at Sage Meadows is just wonderful and what my Dad needs. The care and authenticity of the staff members who interact and care with my Dad and our family is so reassuring as we know he is being taken care of. He loves all the activities and the beautiful grounds around the residence that bring birds to his feeders and offer a deer sighting too! We are truly grateful for being able to have our Dad at Sage Meadows.

The common areas, dining, etc. was very clean. The cleanliness of my loved one's apartment fell a little bit short of our expectations. The staff are friendly, engaging, and they treat the residents as real people, as their friends. They don't act fake. They genuinely care about the residents and doing their job the best they can.

Very clean, always get a smile from staff and residents they are all very caring, I am always able to reach out to the care givers, care lead or management if I need any help or have any questions, I am so happy that I found you guys and that you were able to help me when I needed it the most. you guys are doing a great job with my grandma and the other residents. keep it up.

My Mother has been a resident of Sage Meadow of Lake Geneva for about 8 months. She speaks very highly of the staff and how hard they work. The Facility is very clean and the meals are excellent. She loves her room and the views of the grounds.

Our experience with Ramsey Woods has been really good so far, the people are absolutely perfect, pleasant and so nice to you. They pay attention to the people there and all of their needs, the nurses are on call through phone or video chat 24/7. The cooks try to make what people like and all the food is homemade. They do make a variety in case there is something a resident doesn't like and they will go up and speak with the residents about the meals to see if there needs to be any improvements. The pace is very very clean, there is a beautiful fireplace, there is a garden in the backyard that backs up to the woods where the residents can plant flowers and vegetables. They are always encouraging the residents to participate in activities, there is even a salon there for the ladies. During the holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas you can come visit your families and they will make you a holiday dinner. The staff members are amazing and all wear masks, and when visitors come they are all tested.

We were searching for a facility where mom and dad could stay together. We were very happy with the Sage staff we met and the facility. While we chose a different facility, our final decision was based on travel distance for family members to travel to visit and attend to any other needs for mom and dad. The quality of both facilities was very good. If we have a need to change we will certainly have Sage Meadow on the top of our list.

The staff members are a 5 plus, they are so friendly and we are getting ready to move our loved one in and she is really looking forward to the arts and crafts. Before we even toured this community we wanted her to go there, it just seemed really nice.

It appears a little dated due to the furniture and décor when you go in. The staff are friendly and wonderful to work with. They are willing to call with any questions or concerns of our loved one. They have allowed us to see our loved one due to my loved one declining in health, as often as we like.

Everyone is very caring and attentive to my husband. He seems very comfortable there. He does have problems concentrating on activities and they try to get him involved. At the beginning they observed him to find what he likes and what his abilities are and worked with that. They have also added 2 new activity directors who are very kind and friendly. I am glad he is there!! I have peace of mind knowing that he is safe. They also let you know immediately if there are any problems or concerns. My husband is also a veteran and they work very well with the VA for medications and follow up. Wonderful place!!!! Great staff!!! Great leadership and administration!!!

I thought Sage Meadow was beautiful, and their activity program for January looks wonderful and like they keep the residents busy. The guide, [name removed], was very helpful, and even though I am just beginning this adventure, I'm glad I visited.

Artisan was a nice facility. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I am considering this as an option, but need to consult with my siblings. My mother's condition changed a couple of days ago. She actually got up from the commode with her walker and put herself in her bed. I was amazed to hear this. I hope she is regaining strength. [Name removed] is dedicated to providing the best care possible and seems truly invested in the health and well being of residents and staff.

The care at this community. I like the staff who are always caring to her needs. The community is clean and offers a good environment. They offer activities for the residents . We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

The transition is going very well! The staff are amazing and the facility is very well run!The director is also so amazing , and they giver very personalized care. My loved one also liked the facility because it is smaller and has more of a personal feel.

We think this place really nice. The Respite care rooms are awesome! The staff is very welcoming right from the moment we toured. Any question I had were always answered promptly and my messages were always returned! They have lots of activities Bingo Arts & Crafts that my loved one really enjoyed doing. My loved one spent 9 days here for respite care, I loved that he could be there for as long as we needed, no minimums! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about it!
