Everything is excellent! The facility is gorgeous, the food has exceeded our expectations in both its variety and it's quality. I have personally eaten there with my mother and loved my meal. The staff is very professional and friendly. The residents are happy and charming. The attention to detail and quality of care makes us feel like we made the right choice for our mom.

We ended up at Partin Place Senior living. So far it's been great. Friendly, open and eager to help and work with everything Dad has going on in his balance of life.

The facility was clean and new. Staff was very welcoming and informative. The residents seems happy and the rooms we new and spacious. The outdoor patio looked nice and the dining hall was clean. We’d feel good about my MIL living here.

What we like the most about the Sunflower Springs at Indian Land community are the staff, they are phenomenal.

We enjoyed our visit. It was very informative, and we loved the facility and the apartment we toured. Our representative was friendly & helpful and answered all of our questions. The facility was very inviting.

There are up front extra payments that make it too expensive. There is a fee of almost $[removed] that is described as like an HOA fee in addition to the monthly fee. That makes over $[removed] besides furniture to move in. Nice facility but too many extra fees that makes it out of price range for most.

The staff at Westhill are committed each and every day to exceptional care of their tenants. My Dad has been at Westhill for 2 years and frankly, has been spoiled by the nursing staff. They are so attentive to his needs, understand his complicated healthcare requirements, and make him feel loved, cared for and supported. When he has complications such as falls, memory issues, etc., they are always there to help us, the family, understand what happened, what and how his needs may/have changed and what our next steps are as a team to support the care of our loved one. I truly didn’t understand what all would be required as my parents aged but they have been so helpful in guiding us through the process and providing resources to help us. Not only have they been supportive of the entire family, but when I ask Dad how he is doing at Westhill, his last answer was “There are no bad days here!” And frankly, for us, that says it all!

Everyone has been very helpful with getting my Mom settled in, and keeps me updated on her. We would absolutely recommend Ashbrook Village community to other families based on the experience so far.

I would rate them all at 5. It's a fantastic facility and would advise anyone needing care to use them. What we like the most about the community is that the staff is extremely attentive and the places kept exceptionally clean. We would absolutely recommend The Colonnade at Northdale to others.

I would give everything a 5/5 except their policy about the activity fee. Dad was there only a week yet we did not even receive a prorated offer. We lost [removed] on just the activity fee. The in take was great. That is really the only concern we had.

My mother really enjoyed the tour and found everything appealing, with one exception. That was the distance to Aiken, SC. She decided that as nice as The Village at Southlake is, she wants to be closer to where I live.

Our mom has been living at Sunflower Springs for several months, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care she receives. From the very beginning, the staff has demonstrated kindness, compassion, and a genuine commitment to making her feel at home. [removed names] went above and beyond during the move-in process. They not only helped us locate movers but also guided us through each step of the transition, ensuring everything went smoothly. Their support helped to make a stressful time feel manageable and reassuring. Brandy has been a wonderful companion for our mom, accompanying her to appointments and always treating her with patience and gentleness. Her presence puts our mom at ease. We appreciate her caring, professional support. We cannot thank the entire team enough for creating such a warm, supportive environment. Knowing our mom is surrounded by people who truly care about her well-being gives us peace of mind every day.

I AM NOT FINISHED YET, I WILL BE BACK IN ABOUT 6-MONTHS WHEN I sell my house in Florida and get more in order I KNOW INDIGO IS THE PLACE WHERE I WANT TO BE. THE PEOPLE WERE NICE AND THE PLACE WAS AMAZING.

Staff was very engaged with residents. There were activities: many as simple as a movie & ice cream so all levels of mem care residents could enjoy. Some activities were a bit higher-level like bingo or card games. Staff decorated for any & all occasions (which really helps mem care residents keep track of time). (Staff members were definitely NOT spending all their time zoned-out on their phones.) The memory care part is a small facility, they don't have many residents. It's a bit higher than the other 2 communities I interview and it's definitely worth the money.

Sunflower Springs has been a perfect home for my mom. The staff is amazing and the residents are all like family. This facility is clean and well maintained. They really do care about each and every resident. I highly recommend them. The move in coordinator,[name removed] does a wonderful job at getting you settled in and answering any questions . The activities director, Vicky and her assistant [name removed] make sure there is always something g fun to do. I’ve looked at several facilities and this one is at the top of the list of choices in the area.

Love the place. They have provided everything and more than I had thought of. Everything was explained in detail. The activities they offered, the library, etc. exceeded my expectations. Definitely top contender when my mom needs it.

My Dad moved into his apartment at Sunflower Springs in June. The facility is clean and well maintained. Bingo and happy hour(live music and dancing)are his favorite activities. He’s more active there than he was at home. The staff are all very nice and responsive to any concerns or needs.

We really like it here. The nursing care is great, any time of day. They take time to get to know the residents and genuinely care. They feel like family The price includes care and doesn't change as level of care needs change. So you don't have to worry that you will pay more simply because you now need a bit more care The rooms are smaller than independent living, which my parents came from. BUT we felt Creekside had the largest and most appropriately laid out rooms of any of the AL places we looked at in the area. Separate bed room with a door as opposed to a loft style

The staff at The Beacon is very caring and attentive to resident needs. While I was in the facility, one of the residents came by the office just to give hugs! The personal connection between residents and staff is apparent. Great job Beacon!

Seagrass Village is a pleasant place to live has plenty of activities the staff is excellent the residents are friendly and easy to get along with is and thers plenty of activities and plenty to do in that area.
