I stopped by to visit a friend. I left feeling good about the place. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My friend had been in a fun activity while I was there. She seems happy and is enjoying her time there.

My dad has been here for several months, and our family has had a great experience. Staff genuinely cares about them. There are also fun activities happening from time to time. I feel really happy seeing my dad engaged. We are very grateful to everyone who works here.

They have provided love, care, attunement, and compassion to my mother for the past 2 years. The staff I have interacted with all show concern and attention to any concerns I have, and I often tell my wife that if I ever forget where I live, just drop me off here.

This facility has been a blessing for our loved one. It's nice to know that they can stay in the facility even on Medicaid. We looked at so many facilities that took waiver and this one was the nicest in the area by far. The rooms are even updated!

I came from out of town to visit my gradma, [name removed]. Very clean and I found the staff to be top notch. They were extremely helpful and attentive. They were continuosly engaged with the patients and even had a lovely Christmas service for them. I have to admit I was surprised at how wonderful this facility was. Thank you. It means the world to me that my gradma is getting such great care.

My father spent the last two years of his life here and was in a caring and nurturing environment. As his health declines, the attention and care he received increased proportionally. When the end came amid the pandemic-related isolation of quarantiene, the staff and caregivers became his "family". We are foreve greatful to the nurses, aides, and administrators who took such great care of my dad.

My father in law as at Royalton Woods for a short amount of time before he passed away. With every visit we were pleasantly greeted and the nursing staff and aides were so caring and friendly- it felt like home!! My loved one has been a resident at the Villa at the Lake for almost 6 years. As a family member I truly appreciate the way every staff member makes the residents and family members feel at home. I never have to worry about mom, I know that she is well taken care of. Staff memeber always greet us with friendly smiles and mom with warm loving hugs.
