My husband really liked it there. Most of the staff was very helpful and caring with a few exceptions. You do get a lot of attention when you first move in. Harder to get a hold of admin after that. He really liked the PT people there and other residents were welcoming. Lots of things to do and the long carpeted hallways were good for walking. He was only there for 6 weeks before ending up in hospital and then a nursing home. He passed away in [Date Removed], but Harmony was one of his more enjoyable experiences.

Staff and Management very knowledgeable and professional. Had a nice tour and felt good energy, understanding andthe sense everyone enjoyed their jobs.

The staff at Harmony at Harts Run (independent living) is incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly. Within a few days of moving in, every staff member my mom encounters in the hallways, serves her meals, or sits at the concierge desk greets her by her first name. The culture they foster creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making her feel like she’s part of a family. Any issues she has raised (and they have been minor) were promptly addressed. Mom’s spacious and well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom independent living apartment is a perfect for her. The kitchen is a beautiful blend of wood cabinets and granite countertops, providing ample storage space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are generously sized, offering plenty of room to move around. The walls and carpet are soft neutrals, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The common areas are elegant yet welcoming, meticulously maintained and spotless.

Clean, well-organized, professional, and that I'd recommend it

Harmony is lower cost, so they probably have fewer amenities. But they have good food, and a good nursing staff that takes very good care of my brother who is in memory care/hospice. He really likes it there, and loves the staff. He's well cared for and very happy. Probably if he was in assisted living, he might be a bit bored, but for memory care and hospice, it's perfect.

5 on all of them. We loved it. They were great to work with and took great care of dad. It was clean and staff took great care of him. Went he went there he wasn't able to walk much and they got him walking all the way down the hall to go to meals.

We found the facilities very suitable for our loved one. Have chosen to place our loved one in Harmony at Oak Brook.

The staff was excellent. They engaged with the residents and provided a safe environment. There were regular supervised activities including outdoors when possible. Excellent communication with families as well.

Everyone no matter what department is so nice and friendly and helpful. Bright and cheery rooms and private rooms with full bathrooms.

Staff is wonderful! Cleanliness that is kept in my mom's room and entire building. It doesn't smell bad. The food is good and the options are plentiful. My mom has been very happy there.

They have Great staff. Lots of activities. Beautiful facility. Nice sized studio apartment and bathroom. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place.

To a person the entire staff were consistently friendly and helpful. In particular [name removed] the sales director was incredible. She was competent, clear, responsive and supportive each step of the way from contracting, service needs evaluation, move in flexibility, to follow up on settling in, providing clear expectations and guiding the next step. In addition, the day nurse worked tirelessly with me, insurance and the pharmacy to ensure my moms complicated medication regimen was set up accurately.

Plenty of space. Lots of activities and families encouraged to participate.

I can't even begin to describe the amazing staff they truly help you rest easier knowing they are taking care of your loved one, the atmosphere is always upbeat and extremely clean. Really was amazed at the entire layout being so big and open with lots of activities and seating areas. I really appreciate and think the world of this place.

Looks like a really good place. Would like to begin the process of finding a space for my Mother. Feels like a good place.

From the beginning when I went to tour the facility and then working with [name removed] through the entire process of getting my mom moved in, was so easy and stress-free. You can tell that the staff really love working with seniors. The facility is always clean and always decorated so nicely for every holiday. Any issues that my Mom has had maintenance wise have been taken care of very quickly. It's a very nice facility especially for the price. And the Director, [name removed] has worked with me due to some of the financial issues my mother has. It has been an overall wonderful experience at Harmony!

Seems good, but the overlap of independent living and assisted living made the facility feel like an assisted living facility. There are pros and cons to this model, but it wasn't the right choice for us. We needed a distinctly independent living facility.

Very clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and residents seemed happy. The rooms we saw were very nice and large.

Very responsive to all questions. Everyone is very friendly. Always remembers names. Apartment is sunlit, clean, spacious. Facility has good activities.

5 on all questions. My sister is now there and is very happy. I've visited a few times and found the residents I've met very friendly and happy to be there. I've had a lunch and a dinner there and the food was very good & the social aspects of the dining room were excellent. I was also very pleased and impressed with the assistance provided by A Place for Mom through our contact person [name removed].
