I chose Pine Ridge Villas of Shelby because I had a longtime friend that lived here.

I met a person I consider a very good friend here at The Villas!

I love this place, the staff, and the residents!

I feel at home here at Pine Ridge Villas of Shelby and I've made a lot of friends.

It's a friendly place by both the staff and residents, Good food, light and airy, and a beautiful apartment. I would highly recommend Verena

They do not have 24 seven attendant, so they don’t meet the requirements for my VA assistance program. I’m not sure of this recommendation was made, but perhaps they’re considering of adding that service may have been the impetus!

Excellent (5's) in all areas except for admin staff...which includes dining room service staff. Admin-3, servers-3 But I will say...once there were complaints, they all have really tried to get reorganized and have listened to the tenants. And I'm very well aware how difficult it is to find good help that is loyal enough to show up... which brings up another point, I believe most all tenants would agree, the dining room and kitchen staff deserves more salary! Everyone....is very friendly and welcoming. Super clean. Value is good...!

We have been very happy with Pine Ridge Villas of Shelby. The staff, the apt, the food, the security and assistants to the residents has been amazing.

Great place to live, love it like home. But it is expensive if on a fixed income.

The things we like the most about the community are the residents there and the staff members. There are also so many activities to do daily! We would recommend Pine Ridge Villas of Shelby to other families based on the experience.

This is a great looking facility but at over [Amount removed] a month for 1 bd its out of our budget. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable

This is fully independent living. Your loved one will need to move if they require advanced care. The staff is amazingly helpful, and the residents extremely friendly.

We like the management at the community and we would recommend Laurel Springs to other families.

So far the experience has been great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is a nice size and suits my family member's needs. The food is good and the residents are welcoming.

We do not eat there, so I don't know about the food. And I don't know how it compares with others as far as value for the money. My sister and I live in one of the three bedroom cottages and absolutely love it! It's spacious, comfortable, and the maintenance here at Parc Place is fantastic!

What I like the most about the community is the closeness, friendliness and the helpful staff. Yes, I would recommend Chesapeake Bay to other families.

Verena at the Glen provides a warm welcoming environment for the residents, family and friends. Everyone seems to be very happy and engaged in activities that are readily scheduled. I would recommend Vera at the Glenn looking for a quality Senior Living Community!!!!

I wish I could give the administrative staff a higher score, they are amazing! Very loving and caring people. I think the apartment sizes are great. Of every place I looked at They were by far the best as far as being able to fit my furniture in. They're very comfortable clean and modern. I love living here. Overall, I think it's an excellent property. I am enjoying the people, the security the safety and the activities. If I had anyone I knew that was looking for a place, I would highly recommend Chesapeake Bay.

My husband and I have lived at Eagles' Peak for 5 years. We love it here because it feels like one big family. There are numerous activities to enjoy: yoga, stretch and balance, games, genealogy group, Ladies Bible Study, monthly ladies/mens luncheons out, a theater with movies to watch, a weekly happy hour on Fridays late afternoon and even more. Our staff is amazing and always developing new ways to keep us busy and enjoy every minute of living here.

Great place highly recommended nice people clean very attentive neighbors interact and the once a month potluck very nice can’t say much more about it so far will no more later thank you I look forward to better weather
