I have lived there at Novel Place for almost 2 years. Our program director keeps us so busy. There's always something to do. We have a new chef and his food has been amazing. Our apartments are very comfortable. There's a variety of them as well. Transportation is provided, which is a huge help for us that don't drive anymore.

I have an uncle that lives at Novel Place Blue Springs. He is thriving now that he moved in there. It was one of those choices that you struggle with at the beginning but after he moved in, he has really thrived.

This place is wonderful! My loved used to live there and I can’t say enough good things about this place. They have so much to do every day for the residents. The food was also so good! I am very thankful that they chose Novel Place.

I went to visit my friend at Novel Place. This was so nice and welcoming I was taken aback. Was not expecting the gracious staff and very beautiful interior. The other residents were just as gracious as the staff. I was happy to know my friend lives in a beautiful, safe and welcoming environment. Not many like this place! Thank you Novel Place!!!

As a family member of a resident, I can honestly say it truly is a blessing to know that he is safe, healthy and enjoying every minute! They have great activities, food and a loving and caring staff! The family is happy knowing that we can feel secure knowing our loved one is enjoying himself and is able to live his best life.

I recently came to visit my aunt who moved in not too long ago. I was very impressed with this facility. She was originally scared to move into a senior living facility but since moving in has expressed how comfortable she is and how great the community is. She always has something to do and someone to be with if she pleases. Not to mention the 10/10 lunch I had during my visit! Definitely would recommend this place to my loved ones

Our Father moved to Novel Place this past summer and it has proved to be a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very friendly, the community made him feel welcome and he has settled in. He participates in and enjoys the exercise classes through the week. The office, cleaning and meal staff are always friendly and helpful. They have an onsite physical therapy company that he has been able to use through his insurance and that has been very helpful as well. Recommend!

I recently visited my good friend at Novel Place Overland Park. What a wonderful place! My friend is extremely happy here. I was amazed at how pretty the community is. The staff was so friendly and seemed to know everyone by name. I had dinner and the food was delicious and well presented. My friend says it feels like family here and i can see why. I would recommend Novel Place to anyone who is looking for a warm community with attentive staff, great friends and lots to do.

Searching for an Independent Senior Apartments with amenities similar to a hotel, I found Novel Place and was very impressed with the reviews. Had a meeting with [removed name], Director of Sales and Marketing. When I arrived, I noticed they were setting up for their Independence Day celebration and there was an exercise group busy in the center. The meeting was comfortable and very informative. [removed name] is a true Professional, very personable, with excellent knowledge of and background in this business area. The meeting was very enjoyable, and [removed name] took time to answer any and all questions. Many homelike amenities, Restaurant Style Dining, Vibrant Activities Program, Transportation, Concierge Services, 24 Hour Maintenance, Health and Wellness Programs. [removed name] took me on an extensive tour of the premises, with a visit to the apartments offered, dining areas, rooms available for family visits. Very impressed with Novel Place and will be revisiting it when the time comes for my next step.

I have two friends who have chosen to live at Novel Place, and each time I visit I secretly think this too will be my future home when I make the decision to move. I have enjoyed having dinner in the dining room and experienced not only a delicious meal, but the liveliness of the residents’ chatter and laughter. All in all, Novel Place is just a beautiful facility located near many restaurants and shopping for the convenience of residents.

I have lived at Novel Place almost 3 years. We have a new amazing chef who has been providing incredible meals for us here at the community. We also have a bunch of activities as well. There is always something to do here.

I have lived here for 3 years. This place is amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. My fellow residents are the best. The employees are all so nice and treat me like family.

From the minute we walked into the Novel place we were put right at ease. [removed name] was exceptional. He put my dad and myself both at home. This place really exuded warmth and Security. I couldn’t say enough good things about the Novel place. I put my cherished father there that should say at all :-)

My mother recently moved 1300 miles to be closer to family. We chose Novel Place for it's convenient location and beautiful facilities. The common rooms are comfortable and attractive. The individual apartments offer good natural light, plenty of closet space and washer/dryer in the unit. The other residents have been welcoming and friendly. There are many opportunities to join in group programs and activities: card games, holiday parties, transportation to local restaurants and shopping. Our family is happy that mom has found a new home in Blue Springs.

Everything about this facility is top notch. From the fabulously kind employees, to the exceptional food choices, to the abundant choices for activities, to the friendly residents — I couldn’t be happier with my living arrangements! This place is amazing!

I chose to live at the Novel Place for several reasons. It is a home that is only 5 years old. The monthly price is fair. Very clean inside and out. Well maintained. The people that live here are very friendly and all staff are very helpful. Food is very good. Eating area is very nice and easy to get around in with walkers an scooter/wheelchairs. Everything anyone would need to live independently comfortable. Come take a nice tour and see how you can live much more easily daily.

My aunt lives at Novel Place and loves it! The staff are so loving and helpful, the food is delicious and everything is so clean. The decor is beautiful and the activities for the residents look so fun! I am very impressed with Novel Place and would not mind living there myself, were I a little older!

My mom is a resident at Novel Place In Blue Springs. She and my entire family couldn’t be happier with this decision. I truly have never met a more caring and compassionate staff. They make you feel welcome from the first time you meet them. It’s obvious that the staff enjoys what they are doing and they treat everyone like family. The residents are also amazing! Friendly and inviting to new residents. And they are genuinely happy to be at Novel Place. Novel Place is also well maintained and very clean. Something that was important to my Mom. Keep up the good work, Novel Place! I hope to live there someday

What we like the most about the community is the way the staff treated my mom. Very personable and helpful. Felt she was safe there. If needed, will use them again.

5 for all categories. From day 1 Dad was made to feel like The Summit was home. It's bright and clean. Everywhere we walked, people were friendly and inviting. Dad has not been bored. He has friends and is enjoying himself. The nurses follow through on medical needs. I could go on and on. Bottom line Dad is happy, busy, and well taken care of.
