The staff and the people who live there very nice place comfortable

They treated my father like family. And he is an extremely extremely extremely difficult person to deal with so that to me was huge. He's such a difficult person. The people that lived there quickly embraced my father, which is another thing I really appreciated. The staff had great communication with me as well.

The place was freshly remodeled and had a really nice updated feel to it [name removed] was our contact there who showed us around and made my mom feel really welcome. unfortunately, because of the location, it was far for most of my family and when he said it to go in another direction besides that I would say it would’ve been a choice for myself personally.

The Mansion is a fantastic assisted living facility. Unfortunately, my brother is not eligible to live there because he has a stage 3 wound. If he is ever able to move to an assisted living facility we would definitely consider this one.

[name removed] was super nice. I could tell she really cared about the place. I also met a nurse who helped me find the front office and was very pleasant. I was also impressed by the accommodations.

Mom seems to be pretty happy with the activities they have going on throughout the week, she's on the food plan and she seems to be fine with the food they're getting served, I think the rooms are about the right size for a single person, [name removed] and [name removed] do an excellent job.

I was looking for a facility that I could take my wife to for a short stay for respite care. I was impressed with facilities setup and security for the residents. The respite room was accessible for a handicap person with plenty of room. [removed name] was very helpful. With my wife's situation we decided to bring her home as we are 100+ miles away.

The staff is awesome. The apartment size is just right for her. The food I have eaten was good and a variety.

We chose Cascade Valley because when our mom is out of money, they will take Medicaid. , I would recommend to others. Our mom is very happy there. She has made lots of friends and likes the staff a lot.

My guide was great, answered all of my questions. I am still working out some details on the family side before making any decisions. Really nice place with good people working at it. The new remodel is coming along nicely. Thank you for the great tour!

Availability at the last minute for a short term stay (1 month) , and the staff.[name removed] was particularly amazing. She made sure that my autistic brother made it to breakfast in the morning (he was in the independent living building) and assured me that he would be cared for as this was the first time in his life he wasn't with a family member for that long of a time. I was out of the country and she would text and update me on how my brother was doing. Our sister who usually takes care of my brother when I have to go out of town, was dying from cancer. It was a very difficult time and [name removed] felt like a friend.

There are so many activities planned out for the residents that they always have something fun and stimulating that keeps them busy throughout the day. I've seen a huge difference in his happiness and feeling fulfilled instead of being bored and agitated

My apartment is spacious and complete. I use the term spacious to mean not only what have seen in other senior facilities but also in many urban area apartments about 700 square feet. I have a washer and dryer in the apartment proper as well as a complete kitchen, including a dishwasher. Although I am not participating, lunch and dinner means are priced monthly and I believe reasonable. Breakfast is free and is in the 'independent living' area. I have complete access to all the amenities which are as complete as I have seen elsewhere.

The staff is wonderful. They keep the residents engaged in conversations. Definitely, reflective listeners, too. The food is great. You can tell things are made from scratch. Mom & I enjoyed a Supper in the private dining room. Mom's 93rd birthday was 4 days after she moved in. The event team was able to get her photo on the celebration wall, too.

I would say they are fantastic. Try really hard. Amazing food. Kind staff. Incredible Activities director

My mom was only there for six weeks but it was the perfect space for her during this time. She passed away after six weeks. The staff and care team were very respectful and considerate of my mom’s needs.

5 for all categories. We are very happy with them. They are very caring and create a very 'homey' community.

I would definitely classify the Meadows facility as one of the best for your specific needs. Yes, we would definitely recommend this community to other families, and I have

Absolutely a 5 in everything but the menu which is full of starches and carbs, ie rice, potatoes and roll on same plate along with dessert. (Fried fish, French fries and fried okra) I would recommend to others.

Cap Sante was so nice. It was perfect for my brother. The community was welcoming and he really felt like home. My brother was only there a short time, but he enjoyed the facility. It was Clean and smelled great.
