I give them 5 across the Board!!! The staff is outstanding, my mom loves the food, and my 1st encounter with [name removed] was GREAT!!!! I would of course recommend them to others!

Staff is fine. But the people giving care, at least to my mother, change often. Basically as soon as she likes a person and gets to know them, the person is changed. I don't know if that is standard practice but it is a little difficult for my mother. Facility, while they have a large parking garage, most of it is for staff, next residents and guest and tours share. If the family plans to visit often, Valley Vista is not as equip to handle visitor parking. Parking around the neighborhood is limited and some areas don't appear to be safe.

5. Valley Vista is terrific! The care is very good. The facility is beautiful. It feels very secure. The staff is extremely personable. My only concern is that I'd like there to be a little more communication with the family when policies change. I think they're getting better though so I feel good about that

Management has changed over the years so things are still being established. My mom's caregivers are very nice. They seem very attentive. I love how the overall community of residents are so friendly and welcoming of others. My mom lives in Memory Care and whenever we bring her to the main dining room many residents walk by and say hello to her by name.

I just wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude. At 98 years old, we made the difficult decision to move our mom into a memory care facility, and we’re so thankful we chose Brittany House. My sisters and I are incredibly happy with the care she’s receiving. [name removed], as the director, has been so kind, and the caregivers are truly wonderful—loving, patient, and thoughtful. It means so much to see how they take the time to genuinely connect with the residents. One of the sweetest things is how they respond to my mom when she blows kisses—they always send a kiss back. It’s those little moments that bring so much comfort and joy to her, and to us. Thank you for creating such a warm and caring environment.

It's important to know that the facility is clean and smells well and that staff truly care about the patients and demonstrate that with their work. I don't have a lot to compare with because this is the only facility [name removed] has ever been in and I have ever been in but to me that rooms are fine not sure about amenities.

The fellow staff from marketing presented my mother and I with amazing options of the comfort needed for my mother. As we were walking throughout the community, all staffed looked welcoming and are very friendly and respectful. A employee at Brittany House mentioned. "They become family" and its true.

What I like the most about Brittany House is the Value, meals, cleanliness and friendly staff. Yes, I would recommend them to others, and I did last night to a physician friend of mine. I told him before I put [name removed] in the facility I checked five others in the Long Beach area. None of them came up to the standards that are meant by Brittany House. People always ask me how my wife is doing at the facility and are there any downsides? I can see our response is always the same. Brittany House is run very well. The staff is friendly. The spaces are cleaned regularly and nothing negative about this facility comes to mind

Brittany House stands out amongst the other facilities as being exceptional. The location is very safe, easy to get into and out of when going to visit, and the building itself is well maintained. The rooms are very nice and very clean. A single floor facility is nice as well, especially when it comes to moving in and around the facility. The staff are all great, from the administration to the caregivers and medical staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and supported a very rapid move into the facility, provided max assistance with getting my loved one settled, and ensuring she got the support she needed. I feel the cost was competitive and reasonable, especially considering the specialized care provided. The food is great and customized to the individual’s needs and likes. Daily activities keep everyone engaged and happy. I can’t say enough good things about Brittany House, but I highly recommend taking a look if you are considering care for your family member.

All 5s. What we like the most about Valley Vista is the friendliness of the staff, they are willing to listen and correct issues and price. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

This is an outstanding senior living facility! My mom was recently admitted at Brittany House and we were met by the most welcoming & warm staff. While getting situated, we talked with Chef [name removed] from the kitchen. I have to give him a big shoutout because he is such a lovely person! He took his time to kindly answer our questions and address any concerns regarding my mom’s diet. While we were hesitant at first about what my mom’s stay would look like or entail, [name removed] made us feel at ease. He is super knowledgeable, professional, and willing to helping. We now feel confident that she is in good hands. Overall, I was truly impressed by the amazing management and workers. I would highly recommend considering Brittany house if looking for a high-quality place for your loved ones! Our family was very pleased with the services and support offered here to ensure quality of life and again successfully. A huge thank you to the whole Brittany team!

I needed to find an assisted living community for my step-father that would allow for increased care as needed. I visited about ten area assisted living communities with a similar price range in the San Fernando Valley, and Valley Vista was by far the nicest, cleanest, brightest and prettiest place that I visited. So many were dark, dinghy and just depressing. I knew when I walked into the building that that was the place - at least aesthetically- for my step-father. But Valley Vista was more than just a great looking place. The entire staff was caring, efficient and very helpful. Everyone was professional and willing to help and answer questions. My step-father had several incidents that required additional medical care. The staff contacted me immediately, and handled the situation extremely professionally. I would highly recommend Valley Vista to anyone.

It’s so hard when you’re having to look for a place for a loved one. there’s so many difficult decisions and of course the emotions that go with it The staff of Brittney House has been just so fantastic and amazing.!! I’m giving the activities a low rating and I’m sorry about that because I know it’s probably hard to find activities. I would like to see maybe some gardening or something outdoors that would be great. They do have an outdoor area. It’d be nice to cultivate some flowers. Maybe some type of a little arts and crafts where they make picture frames or something besides, just puzzles? They do have spa services that I haven’t signed up for yet, but I will. I think it’ll be a treat for my husband.

The facilities are first class based on the five I visited before I placed my wife there. The staff are caring, and always ready to answer questions in a friendly and prompt manner.

I looked at many places and liked the fact that the facility was relatively new. It's a really lovely place. Lots of outdoor areas that are also very nice. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The cost for what is offered was by far the best deal. I would recommend Valley Vista highly to anyone who cares to give their lives one the best possible care.

I would say it's been a great fit for my mom and she's made friends and been active and is staying healthy. We picked this community because of the cost, female leadership, and proximity to my home.

The staff is so sweet and kind at Valley Vista Senior Living. They really care about the residents. [name removed], the sales person, was informative and NOT PUSHY. She gave me space and time to make my decision about moving my mom to this facility. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

One helpful thing that I didn't know is that if I call ahead when I'm going to pick my Dad up, they will make sure to get him ready. That has been a huge help!! I 100% would recommend Valley Vista Senior Living to others looking.

The community staff has been very caring, and patient with the residents. The medication management is handled well for the residents by the staff. The staff communication in person is better in the assisted living area than if I were to call to check on the resident in the community. The follow through for requests could be better for the residents. The communication with the staff in memory care has been better when speaking to me over the phone. It would be nice to have the staff to encourage the residents into activities such as bathing, and more to get these accomplished for the residents. There is limited choices for meals in memory care.
