When I think of A Place for Mom, I automatically think of [name removed] He was so helpful and kind. He was empathetic and knew exactly what we needed. He provided many names of various places we might want for my mom. He also provided various resources relative to our situation and gave us tips on how to navigate the process. He followed up on a daily basis, either by phone and/or email. He is, by far, the heart of A Place for Mom. He touched base with me after we placed our mom at Oasis at Mesa Palms. He did call me on a few occasions after placement and when I wasn't able to answer, he left messages. I would like to call him or email him to personally give my thanks! He is a gem!

My experience with Oasis at Mesa Palms has been nothing but positive. I am happy to have made a wise choice. The first impression of the facility was with the Executive Director:[ name removed]. I was greeted like I already lived at Oasis. He introduced me to all the staff that were there; took me on a tour; went over the schedules of his staff that are at t locations and I t Oasis just because I was being treated well, I could afford it, the l ness that is taken care of every day. I could go on but I won't. If anyone comes to evaluate this retirement apartments you won't be disappointed.

I think if they have questions, you know they should be asking staff or administrator here in regards to whatever I mean I think I summarized it up in your questionnaire as to what I thought so far for five months I'm happy.

The owner's door is always open and available to residents and staff. He genuinely cares about older adults and wants them to be happy in their home. The affordability is really amazing when compared to "regular" apartments. Washer/Dryers are included along with all of utilities, meals, and activities. A better deal cannot be found in Arizona.

Oasis is very welcoming and caring community. The staff are very friendly and quick to relay information I need to know. Oasis provides nutritional lunches and dinners on a daily basis with menu options and room delivery if requested. Oasis has many activities and outings conveniently noted on a monthly calendar. I highly recommend Oasis for independent senior living.

It is well taken care of and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! The director is very personable and professional!

My mom loves meeting new people at Oasis, getting rides to dr appointments, friendly staff, spacious floorplans with washer/dryer and dishwasher included. All expenses included and the facility has nice walking pathways that are shaded, which is important in Arizona!

My short time has been pretty stress free and comforting. Very nice, most helpful people to associate with; staff, management, and seniors. Plenty of socializing activities, good prepared meals, nice apartments, and lush beautiful grounds, if you like trees. Prices, from my understanding, are more reasonable than most places. No bathtubs which I miss, but small washer & dryers (a plus). Family owned business is nice compared to company owned business.

Great change. Self care. Positioning for days ahead. All of these were factors when I searched for independent retirement living community. Oasis at Mesa Palms is family owned and the staff is excellent! They are compassionate and quite knowledgeable about senior challenges, adjustments to new surroundings. Enjoyable meals in lovely setting, an alternative menu to the daily special, housekeeping services, transportation, pool and wide range of activities. Yes I am very pleased with my new Home!! Come for a tour soon!

Great place friendly good food quite and they make it easy and affordable to live there! 5's all Around. Only thing is they are old school on technology. Wish they had a way to pay rent and communicate through phone or computer.

I've been here for 6 weeks now and I couldn't be happier. The staff is happy to see you and help with whatever you need. The residents are friendly and have helped me adjust to this new lifestyle. My apartment is spacious and modern with a north facing balcony. The dining room staff are top notch and the food is pretty good. You have a regular menu to order lunch and dinner or the chef has specials every day . Coffee is always available in the bistro and it is good . I made the right choice to move in to Oasis .

Oasis is definitely a place to call home! I toured the property and was really impressed by everything it offers. The apartments are spacious, come with full appliances, and even have in-unit washers and dryers—which is a huge plus. The amenities and overall vibe were great, and I felt right at home. I ended up signing a lease and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Oasis, especially for anyone looking for a very friendly community

We liked that it family owned. Maintenance is usually quick to respond but sometimes their work is not so pretty My mom refuses to participate in activities or eat in the dining room because she's scared. Even though it's Independent Living, it would be nice if they had a welcoming group to show the ropes and get new people familiar and comfortable with the facilities

Oasis at Mesa Palms is a great place to live. They have outings you can sign up for. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The young people in the dining room are great. They are helpful, Friendly, and very patient. The food is great! You can get your meal delivered to your apartment for a small fee. Also, for a fee, you can get transportation to your doctor's appointments. You need to sign up in advance. There is a pool, I am so happy I found this place. I sleep well every night cause I feel like I have found a place to live for a long time.

I shopped around a lot before I settled on retiring at the Oasis at Mesa Palms. Everything about living here is lovely. I have my independence, but help is at hand if I need it. The staff here is wonderful. Everyone is cheerful, friendly, and extremely kind. I am addressed by name which means the world to me. Everything I need is provided for, a ride to go shopping, or to the bank, or the drugstore, or the doctors office. Housekeeping staff cleans my apartment and removes the trash. The chefs in charge of the dining room create a restaurant quality menu, and the wait staff are friendly and attentive. If I choose, I can request a meal be brought to me and I can dine in private. There's always something to look forward to here, games, entertainment, and social hours. I am so delighted to live at the Oasis. It's lovely here.

What stood out the most was there are all kinds of activities and friendly people. The apartment sizes and location are all great.
