The employees of Eden Heights Eden have gone above my expectations to make my Mom feel comfortable. I was anxious to send her to assisted living because I feared her not being comfortable. There are kinks as with any change but we are happy to say that our questions or concerns are being addressed! That means something, to feel heard! Thank you for all of your help along the way!

I helped a long-time neighbor and friend, 83 years old, move into Eden Heights and provide transportation for his medical appointments. He has mobility issues and uses a wheelchair or walker to get around. He lived alone at home for about 13 years and it got to the point where he needed living assistance. I feel he is in the best possible situation at Eden, both in terms of care and his financial situation. He seems to be adjusting well to his new surroundings (going on five months now). With increased socializing, he should do well living at Eden Heights.

My mom has been at Eden Heights of Olean for over a year.Whenever I come to visit, she is always clean and dry. I have to go looking for her because she's never in her room. She spends a lot of time with her friends doing all kinds of activities. When I was looking for a place for my mom I looked at another fancy place, but I didn't like it. I didn't see any staff or residents when I toured there. At Eden Heights, residents are all over and they look happy. No one is just sitting in a chair watching tv My mom loves Eden Heights. She says the staff answer her call light quickly, and always are around to help. When I visit, I see the administrator helping residents, not sitting in some office. The nursing director, and case manager know everything about my mom, and keep me updated. Mom's doctor comes right to the building, along with the foot doctor and eye doctor. [removed name] helped a lot with her move in. The facility isn't perfect, but they take great care of mom, and that''s what matters!

Eden turned out to be an excellent fit for my Uncle. The staff is warm and welcoming; they made sure to give him the time he needed to adjust to his new environment. It's very clean, and bright and there is always something for the residents to do. I love how they can fix up their rooms...called apartments to really be an extension of home; be it a favorite easy chair, microwave, decor....just about anything. I highly recommend Eden Heights for your loved one.

I picked this community, because I thought I would have better care for the money. If you have the money go there.

Very helpful and informative. At first I was hesitant because I thought there was a fee associated with the service.

Meals and dining were excellent. Cost was a but this was best facility in area for dementia specific care. The facility was on a large lot enclosed with a fence so residents could walk around outside without having to wear any alarms or buzzers going off.They were a dementia specific care facility and was the only facility that helped me in the actual placement of my mom on the first day( since my mom was combative and not wanting to leave her apartment) the staff members were kind and helpful to my mom and my family.

This community for sure made a difference in my father-in- laws view on his independence. They made it very important for him to still be able to do things on his own and made him feel like it was okay to live alone even with a disability because they would be there to help.

When the situation arose that I knew I needed to place my mom in a specialized care facility. "A Place for Mom" was a lifesaver and comfort to me. They provided me with many choices of facilities helped to set up appts, and the staff was kind and compassionate. They helped me find this wonderful facility that specifically care for dementia patients. I a m blessed to know my mom is safe and being cared for.

WE had a great tour with Oakwood Terrace. The facility itself is gorgeous with well maintained grounds. It was a little too big for what my dad was wanting.

This is a great place! Oakwood Terrace worked with us to assist us in getting my loved one in the community. My loved one has a beautiful room. The staff took the time to answer my questions. The community is willing to deliver items to my loved one for me during the lockdown due to COVID restrictions. Everyone is very friendly from the housekeepers all the way to the Administrator.

We chose Oakwood Terrace because of the friendliness of the staff, their professionalism, and the outdoor space provided. The staff are always great, no matter what the needs might be they always take the time to respond. The facility does have a family type atmosphere and it is smaller, only about 53 residents. We could not be happier and would absolutely recommend to others looking.

Eden Heights was a wonderful facility. We chose them because it was quick, they had availability, and they took her on short notice. The room sizes at the facility were adequate for what she needed. The staff were fantastic with communication and always kept us updated. They were wonderful and did everything they said they would. I would highly recommend them.

I would say go for it at this community. It was close to my house and convenient for my loved one. It fits all of our needs.

My sister is presently living at Eden Heights. We have no complaints. She seems to be satisfied with the food and services. Our visits are satisfying despite the Covid-19.

We chose Orchard Park because we did not like the care he was receiving at the other places. This facility was overall better with care and the location was great for us too. The room sizes are adequate for his needs. He was in a private room with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. He seemed to enjoy the food here and had no complaints. I would highly recommend.

I have lived at Eden Heights of West Seneca for almost 10 months now and it seems like I arrived only yesterday. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. My room and the public areas are kept clean and comfortable. Meals are varied and tasty, and activities are scheduled daily to keep residents busy and interactive with others when possible. Covid-19 has put a damper on some usual activities, but with the hard work and persistence of the staff our home is Covid-free.

If you like going on vacation, you’ll love living at Eden Heights. No cooking, no cleaning, no laundry, you don't even have to make your bed. Everything is done for you. Just relax and enjoy all the activities, exercise and the weekly field trips in the van. The staff here are very helpful and check with the residents to see if they can do anything for them. Our health and wellness being their main concern. They do everything they can do for the residents to make sure they are happy and well cared for. Everyone did an excellent job keeping us safe and healthy diiring Covid-19 pandemic. No one here has Covid. Come and join us, you’ll be welcomed with open arms and will make a lot of new friends. I have been here a little over 4.5 years and have made many new friends. It’s great having people who care.

I live here. It is clean and the people are nice.

Eden Heights of West Seneca has wonderful, caring, hard working staff that truly care about the residents. The community had a home-like feel. The residents enjoy socializing with each other. Families have the comfort of knowing their loved ones are well cared for and loved here!
