I want you to know that I really love my apartment here at the Lakes. It seems like everybody is nice and they're not everything works perfectly all the time with some of the gates and swimming pool and such and so forth it's still a very good place to be and it is affordable. Unfortunately I'm in an upstairs apartment which is not good for me but they didn't have any downstairs apartments available. I have no complaints sometime if I can afford another apartment downstairs I would seriously think about moving. Overall I would recommend the Lakes as a Pleasant place to live, and it is Affordable. Residents seem to be friendly and nice and it's great having dogs and cats to pet and love.

I was very happy to find this hidden treasure of a place. I was skeptical because of the location but this has really been a great place! It’s very well managed, maintained and clean! It’s well lit and my neighbors have been the friendliest people I’ve ever met. I’m very happy and confident that I will continue to have fun and enjoy living in this place.

Pay your rent on time, don't leave a mess for somebody else ie, pick up your dog poop. Don't be afraid to be friendly, you'll meet your neighbors coming and going. We are always happy to answer questions.

Overall it ha turned out to be a great community. I've learned how hard they try to keep landscaping looking mowed and bushes clipped and sidewalks cleared. We have get togethers. Bingo is popular. The staff are good about answering questions and getting any repairs done. I've made friends here and realize it just takes time. Good value

We picked this community, for two main reasons: Price, and W/D in individual units. Definitely worth a look! Management and maintenance are responsive and helpful. I would recommend to other families.

Everything with Albany Apartments has been really good - it is very well managed and well maintained and we really like the layout of the community. There are no stairs for our loved one to climb so that is something we do not have to worry about. The space is very open which is very ideal and optimal - it has a sense of security and it just works out very well. The community is peaceful and quite. The parking situation is very well laid out. The prices of the apartments is very reasonable - not to cheap and not to expensive. It is just a fabulous arrangement. The entire surrounding neighborhood is pretty great.

They keep the community very clean. I am having so much fun, I have yet to fully unpack from moving in. The maintenance is quick to respond to requests. They have a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. They have a monthly dinner for the residents. They even have a community newsletter. My apartment has large ceilings and is very spacious.

For the money, you are getting more than anywhere else. the community residence is super friendly and is helpful. They are still doing activities but in a safe way. The facilities are super clean and their communication is very good. I would recommend this community

They gave me a good tour when I made the appointment. However they were expensive and that was not going to work for me.

This is a nice community for good care. The staff is very kind and attentive. The community is clean and has a nice enviroment. They do offer activities for the residents. I am happy to know that he likes his new home and feels safe. We would recommend this community for care for other families to tour for the care and comfort of a loved one.

The Lakes is great community. They have great amenities. They provide shuttle service for shopping, which is a big deal for me. The place is by the mountain and I have a mountain view room, which is great. My balcony overlooks the pool and the sound of running water from my balcony is very relaxing. It sets the atmosphere for the day.

There are very friendly. I do like the amenities and they provide a bus for shopping and that is a big plus for me. Hearing the sound of effects of running water of they provide when I sit outside on my patio makes it so relaxing.

Albany Apt area is fine . The surrounding area is a slum .I would recommend .

The manager seems very full of herself. She has been known to not follow through with promises. She can "act" friendly but you can tell it is false! They have very few activities. For a member luncheon, you go to clubhouse, get a slice or sandwich and then take it to your apartment to eat. No place for us all to gather and eat. Can't meet others sitting alone! There seems to be no heart!

They A/C does not run the greatest. There is a big turn over in maintenance and Assistant managers Work orders do not get worked on in a timely manner. The pool was down for 3 weeks in July.

This property sounds good, however, it is located too far from us. I am giving it 3 stars for that reason only.

Poor management and maintenance. Promised the moon got nothing. Apt was not ready for move in. Have been here a month and still waiting for painting to be properly finished , repairs to be done, cleaning to be done, etc , etc. At this point I would say run.

Cute apartment, decent 'hood, quiet. Office management and maintenance are lacking. I've been waiting over 3 weeks for electrical items to be taken care of. Been told each time that "someone would be there today." Not true, still waiting. Wires are hanging out of the wall, the place wasn't cleaned, and I was given the keys. There should have been a walk through by management. Also, paying for an appliance that was supposed to be installed on 8/1. It's 8/23. No appliance, yet paying for it.
