The staff is super friendly, lots of activities and entertainment for residents

It helps to have people I know personally who are working there. I do hair in the community and one of my clients is [name removed]the activity lady. And everyone who I've talked to just loves my parents and they are very caring.

Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Receptionist is always welcoming. There is always plenty of activities to keep residents busy. A nice variety of activities. Mom sometimes complains about the food, but it always sounds good to me, and I try to tell her just because it doesnt sound good to her everybody is different.

We have been here since January 2026. We foind out that we had to go to assisted living and this was a highly recommended place and we are so glad that we came here.

The move to Storypoint Germantown was an easy transition for my mom who moved from out of state. She immediately made friends and connected with all activities. She is so happy which makes me very happy.

Anyone needing to find a senior living facility is doing their family a big injustice if not visiting Storypoint Germantown before making a final decision. My wife had been in the hospital several times and was eventually told that she needed a skilled nursing facility. Our daughters visited several facilities before telling us they have found a perfect place for us and we should see it. We were impressed immediately. Not only was the outside very stately, but the interior design just made us stop and admire. After being here several years I can honestly say I cant imagine a staff more friendly, courteous and caring. Multiple activities including movies, live entertainement, outside functions, like picnics, garden visits, theaters, nice restaurants, and seeing famous locations around memphis always gives us something to look forward to. We were especially pleased to see a daily devotional and weekly catholic communion service were offered. Several of our friends have moved here giving us even greater pleasure. My wife died over a year ago and I am so glad we were able to be in a place where we could enjoy our final years. My family and I can certainly say, we made a smart decision. I highly recommend Sotrypoint Germantown.

To be honest, I have absoolutely no complaints. Wish I could help in some small way, like ne writing pens. But I think the people are all great. Activities are important to me. No computer no. Have not lived here long yet! But certainly pleased thus far. Thanks.

[Name Removed] does his job reliably. Capable of doing whatever is asked of him in a timely manner with a smile.

I would say five for all of them. As far as quality of care, she really doesn't have any extra help with showering or medication or anything like that so I don't know that I'm a really great judge of that. But we had had experiences where she hasn't come down for a meal and they seek her out to find out why not and bring her a meal if she doesn't feel well so I do feel like they keep an eye on the residents . They have a tremendous assortment of food options for every meal, and the quality is very good We haven't seen a red flag yet. The rooms are larger than other places, it does not smell like a nursing home, and we have not encountered a staff member that is not extremely friendly. Really cannot say enough good stuff about it.

We used Danbury Woods for my Dad’s hospice care. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. Even though my Dad didn’t participate I noticed quite a few activities that were going on every day. I’ve never been to an assisted living facility with so many friendly employees.

The staff is very nice and helpful facility is beautiful. Rooms size is fine nice closet space available. Activities are great would be nice if they offered more on the weekends. Dining is ok it would be nice if more options on the regular menu

It is strictly memory care! By using this one we didn't have so many residents compared to nursing homes. Staff has been exceptionally helpful, supportive, and patient! There are so many activities, [name removed] doesn't use them but she gets social interaction. First room she had by herself. Lots of room! She rooms with another woman and plenty of room. They do their best to keep everyone moving and in groups.

Had no choice. They were the only facility that would take her in her condition. I would recommend Storypoint Romeoville to others. onboarding went well, the buildings are well maintained and it's a pleasant environment.

I rate a 5...the care packages can be a little confusing. Also, with the care being separate from StoryPoint They are very helpful and go out of their way to get people settled in. Living and bedroom good size. No cabinets in the bathroom. Kitchen is very small. Sinks in the bath and kitchen are hard to use for wheelchair

The community is fantastic. [Name Removed] always welcomes me with a smile. She is at the core of what makes this place feel like family and home. The staff is happy and is always very attentive to the residents. The community is beautiful.

The staff is outstanding. They are always friendly and helpful. The facility always looks beautiful inside and outside. I love the music I hear playing every time I visit. I will defiantly consider living here when the time come.

Great location close to village market restaurants quiet neighborhood. Memory care unit next door. We have not moved in yet, but from what I have seen I would absolutely recommend the place.

I don't have much experience when it comes to elder care facilities, but the place was relatively new, it was quiet, it didn't smell bad, and seemed clean. It was also important that she had her own private bathroom attached to her private room that was just for her.
