So far everything has gone very well with the Home Care Assistance service. The caregivers we've worked with have been friendly and professional, and the administrative staff have been easy to work with as well.

They were very fast at getting back to me at first and have stayed great with communication ever sense. They keep me informed and let me offer feedback to which the respond accordingly. My father can be stubborn and obstinate, but they have kept at it and been very patient and kind with him. I am not one to embellish and say things are great when they're not. This place is simply outstanding!

Things have gone very well with Home Care Assistance so far! The caregiver we've been working with has done a great job, and we really appreciate that the service has been able to send us the same almost all of the time. They've been very accommodating, and very reliable when it comes to scheduling and availability!

My father is a very difficult person to place. His dementia has taken very strange directions. I had to place him in a memory care unit. Ashlan Village walked with me through these tough decisions and times. Their director, Bob, has such a great demeanor. As for the care givers, I tip my hat to all of them. They always smile and have pleasant things to say (even though I know how my father really is). I believe this is an exceptional care facility.

I did have other agencies call me , but this company did everything right from the beginning! Loved the knowledge and compassion at all levels. Definitely recommended :-)

Everyone I've worked with at this company has been very friendly. The first aide they sent didn't quite work out, but they were more than happy to work with me on that and the second person we tried has been wonderful!

The value is a little more difficult to respond to. I've done some research in the area and it's probably on the higher end of the range so I guess the value is somewhere in the middle. I think that from the very onset they have been very professional, flexible, and supportive so I'm happy with the service.

They seem to be a little short staffed just with everything that is going on right now. When you need someone to care for your loved one and you cant be there this is a great option. This makes my dads life a lot easier and gives him the ability to live alone.

Things are going really good with this agency, they’re very professional and really just everything we expected. They send someone out about 5 days a week for a couple of hours a day. The caregiver that they send is knowledgeable about the type of care that my wife needs, they help with making food, and they keep the area clean. They also help her go for walks so there’s some activity during the day.

When they came out to the house to set up the service they explained everything. We had different caregivers coming in at the beginning but now we have the same companion and mom likes them . Home Care Assistance is working out well for us.

My mom required help with showering and was not too thrilled with the idea of having someone assisting her. The caregiver that came over was very gentle, kind and understood how difficult it was for my mother. She was wonderful, patient and took her time with my "less than cooperative" mother. I would highly recommend this services to family and friends. The only issue I had was the minimum of 3 hours of service (which I totally understand the reasoning behind), however, I only required assistance with the showering and that only took about an hour. Otherwise, top notch service! Very professional and compassionate caregiver provided.

We just recently started using this community for my brother and so far they have been great. The caregivers are nice and helpful. Things are moving right along and they are good at wound care which is what they are helping him with. I would recommend this service..

They are doing a good job. They have been reliable and helpful. It is taking a little bit of time for them to get back to me about adding more hours.

The service was outstanding. Steve as very friendly and helpful and my husband loved the visits. I was able to be away without worrying. I would recommend the service to anyone

This being the first time to have senior aide for our 96 yr old mother we have only a few days to review. The are getting her involved in activities to keep her attitude positive and exercising her 3 days a week now but will be 5 days a week soon. She is happy so we are happy.

I would definitely recommend you guys and I met 2 great workers [names removed] they both were excellent workers. I was looking for a care giver for my mom and I did a little research and found the keys were a good match for what we were looking for.

They've been friendly. The caregivers they send are very good. They know what they're doing. And the billing process has gone okay as well.

My loved one seems to like the staff. They care is pretty good. I would consider them again.

My brother and I are pleased with the care that this agency is providing. My mom seems to be getting along very well with the caregiver. She is very professional shows up on time and does what needs to be done. The agency is very easy to get ahold of if needed.

My brother and I decided to work with Home Care Assistance for multiple reasons but the main one being that our mother is incontinent and isn’t able to really care for herself. The caretaker that we have has been wonderful, and funnily enough is a previous student of my dad’s! My brother is usually the one that brings food for mom, but the caretaker is amazing keeping her bathed and everything clean and even talks with her about sports. My brother and I feel like, for the money we spend, this is definitely the best care we could’ve chosen for mom and I would recommend this to anyone looking for something other than a retirement community. This really helps my brother and I with being able to live our own lives but also know that mom is getting the care she needs and deserves.
