While the needs of my loved ones outpace the services Asbury Heights offers, the team was wonderful: kind, empathetic, and supportive. [Name Removed] especially, was just great! Thank you for all you do to care for the aging members of our community.

Wonderful staff and nice facility. The rooms are spacious and windows, shedding great sunlight in the hallways and in the rooms. The rooms are exceptionally nice with efficient, kitchens, and washer and dryers in each room. The dining area was nice and food selection good.

Place is very nice. Lots of activities to offer the residents. Rooms are spacious and many are newly remodeled. Spoke with residents and they say the food is great.

My father had had a couple health issues in the past year: we mutually decided it was time for him to be in a place that could help if necessary. His one main requirement was on-site dining as he hates to cook. During our “scouting” we visited and had lunch. Sold! Perhaps more importantly, what reassurances do I have; as his only remaining child, that he can get the help he needs if and when necessary. I was given reassuring information. In addition, I have lived nearby for 30 years and know several residents. They all love Robin Run.

The head nurse is wonderful. The med techs are nice, but there is a lot of turnover. So they aren't always up to speed on what is going on. The dining staff are very nice. The administration return most calls within a day or two. Call rather than email. Everyone is kind.

CCC is a great fit for my parents. They are happy to be in a place where they feel safe, socially connected, and cared for.

Usually long wait list as only few independent cottages there. Can't speak for assisted living. Good experience with the independent living. People very friendly there and small community. Would definitely recommend for independent living.

Based on the experience we have had so far with Christian Care Communities, we can say that our loved ones are very happy they are there so far. They are making new friends and enjoying the different activities. The staff members working there are responsive and helpful.

The atmosphere of Foxwood Springs is overwhelmingly friendly, supportive, nonjudgmental and positive. This includes management, staff and residents whether in independent patio homes and apartments or assisted living. It is easy to be as involved in the diversity of activities as much or as little as one desires. It is a safe place to be. It is a kind place to be.

Overall, I give a 5 to all categories except for the activities. I believe the activities need more variety. It’s the same thing every week with the same music entertainment performers. Maybe the residents would like to have more than music entertainment; perhaps have guest speakers talk about topics that interest them; bring therapy pets in; and they definitely need more music variety. Generally, more overall activities for residents. It is an old facility and does need a lot of renovation but from what I see, it is very clean and well kept. Housekeeping is extremely good. I think service and care given is excellent value for the money. The friendliness of the staff is exceptional and the food is excellent.

The staff are very friendly and efficient at this community. I go and pick up the meals and bring them back home and they are quite good. I would encourage anyone to come and visit this community. My tour experience was very good and they gave me all the information I needed.

We have been very happy with Robin Run. They are not as new and sparkly as some places, but my mother in law needs intellectual stimulation and all of the residents are super nice and down to earth. They really took her under their wing when she moved in here. It is exactly what she needed and things are working out great, she has been so happy. The value for the money is wonderful. I would absolutely recommend them.

The first thing we noticed right away was just how clean the community is and how exceptional the staff are. Even on our tour no matter where we went we saw people walking down the hallways and saying hi, it feels more like an apartment complex with friendly neighbors. There are different options when it comes to the meals and they have plenty of activities for residents to engage in.

Amazed that the retirement cottages include 2 meals a day, weekly housekeeping, a security system, cable, wifi, water and trash pickup. Beautiful campus and lots to do.

We toured the assisted living section and had a really good impression. It was a large place. The person who showed us around was very knowledgeable and caring, and he seemed to want the best for us no matter where we chose to put our loved one.
