I have toured this community 2 times and have been impressed with the facilities, but especially the staff that seems to like their jobs and respect the residents. [Name removed] is especially knowledgeable and helpful without being too "high pressure".

I came to the sprouts and seniors event with my small children. It's clean, beautifully furnished/decorated and the staff is super friendly.

Great place. I took my toddler here for sprouts and seniors. Lots of kids, toys and seniors. We will be back next week for the Easter celebration.

Caring, kind, quiet areas, nice grounds

Super informative and thorough meeting and tour which I greatly appreciated! The cottage style settings of 10 residents per cottage provides a nice smaller community within the larger Pacifica setting. I visited recently renovated cottages on the assisted living side as well as in memory care. Kitchens and dining area are lovely. Multiple tables yet feels like a nice cafe - more like a home than like a restaurant. Great that cottages are alike in that a resident moving from assisted living who might need to move to memory care could move into a cottage with a virtually identical floor plan - just secured with lock-out features to keep residents safe. Could be a great setting for my Dad with Alzheimers who would need minimal assistance at this stage. Apartments within the cottages have their own toilet/sink bathrooms, but share two larger bathrooms for bathing. May be too far from my parents medical providers. This wouldn't be the right place for my Mom who is fully independent as I she would not be receptive to not having her own kitchen and shower and, as mentioned, it may be too far from the community where she is a very active volunteer many days each week. Glad to have visited and received a tour from someone who can relate on a personal level to caring for a parent with dementia. My understanding is that the 1 assisted living cottage and 2 memory care cottages still in need of renovation are slated for this in Fall 2019. This a more affordable than the other facility I ended up visiting later on the same day. A rate it a 5 because I was impressed and pleased even if it wouldn't be right for my Mom's needs. It could be right for my Dad.

We used Pacifica for respite care for my husband for 2 weeks while I moved to Washington. They were great and it worked out well for all.

The only reason we didn't choose Pacifica was because of the shared shower situation. We loved that she would have had her own door to take her dog out though!

This was a great tour very informative! Lots of good general info to help us make a decision.
