I Love where I live. The area is definitely a great one. Quiet and safe. Lockwood is one of the most affordable places out here and im so glad i was able to get in when i did. The residents and staff are cool ppl. There are plenty of activities for everyone to do. Outings that we go on, activities in the building. The office is constantly working very hard to make it known that Lockwood exists. I had to get out of my apt and do something...hate sitting around, so, I am now the volunteer concierge and I Love it. I enjoy meeting each and every person that comes thru the door. Love it here.

I would recommend it. Facility is nice and good activities.

The activities director is fire. I love it for my mom, she is socializing a lot and having tons of fun.

Overall I would rate a 5. I think everyone there try's really hard to make it a nice place for our seniors to live. My mother in law is happy, she has made friends and enjoys all the activities provided. She enjoys the entire staff. We as a family are very happy she is happy. The facility offers many activities, she just told me today she has something every day. She loves the staff says everyone is just so friendly and helpful.

A Place for Mom got back with us in a timely manner and referred us to Lockwood of Burton apartments. It is a beautiful complex that is clean and well kept. There are many activities and services that meet her needs and make us feel comfortable with her living independently.

The staff are super friendly and my loved one was surprised and pleased to find a welcome basket for her! My loved one feels confident that she will get the help she needs when she needs it. Our loved one was not excited to move in at Lockwood, but now that she has made the move, she is encouraging others to make the move too

My Mom lived at Lockwood of Waterford for 2 years. She really enjoyed her stay. The apartment was very nice and quiet. Lots of room with an outdoor balcony. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Overall I would highly recommend Lockwood of Waterford for any senior.

Apartments are one and two bedrooms nice size 2 Br over 900 sq ft Staff is great. Activities director does a fantastic job You can sign up for meal plan or just purchase lunch or dinner on day of your choice. Also like the fact that unit has full size washer and dryer I just moved in in May and it is a great facility for independent living. Also wanted to mention water and continental breakfast is included in rent

They could raise the temperature during the winter months. They keep it at 72 degrees year round. But seniors have a tendency to be coder than the average person but they refuse to raise they temperature even one degree. Therefore we have to wear sweaters all winter long. That's not a big deal but takes some getting used to

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. I was not rushed into making a quick decision. Instead, I was allowed to take my time and come back for additional tours. It literally had everything I need/want in a home. In-unit washer and dryer, garbage disposal, microwave, full size pantry, central air and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Central air was a must, not a window unit that required fans to move cold air into the other rooms.

We chose this facility due to the location, friendliness of the staff and the great apartment sizes. He loves participating in bingo and karaoke. He does like the food there when he eats it.

I recently toured Lockwood the location is fantastic close to my favorite stores and the apartment itself is spacious and well- maintained. And last but not least the staff was and professional friendly and I love them already

The facility is very nice, clean, cozy, comfy, etc. they have a lot of activities for the seniors on a daily basis which my mom loves. They also enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the cafeteria. The food is pretty good from what my mom told me. The staff there is very friendly and helpful.
