They do have a lovely view and the home atmosphere. Being here is n adjustment from being at home but the team does a great job. They always help me. I wish the food was better I love to eat lots of vegetables!

A lovely community taking me back to my youth! It is very lovely. Great people that work here and live here! The staff is sunny here that is just the best feeling. Someone is always there to help anytime day or night.

Over the years I have visited Brookstone on several occasions. The facility looks and appears to be well maintained. Many options on their all day menu, fun activities open to public for attending. They also have a van available for residents to go out on outings. If you’re looking around, stop by Brookstone of Aledo!

Brookstone of Aledo has great CNA’S that make you feel welcome when you are there. I love attending the events that they have for the community. It is always clean and always looks very welcoming!

I visited this facility to visit a family friend and this place is very clean. The staff are courteous and friendly. The residents seem to really like living here. They have events for the community and the residents.

I liked the facility and will bring my mother to tour it next week. It is in a great neighborhood and I believe it would be a fit for someone who is in between assisted and independent living.

You have your own great room bath with step in shower small kitchen. No stove but refrigerator sink a lot of cabinets mine are blue love it,have a table 2 chairs. The living room for mine I have one comet shelves just for grandchildren’s pictures then I have a large tv two lounge chairs. My favorite chair has massage in it which I love. My chair is very comfortable. I have a queen size bed large enough for my stuff. I love it at Holly Brook. Great food have to watch it put on weight.

Recently moved in employees are very professional and caring! Nice seeing old friends while making new. Facility is clean and friendly when you enter the facility. Always something going on. Settling in nicely!

This place has outstanding management and an outstanding Director who has interest in the well being of his residents. He keeps tabs on everyone. I love living here and would recommend to others!

I currently live here and I love it. They help me when I need them too. Everyone is friendly and funny. The help me a lot and get to me where I need to go. I have a wonderful room and I wouldn’t trade it.

I have visited many different friends over the years @ Brookstone. Always has a feeling of home. Staff members greeting folks as they walk in, facility always smells and looks clean and residents seem to be enjoying their days interacting with activities, each other or staff. Their all day menu is great, if you’d like to have something different. If you’re shopping around for placement. I recommend visiting Brookstone of Aledo!

Truly a 5 for them all! At Chapel Hill there are activities all day, from music to arts and crafts. My mom's "studio" was by far the largest we visited. She has two large closets, the space fits her full size bed, two recliners, 1 tall dressser, 1 large horizontal dresser with a 55" tv on it, she also had a fold down bistro set, large window, and 2 bookcases. She has raved about the food and is looking forward to the self serve ice cream machine, everyone in Maintenance, kitchen staff, medical staff and administration have been so kind to her. Her memory has improved along with her ability to handle her own meds. She loves having a place of her own and sometimes doesn't leave for days at a time even though she still drives. Anytime she asks for help there is always someone available. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming, and the staff takes care of her room when it is scheduled to be cleaned.. couldn't have made a better choice for her! She loves the fact that is close to Dave's market, banks and post office as well.

I am a Meridian resident for the last 2 years, and I have only very good things to say about this facility. They made me feel welcomed from the first day. Everybody and I mean EVERYONE from management, marketing, healthcare personnel, kitchen staff, maintenance, cleaning crew, transportation and entertainment they will go out of their way to make the residents feel valued and make your stay memorable and very comfortable. I recommend Meridian at Brandon if I could give it 10 stars I would because it deserved them!

The facility is a nice place, older but going through updates. It is in a secluded part of Smithfield which is very nice. I didn’t really see any activities but it was later in the afternoon. The units that were shown were neat and clean.

Everyone I felt with were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The facility is well maintained. My aunt didn't have any complaints about how she was teated during her stay. If the need comes for her to have to stay somewhere they would be my first choice.

The staff all learned my father's name from the moving time. [name removed] who offered the initial tour was wonderful and responsive. The process was very easy in obtaining a room. The atmosphere is active and fun. I am grateful that I found this for my father.

While I see need for improvements in some areas, Meridian at Carolina Lakes keeps trying their best to meet all the needs of its residents. Their level of care and staff is most important and I rate them high for meeting all our needs for care and gives us, the family peace of mind.

It is a 5 in each area! Like staying at a five star hotel. Room is spacious and clean, food and it's availability almost 24/7 is good with themed dinners, happy hour daily, usually with guest musicians, pontoon rides on intercostal, lectures, yoga, craft activities, and staff is kind and attentive.

Pinnacle, from the first approach looks like a high end hotel. When you enter the front door the impression is continued. The lobby is very attractive. There are several upscale items. A fountain, reception desk, the theater, a bistro. The staff is kind and professional The whole place is immediately clean. There are lots of activities. We are very comfortable here.

Great Manager & Great Facility! The staff is all so friendly & always willing to help whenever needed. My mother in law really likes the friendships she has made with the staff & residents at the facility.
