My mother has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. We placed her after an extensive search in the local area to the Cottages of Lacey. They group people mostly according to their stage of dementia and the amount of care they need. In my year of visiting with my mother on a very regular basis, I have witnessed the amount of wonderful care she's received there. All the staff know her, talk to her and genuinely care. They hire people who are natural care-givers. It's obvious. The care-givers approach their job with love. I've been very impressed--and after 1 year, can say I feel very good about my decision to have my mom be a resident at the Cottages. I can't speak highly enough about them.

There weren't a lot of activities, but everything else I would give a five we were real happy with the place. The staff did an excellent job. They really seem to care. I would definitely recommend Pacifica Senior Living Lynnwood to others!

I have never seen my uncle so happy. He is participating in events. He is dancing, doing crafts, and socializing. Everyone is friendly. I, personally, don't feel I have to worry about him and his care now.

The staff went the extra 100 miles for my mom. We had some difficult times, and I don't think we could have made it if it wasn't for the wonderful people at Pacifica. I recommend them highly. They have treated my mom with the utmost kindness and respect, even when she was being a bit of a problem.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the experience was very nice, it really was a toss up between this community and another and the only reason we chose the other community was their location was closest to our family.

The experience has been outstanindg. They offer lots of activities, such as; singing,playing games, and TV night. It's a fairly new facility. I picked this community, because of the cleanlineess, the staff was friendly, and the most important thing was the people. I would recommend to other families.

They were fantastic. Great people from the top down. They really cared about their residents. Unfortunately mom passed while in their care, but even that showed their level of compassion. They were much better than [community name removed]. They had gone downhill while mom was there. And Pacifica was a positive change.

Always clean and smells good. Bright and cheery. So many good people, staff is great. Always willing to answer questions and help with anything.

What a nice, clean, and friendly facility. I have been there several times and I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and always eager to help with anything needed.

The staff at Laurel Glen at Bremerton are always welcoming and super helpful!

Toured for my mom. Staff members made a point to stop and introduce themselves. Very clean and good prices compared to others.

I really enjoy visiting my Mother at Pacifica Snohomish. The staff are always so friendly and eager to greet me whenever I arrive. They make my Mother feel so at home. The community is always so clean and pleasant to walk around. I am so happy my Mother found this community!

Go for it. They have regular housekeeping. My loved one enjoys the food. Grateful we got it.

The caregivers are so nice and kind. I enjoy interacting with them everyday.

The cottage concept is wonderful, because each cottage has a dedicated staff and just 10 residents. The staff is friendly, caring, and truly dedicated to helping the residents.

I would recommend this community for your loved one. The staff are great and easy to talk to and get acquainted with. If someone has more funds I may recommend looking around but for the cost and what we get here it is a great community.
