All categories are a 5 except for the food. We wish they had more for diabetics. The food itself is pretty good. It's worth checking for yourself. Everyone is different. We are very happy with everything from the laundry pickups to the transportation. The PCP and nurses actually care about the residents. Any issues have been dealt with accordingly. Just a great place for Mom or Dad.

They seem to have a very low turnover. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tons of activities. Excellent accountability - my mom left one night and didn't sign back in, so they immediately called when they found out to make sure she was ok. Very clean.

I walked around d saw the amenities and even met a resident who let me see her really cute apartment. The people were very nice and it didn’t seem like it was a hospital setting like a couple of other places I had seen

My family was very impressed with tour of the personal care facility at Harmony. It is very clean and provides many activities for my parents. [name removed] at Harmony was very personable and does his best to accommodate my parents. All the employees we have met so far are so nice and you can tell they like working there.

Great all around care. Food is awesome apt is great and Right size to take care of. kindness is a word used from staff and other residents. Activities are fun and there is something for everyone. Transportations is Great to medical appts. I like it a lot.

The workers are friendly and respond rapidly to request for help. The apartment appears safe and spacious. I have lived here for over a year and plan on continuing this. The food is good, nutritious, and served in a pleasant atmosphere (dining room). More servers would make it even more pleasant., But, generally the waiting time is not severe.

The staff was informed and willing to help with answering questions to make the transition as easy as possible. My niece has been engaging it activities and enjoying them. Thanks for referring us.

What we like the most about the community is their friendly staff and all the residents are happy. The place is clean and there are so many activities to participate in. It is by far one of the best places we have looked at

We just moved my mom from into Harmony. Its been a warm, welcoming place where residents are treated with genuine care and respect. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and always go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels comfortable and valued. The community is clean, well-organized, and full of engaging activities that promote both independence and connection. It truly feels like a supportive home where we can have complete peace of mind.

Seams like a great place. I’m hoping to transfer both of my parents here real soon. Looks very clean and neat. They have 3 chefs hope the meals are really good. Our family will try to all eat here with our parents.

All of the staff have been very engaged, very nice, and attentive. The facility is very clean. [name removed] is really good with my mom. Keep up the great work and it's appreciated. I like going home knowing that she is being taken care of.

Overall, a very good experience. if I have questions or comments, they are typically answered quickly. food is good. Laundry is taken care of and rooms are clean. I have visited other locations and in my opinion this is one of the best.

This community is fantastic. No place is without challenges, but what stood out was how beautifully the team handled recent plumbing issues. They were proactive, transparent, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. It speaks volumes about the leadership and staff here.

The reasons for the 4. We had a program with her laundry being done. Several times in I had to take the laundry home myself. Also, I took 2 blankets there for her bed, but one blanket (a brand new one) disappeared. I complained but it was never returned. Overall care was decent but one time I found my mother covered in her own urine. This was upsetting and unacceptable.

The staff is kind, compassionate and treats everyone with dignity and respect. They enjoy their job and it shows. They know everyone's name, which made my loved one feel like family. I have told many people about A Place for Mom. Baby Boomers are in the stage of life where we are taking care of our parents.

[removed name], our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She stopped frequently to ask if we had any questions about anything. She knew every resident by name that we passed in the hallway. She invited us back to bring my in-laws for a visit. The facility was clean, neat and orderly.

I visited Harmony at Glasgow while searching for a safe and supportive place for my mother to receive 24-hour memory care, and I was extremely impressed from the very first visit. The environment was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed with safety in mind. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. What stood out most was the happiness of the residents, who were eager to share positive experiences about their new home. I returned several times, including unannounced visits, and the consistency of care and engagement remained the same. Staff were actively involved, and meaningful activities were always taking place. This consistency gave me confidence in choosing Harmony at Glasgow. Knowing my mother is safe, supported, and treated with dignity despite her dementia brings me tremendous peace of mind. While placing a loved one in memory care is never easy, choosing a facility where compassion is clearly prioritized has brought true comfort to my heart

We just toured Harmony at Hershey on [date removed] and then again on [date removed]. It is conveniently located off of Rt.39 (close to Hersheypark Drive) and it overlooks HersheyPark and the Giant Center. It is a fairly new facility (less than 5 yrs operating) and it still looks and feels new. The lobby and common areas are inviting and warm and they have a "hotel/resort-like" feel. The dining rooms feel like a restaurant and the menus offer numerous and options. We have not had the opportunity to actually see or partake of any of the meals, so I cannot speak to this to address any negative reviews from 1-3 years ago. We will be moving into an Independent Living unit in [date removed]. The apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful kitchen with appliances. Unit also includes a stackable washer/dryer. There appears to be many activities for the residents and the staff that we encountered were friendly and appeared caring. I may look into volunteering to assist if any staffing issues become an issue.

I enjoyed my visit to Harmony house. The outside of the building is attractive as well as the inside. The furnishings and decor in the common rooms are inviting. The floorplan seemed very generous. Activities are posted. I think one would find a sense of community with the 150 so residents.
