I really liked the location first of all. It is in a wooded area which is my husband's preference. Second impression was of happy residents who engaged me in conversation. Thirdly I liked the tour of the building and the location of my husband's room. It looks over the wooded area. Our conversation about the facility and my husband's needs was thorough.

You've all been so supportive and diligent. You're hard work is greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend to others.

Has a very warm feeling to it. Good vibe. Staff is caring and has noticed things like her not taking her meds regularly though she is doing her own med mgmt. She loves birds and they put a bird feeder outside of her window. She loves animals and they told her they are working on getting a community dog. Price is also reasonable comparing to other facilities.

My family and I have had a wonderful experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring—they always know my mom's name, as well as my children's names, and even remember her favorite foods. Everyone makes eye contact and genuinely seems happy to be at work, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with plenty of benches throughout the property where residents can relax and enjoy nature. My mom especially loves watching the birds from the many peaceful outdoor seating areas. The food is both appetizing and healthy, and families are always made to feel welcome. My children are adored when they visit, which makes our time together even more special. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and there are always beautiful fresh flowers that add to the inviting environment. It's clear that great care is taken in every detail, and we are grateful for the kindness and attention my mom receives every day.

The staff was friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and gave me a comprehensive tour. I absolutely loved Benchmark and wish I had the funds to live there.

They work as a team and everyone knows all the residents names. I do think they would benefit by having more activities for the memory care residents.

I observed many people in different areas enjoying themselves. Activities appear to be many. I will take some time with my family to assess our situation. The whole staff appeared to be professional, knowledgable and compassionate. You will be my first consideration when the time comes.

My husband has been in the village in memory care for about one month now he is adjusting well I am also adjusting well. The place is beautiful. The activities are great. He usually participates in most of them. The food is good. The Care is very good. I'm very happy with the fact that I chose the village for him to be in.

The best memory care we looked at by far in every way. If my husband had not progressed to coming home with hospice we would have come to Benchmark

[name removed] was very good in explaining what to look for in memory care. (It helped me decide against another place.)I like the fact that the apartment is equipped with drawers so that I didn't have to buy furniture. It also makes sense to not have a kitchen. People in Memory Care should not cook!!!! Not safe. The director, [name removed], is so lively, positive, and engaging. Also, [name removed] and [name removed].

The entire staff is very attentive and patient with the transition process for the families. They have been nothing but helpful.

5 across the board! The Village is fantastic. All of the items listed they excel at. My mom was in a horrible nh in MA. Here she gets her choice of edible food. They get her up, showered and dressed everyday and out of bed.

The facelift it has gone through over the last year is transformational. The location and size are wonderful.

It is a beautiful friendly place Its large with lots of activities and large spaces to conduct them in Staff are involved and concerned Studio apartments are small and more expensive than similar facilities I understand that high prices are needed to support the facility but too expensive for my budget but well worth it if you have long term care insurance

The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I am ever short with them, they are forgiving. The food choices are very good, if you don't want the daily options there are other choices and they will work with you. The room is kept clean and the rest of the building is spotless. The room size is a studio, somewhat small but adequate and there are larger one bedrooms available. There are activities all day long, however nothing but a movie after supper. They need to have exercise options in the afternoon for non morning people. The one thing I would point out is that for people that need low level of care they may fall through the cracks if they do not remember to participate in activities on their own.

I would rate it 5 stars. My mom has had some health concerns off and on, and the nursing staff there has been very diligent in informing me and following up. She has a studio apartment which is spacious and easy for her to navigate. The desk staff always talks to her, the directors are very involved, the restaurant service is kind and courteous and the menu is varied. Mom loves the seafood and the ice cream! Just a wonderful experience overall, and the building is well kept and lovely!

I would give them all 5s. They have been excellent with the whole overall process of getting my parents in. The administration staff and director Amy is excellent. My parents are having a hard time with the transition and Benchmark's staff is kind and supportive. They are working with my parents to slowly transition them in.

Wonderful experience overall. Donna was great! All the staff were pleasant. The building was very well maintained and residence very willing to speak on their good experiences at Benchmark.

We had a tour of the facility and a meeting with the tour guide. He was very knowlegable and answered our questions. We were shown a one-bedroom apartment and it seemed suitable. The faclity seemed clean, comfortable, and well managed.
