My mom was there during COVID while everything was closed and the staff there made my mom feel like she was the most important person there. She loved the devoted attention and really loved the food. They always accommodated the times we were able to do window visits.

A carrying staff
Staff goes out of their way to help you. They know every person's name and make you feel at home. When I came back from the hospital, they told me they missed me and what could they do to help. They checked on me every day.

Review for Danbury Huber Heights
The facility seems to be spotless. You would never know it was a Senior Citizen Residence when you enter the building. Everything is kept in mint condition. I have not met one unkind person that works there. Staff works hard to make sure residents are cared for and go above and beyond to make sure the eat well. They provide activities to keep residents from just sitting alone in their rooms.

This place almost like my childhood home

Best decision ever!
My mom was unable to live alone anymore and we had to make a quick decision to place her in a memory care elsewhere. I wasn't happy with their lack of staffing at the other facility. Prayers were answered when I found out about Danbury. We took a tour and had lunch at Danbury and knew immediately that we would be moving mom in right away. The kindness, care and compassion has been amazing. We definitely made the right decision. Mom is happy and safe. The staffing is very good. I really appreciate all the caring staff, fantastic administrators and especially the resident activities. The facility is clean and well maintained.

My mom is very happy at Danbury
My mother made the choice to move to Danbury after visiting and [name removed] took us on the tour. They were very helpful with her move and checked on her for several days to make sure she was adjusting well.
She has made many friends and enjoys the daily activities and trips. They have several holiday events that are always wonderful with entertainment and excellent food for friends and family.
I always find the staff friendly and available to answer any questions or listen to my concerns.

Danbury Huber Heights has an Awesome Family Environment
My father spent almost 5 years living at Danbury before his death in 2024. The Director, [name removed], and her staff are AMAZING!! They were always fun and made the residents feel like family. The nursing staff was amazing, knowledgeable, responsive and very caring. They always called me whenever there was any kind of issue. The PT on site is also very good, and my dad said the food was great! The pub and theater were also nice! They have 2 hospice companies on site, and when my dad went into hospice, they were very quick to get a bed set up for him and all the supplies he needed prior to his hospital release. When he was dying, they treated all the visitors like VIPs, and all the residents were able to go in and say goodbye to my father before he passed. It meant a lot to them because they said many times families don’t let them know what happened and they always miss their friends. We were so very happy we could do that for them. Great place to live!

Happy Grandma!
Toured for my Grandma. She loves Danbury! She especially loves how bright the rooms are and her friend lives there. She is going on outings and whopping with a group there, she is so happy now.

Easy move in process and great care!
During moms short term skilled stay we realized going home alone no longer was an option. The Danbury team made us feel welcomed and assumed is mom would be cared for. Very happy moving mom to Danbury.

Wonderful Memory Care
