They've been very good and very easy to work with. At first we started out with 24/7 care, and now we're down to just once a week. They've been able to help my loved one with showering, housekeeping and companionship.

I think it was really great, and it came at a time when I needed immediate help within the next week. Everyone I worked with and spoke with was very nice and accommodating. It served its' purpose for the several weeks we needed help. It was just expensive.

The staff are top notch. The caregivers we've experienced are very caring. We just added another caregiver, and they are both excellent. To me they are family. Even thought the one hasn't been with us long, she's right up there. The billing is automatically drafted, which is simpler. We were able to add additional coverage in less than a week from when we requested it. So they've done a really good job getting us the help that we needed as so soon as possible.

I got to know all of the caregivers intimately and got to spend a lot of time with them, they are worth their weight in gold. and I do think they could be paid more. There is nothing I would not recommend about this company, they were just phenomenal.

They're great. We've had great success with them. My loved one loves everybody that's been sent. We're down to two different ladies, and she loves both of them. They've been great - I can't say enough good things about them. In the beginning we had a few different people until they found someone who could make it regularly this far north. They've worked around our schedule when we went on a trip. If they're going to be a little late due to traffic, they call and let me know. It's been a great experience, and definitely well worth it.

The managers at Home Care Assistance are very responsive to my Mom and Dad's needs. My Dad is the primary caregiver for my Mom who has Alzheimers. The caregiver who helps my Mom is excellent. Great value for the cost. Thank you!

First off Home Care Assistance is in home care. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the home care liaison to the scheduling staff and the individuals that come to stay with my mother. Everyone is so professional and kind and friendly. I was hesitant at first to allow someone I didn’t know into my house. But I went ahead and started having someone come stay with my mom so my husband and I could get out a couple of nights a week. Home Care Assistance is the best place and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who is looking for on home care for a loved one. Cost varies per month depending on how many days we have a caregiver come to the house

Very pleased with the company's interest and availability to meet with us for an evening appointment. We were impressed by the active listening and compassionate nature of the company representative and felt reassured with the identified next steps. We haven't yet started with service but will be shortly and are looking forward to it.

They have a caring team that supports my mother 3 times a week. The caregivers are caring and compassionate. I would recommend this service.

This agency has exceeded my expectations. We had four different caregivers and they were all pleasant and professional people. They were always on time and did everything I asked of them. The caregivers did light housekeeping, laundry, prepare my Mother’s meals, and do the dished. They would also transport her from bed to chair, change her, bathe her, and talk with her. They were only temporary but I would highly recommend them to other families.

I ended up picking this agency because they came highly recommended. The staff members were very professional and nice. They bent over backward for my Mother and I. They did what they were able to do. They were well trained. I, unfortunately, had to terminate their contract. I wanted someone who would stimulate her cognitive skills and play cards with her. I basically was only paying for housekeeping and someone to bathe her. I would recommend this agency as an option for other people.

I chose Home Care Assistance for my wife because I wanted to keep her home with me. The people with Home Care were easy to talk to and provided all information that I needed. Now we have a caregiver that comes 3 times a week. They make breakfast and lunch and, if they have time, they dust and vacuum and they clean the kitchen and bathroom floors. The caregiver will take my wife out for walks in her wheelchair when it’s sunny. They’re doing everything right. They make the bed and help her get dressed in the morning and they’ll feed her if she needs it. For what we’re paying, my wife is getting the care that she needs and deserves and I would recommend this service for those looking for home care.
