We were in a horrible situation when A Place for Mom reached out to us and recommended Clarendale. As soon as their website was updated the first and almost immediate call was from [name removed] at Clarendale. The facility is close to my home making it possible to conveniently visit every day. The common areas are very nice and inviting. The memory care area, even though being a restricted area, doesn't feel confining to the residents. The individual "apartments " are some what small but have adequate room. The enclosed courtyard adds another dimension to the openness. As with any new situation there are some things that need tweeking. The memory care manager, [name removed], has been working dilgently with us to establish a new normal for my family member. Clarendale has been phenomenal.

This was overall a smooth process staff is caring and answers questions quickly and effectively. We are Very, Very, Very Happy. THANK YOU FROM OUR FAMILY AT MAKING THIS BIG LIFE CHANGE SMOOTH!!

I have been here for about 2 years and I am very comfortable. The Delaney is a very neat, clean and organized, and the staff makes me feel home. There are some improvements that need to be worked out but nothing major. Management is very good at what they do and I love how engaged they are with us. I plan to live here for many more years. I highly recommend this place to someone looking for peace of mind while having fun. By the way the music and happy hours is a must see, I truly enjoy seeing myself and other residents having fun.

The facilities are nice, modern and very clean. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. There are a lot of activities and outings offered so that the residents have plenty of options to stay active and entertained. The food is excellent and there is enough variety on the menu to satisfy anyone. I would definitely recommend the Delaney to any of my friends or family.

I’ve lived here for about 7 months and I love it very much. The staff and residents are wonderful. I really like the activities they offer. The Delaney is a place I can call home. I invite anyone looking for a nice place to come and take a look. Talk to any residents that live here and they will tell you the same thing. I just love it here

It took awhile to find a place we felt was best for [Name Removed. She is very withdrawn, suffers from severe anxiety and has no family. Havenwood has been the perfect fit! It is just the right size for her to feel known and safe and she has quickly made friends with the kind staff who encourage her to try new things and safely expand her world and the warm, welcoming residents. Havenwood feels like family!

I can only say I would advise them to go sooner than later as they seem to fill up and be busy. The rehab folks and the ALF folks are very very good.

The facility is well thought through and has many features to keep people active and engaged. There are many attractive outside areas to encourage spending time in nature.

5 because it's a CCRC. Final location. The staff are amazing! The facility has so many amenities you can be as busy as you would like. The food is great and the staff amazing. We should have moved much sooner. A lot of free time to enjoy our lives!

Roosevelt is a very impressive facility. I was especially impressed with the size of the apartments that i toured, as well as well as the beautiful kitchens and bathrooms. The common areas and the amenities left little to be desired, in all areas. The monthly rate was not extreme.

No one wants placement in a skilled nursing facility. If that much help is necessary, your health is difficult, your stress level is high, and you are dealing with an unknown future for a loved one or yourself. My husband ended up at Wynscape (skilled nursing and rehab at Wyndemere) 3 years ago. His condition is not curable. The only thing that has made these 3 years pass calmly is Wynscape/Wyndemere. Great staff, great programs, good food, and flexibility on the individual issues we have faced. I am totally grateful for the care we have received at Wynscape/Wyndemere.

We entrusted Aldersly with the care of my wife of 42 years. It was a hard decision to move to memory care, and it was the right decision. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the love and caring support she received as well as our family. We will be forever grateful.

My dad ended up not going into the Clarendale community and staying at home with my mom, but Clarendale would be our first choice if he does need a higher level of care. I can't give enough praise to Linda, the sales director and the director of the unit (her name escapes me at this moment) but she is phenomenal. Her unit is spotless, the staff are friendly and attentive, the patients are clean and dressed nicely. She has structured activities of all types throughout the day and even had decorations that she made with the residents out and around the unit. Linda and she came to my parents home on two occasions and answered all of our questions so very patiently and even engaged with my dad in such a kind and professional manner. My family and I were so impressed with the entire process. We visited other facilities and hands down, Clarendale stood out in comparison. I would highly recommend people consider this community if they are ever in the position of placing someone they love in a memory care facility.

The facility was beautiful. Very new looking and very clean. [name removed] was just wonderful on the tour. I loved the size of the apartments and the amenities included. The memory care units are some of the largest and most comfortable Ive seen in my search for a place for my mother. The only issue is that there is really no Elderly Waiver situation for the memory care unit, and that may be something that we eventually will need. If there was, I would be moving forward more aggressively. Other than that, the entire property is pretty perfect!!!

The place looked incredible. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. I’ve been dealing back-and-forth with [name removed] and he’s been amazing. Helping us through the steps to get all the paperwork done and the patience he has had. Just a wonderful experience. I feel confident knowing she will be OK during her stay there!

The therapists are truly outstanding and his care was very good. There were when he had to wait to go to the restroom but overall, well done and he has recovered much better than what was expected. Thank you for your care for my dad.

I came to Freedom Square a year ago after my husband died. It was a great decision. People are friendly and helpful. I feel like I have a whole new family. The staff is more than excellent. They are so helpful in all the tasks I have asked of them. Lots of activities here to participate in. The grounds are wonderful and peaceful....watching the Koi in the pond is my way to relax. I had been visiting people for years here...and now I know why they were so pleased with the staff, facility and FOOD. Come for a visit and stay for lunch. We all would welcome you to the BEST place in Florida.
