What a wonderful organization. Thank you to Steve Darley and support care workers he provided. They were excellent and Steve seems to be able to turn on a dime when needed. Just awesome!

Home Care assistance has been wonderful with all the help we have been getting from them. My mother has adjusted well to the help coming in and helping her out. They help with cooking and cleaning and anything else that my mother needs. This is a really great home care agency. They are very responsive, and the caregivers they send over to help are great. I would recommend this agency: it has been a great experience.

We are truly blessed with the help we are getting from 123 Home Care. We could be any happier with the lady's they have sent over to us. The agency and the people there are just really nice and helpful with everything. As far as we are concern we are doing just fine. We could had picked a better agency or people to help us they have been like angels.

The experience with Home Care Assistance has been an all around good experience. My mom really likes her friend/caregiver and seems to be adjusting very well to getting the help. The process to start services was very professional and the agency definitely paired Mom with the right caregiver. She is there mainly to serve as a companion and Mom enjoys the time! She takes her shopping and to the beauty parlor. I couldn't be happier with the experience so far.

I can not think of a single improvement that the Home Care Assistance service needs to make. I have no complaints about any of them. What they are doing is fine and everything with them is as good as it can be.

Jenny [removed] Appt on Friday (9/11) at 10 Min. 3 hrs @ $24/hr. Jenny did a great job listening to mom. Patience, yet driving a necessary discussion. Mom liked her listening as well. Like that she take lots of notes. Jenny choose not to go meet with dad. Which was a puzzlement to me. How can she make a thorough recommendation.

Home Care Assistance has been really good to us. We hired them for extra help for my Dad since he is the primary caregiver of my Mom. Since starting services things have been going as good as we can expect them to go. I would recommend.

Although I don't live in the same city as my brother I keep in touch with him often. He seems to be very pleased with the services provided by Home Care Assistance. They primarily serve as a driver for him and get him to appointments when needed as well as helping with meal preparation. My brother hasn't had any complaints and for that I am very appreciative. Utilizing home care has given my brother an opportunity to stay in his home longer. So as long as he's happy, I'm happy!

We used Home Care Assistance as a companion. My husband I were going on vacation, and we didn't want the gentleman with us to be alone for the length of time we would be gone. But the staff liked him, and he liked the staff, and we could ask at the last minute for something and they'd take care of it. It was great.

Things with Home Care Assistance are working out very well. The person that we have coming out really extends himself and goes out of his way to really help out. He is very personable and friendly, able to talk sports and history with my husband, etc. Everything about them has been great and I highly recommend them.

One of the things I really like about Home Care Assistance - Birmingham as compared to other such comparable programs we have tried is that they actually follow up on a regular basis. They always check in to ask if I am satisfied with the service, and to keep me informed of everything that is going on. Their level of communication is really exceptional. It is a little pricey, but to me it is worth every penny!

So far everything has gone very well with the Home Care Assistance service. The caregivers we've worked with have been friendly and professional, and the administrative staff have been easy to work with as well.

Every contact I had with Home Care staff was positive and helpful. Any requests made were handled promptly and professionally. I am completely satisfied with Home Care.

They were very fast at getting back to me at first and have stayed great with communication ever sense. They keep me informed and let me offer feedback to which the respond accordingly. My father can be stubborn and obstinate, but they have kept at it and been very patient and kind with him. I am not one to embellish and say things are great when they're not. This place is simply outstanding!

Things have gone very well with Home Care Assistance so far! The caregiver we've been working with has done a great job, and we really appreciate that the service has been able to send us the same almost all of the time.
