My brother has been a part of this community for about a year now, and our family couldn't be happier with the care he receives. Everything from the meals to the staff has been wonderful. Everyone we interacted with has been kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. It really feels like a big family, and that means so much to us.

I visited my uncle because I'll be moving soon, and I'm really glad I was able to spend some time with him before I leave. The visit gave me peace of mind. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I love seeing how involved the residents are throughout the day. My uncle seems comfortable there. I can't wait to come back and have another visit.

I've had a really positive experience with this community. The staff is friendly, caring, and always willing to help. They do a great job making residents feel comfortable and cared for. I also have to mention that the food is really good.

My mom has been living here for a while now, and she absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly, caring, and always make residents feel welcome. There always seems to be something fun going on, whether it's games, crafts, or social events. It's great to see her staying active, making friends, and enjoying herself. We're very happy with the care and attention she receives. Highly recommend!

I was pretty nervous at first about my dad moving in here, but it’s actually been really good. The staff are nice and always helpful. My dad seems way more comfortable and happy than I expected. It honestly gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and truly caring towards residents. They take pride in provodong quality care and creating a positive atmosphere. I had such a great experience with them. This place is greate for anyone looking for a safe and supportive community for their loved ones.

We would not recommend that facility to no-one. Very understaffed and unprofessional, a couple of good staff but they are stretched very thin! We had to pay two aids to help with care of our mom because of lack of care. We had to pull our mom out after she fell a few weeks ago and the knot on her head is still very visible

I love the layout of this place. Everything is clean and has a very friendly staff. [name removed] was great on showing me around and helping me choose a place for my sister-in-law. I think I will enjoy my visits there.

They just got a new director and he is slowly changing things around and making things better, but that takes time. There are a lot of good people working there but to change old habits takes time.

What stood out the most is The staff - they were friendly and caring and they kept us informed of everything going on with our family member. Facility was clean and inviting.

5 all around. I like that it's a smaller facility than some of those sprawling rehabs. I am able to talk to the staff about anything including when I felt an outside rehab facility was trying to pressure me in to putting my dad in long term care. They supported my decision to keep him in Assisted Living as long as possible. The only hiccup was with ordering his medication in house. My dad does not have an RX plan but so far he hasn't needed that many meds and at Kroger they were only a couple of bucks each. Ordering in house stuck him with a $[removed] Rx bill. I had told them I'd get his meds at Kroger for anything that was over $[removed], but apparently there was some miscommunication which has since been resolved readily. My dad is doing well and is close to where I live which is great and I thank you all at Place for Mom for getting him there as I would never have found it and he would have been paying a lot more somewhere else. (Brookdale is very reasonably priced compared to other places).

Care on the assisted living side was better than memory care. Administratively, it seemed to take a long time for issues to be resolved.

Staff was very nice very helpful. I never ate the food my father was not a fan he complained a lot about the food and said it was cold at times. I can't comment too much on the activities since he did so much but there were limited activities for him.

The administrative staff was really great, friendly and made me feel like this was gonna be a great place for my mom. So initially, I was very excited for her placement there. Very quickly that excitement turned into disappointment. My mom complained about the staff, saying that they were not very friendly to her. She complained about the nurses not wanting to take time to meet her needs. She complained about the staff not being friendly. I spent a lot of time there with her and witnessed this myself. The food was actually terrible , we were made to think she would have choices from a menu, but the choices were very limited and the food was not good. The silver was frequently dirty as were the plates and cups. There was one person in charge of activities and she was out sick for the entirety of my mom's stay there. The entire reason we had my mom there was so that she would have activities to do during the day while we were at work so this was a huge disappointment. The fact that they didn't have any back up activities people was a huge letdown. Overall, we were very disappointed with the facility. We ended up moving my mom out of there with a month, and we were actually refunded our non-refundable deposit because they recognized the care was not as promised as well.
