Clear and transparent communication and availability and access to management to ask questions was big. Apartments are perfect size for my mil's needs. The amenities are good.

Affordable, clean, excellent restaurant quality food choices, plenty of activities and transportation..

I rate Maris Point as a 5. Place is very clean and the facility tries to have many activities for the residence. Very nice courtyard to get some sunshine as well

Your employees are very kind and understand of my mother's condition. I was really impressed when the head maintenance man visited my mother about her heat.

They are great with my mom. She's happy and that all that matters! The place is not the nicest. Yet the staff is wonderful. I toured much nicer facilities and I would not put my worst enemy in those.

Every one of these categories would be a five! The facility is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, respectful, caring and friendly. The food is amazing! I often join mom for lunch. They are very consistent with her routine including laundry, showers, dressing. They communicate regularly and suggest things to make things easier for mom.

The executive director [name removed] is nothing short of an angel, but all the staff was amazing. Yes, we would recommend Lark Springs to other families based on the experience so far.

Located on a quiet street. The facilities are fairly new so it was very inviting. The apartments were bright and cheerful with decent views.

My mom has only been there since [date removed] but right now I'd say [name removed]. When I was looking at facilities it was the cleanliness along with the amazing staff. It meant a lot that main staff members have been there for a long time. I would definitely recommend based on what I know now. Nothing to add at this time!

[name removed] , one of the managers, was friendly and kind. She took myself and my mother around. She was patient and understanding as she covered the information for my mom. She answered all of my mom's questions. The facility was clean and everyone was friendly. The grounds were well maintained. My mom is so excited to be moving in later this year. I toured 10 places in the area, and I have to say this was the best one by far.

Vista Veranda is the perfect answer for out most quality living for a loved one. It fulfills all the boxes one could hope to check off for quality care and social interaction.

My aunt has gone from wheelchair to walking and exercise everyday. She is smiling and laughs every time we visit. We are so pleased!

I love coming here! I love to call them my grandparents. I love everyone that is here at Vista Veranda. Everyone need love.

The Highpoint staff has been excellent. [name removed] was a great help. Very clean & food/dining are great. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I have not been at The Palms sinc.e June as my friend who was living at The Palms died in July While Joe was living at The Palms, he was happy there and enjoyed the activities they offered. The nurses were always on time with his meds. The only complaint I have is housekeeping didn't do a very good job keeping his room clean especially the flowers. [name removed] did drop food on the floor occasionally and sometimes the floor was sticky. We had to speak to the head of housekeeping to get the floor cleaned.

My mom recently will have to make a move to a memory care facility. I toured Timberdale Trace and was impressed with the personnel and how welcoming they were. I got to see the entire place and all the things that will be available to mom.

My mother has been a resident at The Oaks at Flower Mound for over a year and it has been a great year due to the facility, care, meals, activities and very helpful staff... but the level of care she received following her recent fall and broken hip truly exceeded all expectations. The entire team has been a godsend during this challenging time, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We want to specifically recognize two exceptional individuals: [names removed] Their dedication to my 88-year-old mother's recovery has been remarkable. [names removed] consistent encouragement and specialized support have been crucial in getting her back on her feet and well on her way to normal. The rehabilitation process can be daunting, but thanks to the tireless efforts of the in-house care/rehab staff, my mother feels motivated and cared for every step of the way. The entire facility provides a warm, supportive, and safe environment for its residents. Truly a 5 star community.

Very friendly staff and nice independent living facility that provides extra services for the residents. They provide all meals and have a lot of activities available daily. Enjoyed meeting the staff, they were very welcoming. Thank you

Took the tour with [name removed] and he gave me nothing but a positive experience. I definitely feel I would be very happy living here. I couldn’t see as much as I wanted to because there was a lot of snow on the ground. But what I did see it was very nice.
