My dad has been at Woodlands since the beginning of October and is very happy there. The staff is wonderful, the entire building is very clean and he likes his apt. very much. It is a smaller facility so they have plenty of activities but not as many as a larger assisted living place. The food is fine. I think the biggest advantage Woodlands has besides the excellent staff is that because of its smaller size, people that live there get to know each other quickly.

We love the staff! [name removed] has been amazing during our transition for our dad! [name removed] in The Cove has been wonderful & caring. The only thing I would like to see more of is asking the entertainment people to have my dad attend the activities in the main section. I have told them that he will say "No" if asked because of the Alzheimer's but if someone just tells him "it's time to go to the front area" he will gladly go!! He needs more stimulation than staying in his room watching tv. I'm sure they are asking him but I'm sure he is just saying no at first! He loves music and watching people

Life for my 101 year old mother has been so great for her stay of two years. I will never be able to give the staff enough praises for their wonderful kindness and care. They have been so patient with her, knowing that she cannot hear or see well and make sure that she reaches her destinations by pushing her wheelchair to activities . I can truly say that they are always upbeat and will strive to solve every problem no matter how small , almost immediately. They get a five star rating from me in food service, programs and activities, immaculate cleanliness of facility and assisted living patient care. The addition of the wonderful hair salon services and physical therapy is a big plus . Most of all, my mom loves the BINGO BUS rides and rides to the many places they make available . Mom still tells everyone that she lives at the Taj Mahal

I think other families should know that it is a beautiful facility with good food and amazing staff. I really appreciated everything you guys did for me when I was having a hard time taking care of my grandma

The staff is excellent, everyone is very caring and kind. The activities are wonderful. The staff turn over is high but they manage to get great people and some have been around a while. It often feels understaffed. Overall a great experience.

I am very glad I made the decision to move to Woodlands and very glad I did it this time in my life. I get to have the experience of living in a small apartment and not having to deal with my old 3 bedroom house & property surrounding it. I love the apartment & really appreciate it. All the residents have been very welcoming, smiling & friendly. After a day I was happy here.

5 star facility at a 3.5 cost, admin and staff very professional.

Our mother has been at Woodlands a little over two years. She is happy has made good friends they have daily activities. Management has been responsive whenever we have questions. Staff are attentive. We appreciate the good care as we are out of state. Thank you WOODLANDS.

The staff is always friendly. Especially [name removed] she has always treated my brother [name removed] with respect. She always helps him with what ever he needs. The staff has always been supportive of him. And as a sister i really appreciate that knowing he is taken care of. The nurses are great they take care of him exceptionally well. The young lady that does his nails is so sweet and does a great job with him. She always speaks to me when I see her. Thank you all for you're exceptional work in taking care of him.

Mom has been at Advinia since [date removed] She has a very pretty and bright apartment and she’s very happy at the facility. Prior to the Advinia, she had fractured her pelvis at the beginning of March and was in the hospital and subsequently a rehab facility facility. They continue to do her therapy with her. Recently, she did that to UTI. The nurses were very much on top of it and she was provided medication and now feeling much better. I’ll be visiting her in another couple of weeks and at that time make another assessment.

My wife is in Adviniacare. It's a decent place. Full of daily activities. Very friendly staff. They serve good healthy meals. The building is kept very clean. It's very well maintained. The staff is very hard working and alway willing to lend a helping hand.

My mom has been there a year and I can't say enough good things about this facility. It provides excellent service beyond normal expectations. My mom is 100, in a wheelchair and moves effortlessly around the many areas of activities, games, movies, live entertainment, therapy animals and outdoor nature in beautiful locked courtyards. The food court provides a well lighted cheerful community area with a large t.v. for entertainment. A daily menu is provided and more choices off a menu that you can pick and choose. I have complete confidence that my mom is safe and happy when I leave after my daily visit and I can sleep peacefully knowing that I have chosen the right place after months of searching. [name removed] was the greatest help. She answered all questions and my mom is the happiest person since she moved in at Paddock. The caregivers are so lovely. And the communication between management and family is phenomenal. Thank you.

Friendly staff, Everyone willing to help with anything that's needed! Clean and fun atmosphere! ED helps in every way she can, she loves her residents and staff, very genuine person can not say enough about her!!

I've never felt more welcome and at home at another community. They always make me feel so welcome and at home when I come in to see my mom. When I have any concerns they are very responsive and tentative.

I had so much fun. The staff was so nice and came up with so much things to do . I love this place so much . There meals are so good , they care and help a lot . That place is so beautiful and nice .

This place is so fantastic and beautiful. The first feeling when coming into the facility was very laid back and so welcoming. The feeling of seeing everyone up and walking and smiling and laughing was incredible. Would definitely recommend to everyone. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

The staff was amazing and treated everyone respectfully and nice the facility’s were amazing along activities they offered and do. The rooms were very nice and kept clean they treat there residents with care and hostility

Managment extremely helpful. My mom has been here for a month and a half, and Sales director has been so helpful and made this transition very smooth for both myself and my mom. I visited several other communities and nothing seemed as warm and welcoming as Paddock Ridge.

This is such an amazing place for me dad to live. From the fantastic food to the fullest activity calendar I've ever seen, it is the only place I want me dad to live. If I could give 10 stars I would
