The staff members are so kind nurses, sides, kitchen, cleaning, reception, and maintenance. The facility has lots of light and space. The entire space is peaceful.

Great staff. Well balanced, tasty meals. The one bedroom apartment, with which I am familiar, is a very nice size. Living area with fridge and sink, with room for seating, curio cabinets, etc. Bedroom with queen bed, triple dresser. Great closet space.

Every person was beyond helpful. You could tell they loved their jobs

Mom loves the food and attention she gets for meals and help during the day. Apartment sizes are just right! Not too small, easy for mom to get around and very bright, new looking.

Very friendly atmosphere. Employees quick to help and greet families as well as the patients. Level of attention to the Memory Care patients. Yes, at this point I would recommend Danbury. No complaints with care or housekeeping or dining. We are still learning about the facility and programs and people involved.

Danbury has a very welcoming environment. I visit a friend in the memory care facility several times a week and notice how nice the staff is to the residents. I would like to send a shout-out to [name removed] the memory care coordinator, [name removed] , and [name removed] who make the activities fun and tasty and they are always trying to include everyone. [name removed] in housekeeping is always saying hi and asking if there is anything we need. Everyone tries to make you feel like you're part of the Danbury family.

From the very beginning, we knew StoryPoint Grand Rapids East was the right choice for our parents. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond, giving our family real peace of mind. There are always great activities and events that keep residents engaged and connected, which has made a big difference. The amenities are well thought out and make everyday life easier and more enjoyable. The food you really can’t go wrong. There’s plenty of variety and it’s consistently good. Overall, StoryPoint has been everything we were hoping for and more. We’re incredibly grateful for the care and experience they provide.

Lovely surroundings. Plenty of scheduled activities. Very good and nutritious food. The staff are extremely friendly. Apartment are high end and easy to maneuver for seniors regardless of their disabilities.

I recently stopped by to visit a dear friend at Glen Abbey and was happy to see that she is doing well. The staff were very kind and greeted me upon arrival. My friend has been very happy living at Glen Abbey and I feel reassured knowing she is well cared for. Another dear friend of mine has neighbors who moved to this community recently and have been pleased with their decision to choose Glen Abbey. I look forward to visiting again.

My grandma stays in a nursing home that has turned out to be a truly comforting and supportive place for her, which gives our whole family peace of mind. From the moment you enter, it feels welcoming rather than clinical, with warm lighting, inviting spaces, and friendly staff who greet everyone with kindness. Her room is always clean and nicely kept, and there are little personal touches that make it feel like her own space. What really makes the nursing home special is the level of care and attention the residents receive. The staff are patient, compassionate, and genuinely interested in getting to know each person, including my grandma’s stories, preferences, and routines. She often talks about how much she enjoys the daily activities, whether it’s group games, music sessions, or simply chatting with others in the common areas. There’s a strong sense of community that helps residents feel less alone and more connected. It’s reassuring to know she is not only safe and well cared for.

Good- Staff is pleasant. Facility is clean. Meals served on time. Grounds are well kept. Faculty is on board. Meds are dispensed in a timely fashion. When unable to keep our loved ones at home and care for them, this is definitely the best option.

My grandparents live here and it’s awesome to know they are covered and the meals provided are great and staff is so friendly. Everytime I visit the sales staff makes sure my questions are always answered, provides solutions to any questions I have and then the direct care workers are helpful to my grandparents to make sure they get everything they need

My grandparents have been here about a year and a half, and I couldn’t be happier with the way staff care about them. It feels like a family here and I would recommend choosing this community for your loved ones needs!

I rate White Lake Assisted Living 5 stars. My husband was a resident in the Memory Unit for the last 6 months of his life and I truly cannot think there are any better care options that could have eased our really difficult situation. I would recommend their facility to everyone.

I have the pleasure of visiting this assisted living community regularly as a home health provider, and it is always a positive experience. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff are friendly, attentive, and truly care about the residents they serve. It’s clear there is a strong sense of compassion and teamwork throughout the building. This is a community I genuinely look forward to visiting each week, and I appreciate the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team. Highly recommend!

As a healthcare provider, I’ve seen several of the residents at this facility. They all seem very happy and pleased with the services they receive. The facility is clean and beautiful.

In visiting Ludington Woods I was impressed with how clean the building and the rooms were. The staff is phenomenal with their residents. They seem to really take a personal approach when addressing each individual’s needs. They are gentle and kind. I am a hospice nurse and travel to many facilities. I would have my loved one reside at Ludington Woods. I am here frequently and really have had the opportunity to see how this community is run and how the staff interact with each other and the residents.

So the leadership has changed there since they had some arrests for stealing from residents. But at the time they really worked with us as my dad's dementia progressed while he was in independent living to give us time to get him into a memory care unit. He was aggressive and they were incredibly helpful and gracious in working with us. And also looked for ways their staff could improve in their approach.
