During meal events and other activities, the staff is just like family. They all 'roll up their sleeves' and pitch in. I appreciate staff doing laundry, folding, and putting away.\nMy only concern/dissatisfaction is housekeeping. Rooms are not as clean and tidy as should be. Stuff on carpet for weeks, dusty furniture, stained loveseat, frig not cleaned out, hair on card table from hairbrush. I tidied up mom's room one time and threw away moldy banana.
