Every month they have a family Bingo. It is such fun for the residents and their families. They have a wonderful staff. They offer such great activities and the staff are so patient and just nice to everyone. I appreciate them very much.

I just walked in to check out this location for a possible new home for Mom. No appointment, not knowing what to expect. Was introduced to the Director of the facility. She took the time out of her busy schedule to give me a quick tour and give me helpful information about the facility. It was a very impressive facility. Clean, beautiful setting overlooking a panoramic view of Lake Champlain. The tour really helped make our decision easy for our family and my Mom. Thanks so much!

I found Homestead to be a great facility. [name removed] was well informed and you could tell she took great pride in her job and believed in what she was doing. The place looked very clean and well taken care of.

Staff has been kind and supportive, very caring. The quality of care is excellent and they always make sure that my brother is well cared for. They have many activities and events. My brother enjoys the menu as they have an extensive and nutritious variety. He is very happy with his apartment, very spacious and bright. The cleaning staff keeps a daily routine of cleaning his apartment and laundry service.

[name removed] was so impressed with the people and the facility that he gave his deposit for a 1-bedroom apartment.

I have been at MerryWood for almost 15 years. The minute I walked in the door I knew this is where I want to live. The people here are like Family and the staff works so hard to make things perfect for us. I think that we have the best Activities group because they take us on many trips. They also have activities here at MerryWood that are really good. Also, they bring live entertainment particularly the Bluegrass band they had a couple weeks ago. I can say that I am very happy with Merrywood and hope that I never have to leave.

A wonderful, warm, inviting, clean atmosphere. The entire staff was engaged with the residents. Smaller setting than many of the larger residences I have toured.

[name removed] is amazing! She really helped us through making a difficult decision. The staff is super friendly. The facility is set up and organized very well for the residents and the visiting family members.

The staff and the residents have been welcoming, kind and have taken my mother under her wings to make her feel at home.

Great - my mother and I have toured this facility before and really like it. The only issue we have is the location of the laundry in the floor plan my mom likes.

I am so very pleased with the caring staff at Netherbay, my family loves to visit and see the staff in action they always go above and beyond for the residents. As a family member in memory care we are very pleased with everything. Thank you to dedicated staff that truly care you all are amazing.

My uncle lives here and it was the best decision we ever made. They have delicious food, fun activities, amazing staff, the management team is always there and so helpful. The executive director is the most caring person I met. She treats everyone like family and always makes time for us and others even if its on a holiday, weekend or night. Staff are always engaged and smiling you can tell this company has high values. We are so lucky to have this gem in Mercer County.

I took my mom there and it was very nice, spacious and clean. [name removed] gave us a tour and my mom loved it and is now a resident. [name removed] went above and beyond to get my mom in quickly. Everyone there is very nice and helpful.

People are very friendly, both residents and staff. Apartments range from 500 ft to 1100 ft, 2 meals a day, some transportation for med appointments, lots of games, etc.

This facility coordinates wonderful events and programs, sometimes alongside the residence, to create a blessed environment. The Easter service was a wonderful time, and I have been warmly welcomed every time I visit.

I have lived here for over 2 years. The food, all of the activities and the outings. The food here, my husband and I absolutely love it. The staff is excellent. Before choosing MerryWood we toured 3 other communities and they just didn’t seem homey. I am so glad to have found MerryWood.

I’ve been here two months after looking at eight different places. This was my choice and I’m so happy that I did that because when I walked in the door, I just knew this was gonna be my new home. The people have been super super helpful and pleasant. I have a great neighbors. I’ve made friends already. I’m just very happy.

I have been at MerryWood now about nine months and I love the atmosphere. I love the people all of the staff, the servers, the chef and all of the activities. I involve myself in a lot of activities. I walk just about 4-5 days a week. I play bingo, join the balance class. I do the yoga. I do just about anything to stay active and I just think it’s a wonderful place to be. I’ve enjoyed my time here so far and Hope I will always be here.

When we first came here, we found Merrywood very welcoming. Everyone was friendly, came up and introduce themselves and it was the same after we moved in. We made friends quickly and the Activities here are fantastic. Sometimes you have to look at the calendar and say oh do I wanna go to this one or this one because they’re at the same time so everything from exercising your brain to exercising your body so it’s a delightful place to live. The food is very good is very good too.

Facility is well kept, nice layout. Lots of activities for the residents. They also have trios they take the residents on. It is close to where our family lives so visiting is very easy. I would like the meals to be more inventive and flavorfull.
