I moved my parents in 6 months ago. I wanted to submit a review after my parents acclimated for at least 6 months. I wanted to make sure what I wrote I was accurate. From the moment I toured Tuscan to the present time I’ve had nothing but a great experience. When we first brought my mom and dad in to tour we were so welcomed. My sister and I had so many questions during the move in process, there was never a time even late into the during evening hours that my sister and I didn’t get a response or the help we needed regarding our questions. We are very pleased with Tucan gardens.

My family and I have thoroughly been pleased with what we’ve experienced the last eight weeks at Tuscan Gardens highly recommend it. Everyone has been fantastic. It does take time to get adjusted but after the first 2 weeks my father in law got acclimated.

I moved my mom in a few months ago, cause she had fallen at home so we thought it wasn’t safe from the moment we walked into the community to where we are now everybody made it feel like family. People have been very helpful anytime we’ve had questions we’ve gotten a quick response so that’s been really nice and she has really started to find her new friends and that has been a sense of relief for my siblings and I.

If you’re looking for a special place for mom and dad in the Sarasota area , I highly recommend looking into Grand Villa of Sarasota. This is a wonderful, convenient, downtown location, with beautifully remodeled common areas, and apartments with pretty views and large oak trees. The community is large enough to offer a wide ray of services, but also small enough to feel intimate.

The overall experience was terrific. They understood the urgency of the situation yet were not frantic or panicked by it and it helped to CALM the anxiety one naturally experiences when the cascading series of events begins when a loved one is in decline. The facilities were BRIGHT and clean. Very important as depression is something that everyone involved struggles with when confronted with this turn of events. The apt was fine... also bright.

What we like the most about Grand Villa of Clearwater is that they were able to get my brother involved in activities. He had a difficult time adjusting but the staff was very friendly and won him over.

I just moved in to Tuscan gardens about 2 weeks ago.I have really enjoyed meeting new people.They are all friendly.The staff is very kind and the food is good. I am so very happy with my decisionto move here!

I’ve been visiting my best friend here once too twice a week for over 2 years now. Everyone I come across that works here from management to the front desk to the therapy people the cleaning staff and dining staff Everybody is just so kind and welcoming. The views are amazing. You can be sitting there having a tasty lunch looking at the water and there’s dolphins passing by. I also really enjoy how they go all out for the holidays . It’s a beautiful place. You can definitely see that they take pride in their residence and making them feel at home.

My husband and I visited some friends and we liked everything that we saw. Their apartment was decorated beautifully with antiques brought from home and large oak trees outside the windows. We met their neighbor who shared that he recently moved in and was enjoying the company of new friends after losing his wife. He mentioned how nice everyone has been and they all agreed that they were very happy with the decision to make the move to Grand villa. We liked everything we saw and noticed how clean it was. We love the location and how convenient it is.

Took a tour for my mother and the team their were very welcoming and warm it really felt nice walking in and seeing a place where everyone is so happy.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Sales and Marketing team while considering Grand Villa for a client. They are personal, knowledgeable and has a clear compassion for the needs for residents. The facility has so many options for care levels, which is something I want for specific resident needs.

Grand Villa. What can I say about the Grand Villa that has not already been said. I have to start off with what I know. It is a great place to live and be with many other ladies that apparently feel the same way. The food is good and varied for meals. It is a fine place to walk outside with sunshine and weather that is usually comfortable. The people that work here help in all circumstances. I’m happy being here! The price seems to be right. Ladies coming from other facilities seem to feel happy here.

They were friendly and informative. The facility was clean and tenants were active and seemed happy. They gave me all the information I needed to make a decision.

Happy with everything. I would recommend. We had an excellent experience. Professional, friendly and true to there word . Mom is very happy. Thanks for the help and guidance. Will recommend A Place for Mom as well !!!!!

Due too an unfortunate accident I was not able to be there, but my friends that took my place said that everything went smoothly and everyone was so kind and helpful. Thanks to [name removed] for all her help with me. I am sure that [name removed] is going to enjoy living there.

The Grand Villa is a beautiful facility with such a homie atmosphere. I enjoyed seeing how the tour Rep engaged with every Resident and staff she saw in the hallway. The tour was completed by [name removed]. She is obsoletely amazing.

The pre-stay activities were well handled. The staff was friendly, the ambiance was cheerful and welcoming. Everyone was flexible and helpful. [name removed] did not enjoy his stay because he was not prepared for all the rules and was not comfortable with the facility distributing his meds on a schedule he was not familiar with. The fact that he was not comfortable was not really the fault of the facility. The management staff was truly excellent. The room was a nice size and nicely set up. The alert necklace system would alert the staff of the room summoning assistance but didn't pinpoint where the resident was at the time of the alert. The facility was well appointed, super clean and the staff seemed to have a very personal relationship with residents. The residents were neatly dressed and the facility seemed nicer than most I've seen. I would recommend it highly.

I highly recommend Grand villa at Altamonte Springs, Fl. The people that work there are very friendly and I usually always have a positive experience coming or going there. The facility is very clean and well maintained, I think it's is great for the residents to have live entertainment come perform for them. For example; recently they had a hulu dance performance and they also have musicians sing during lunch or dinner. The residents have a nice good size swimming pool.

I needed to find a good safe place for my Mom after my Dad passed. Stoyna couldn’t have been any kinder to us. She really helped us through the whole experience. She went above and beyond for us. I am so glad my Mom is here and in great hands. Thank you so much.
