Skybridge is great so far so good. My dad enjoys the weekly activities. I would recommend and have.

I had a very nice tour/visit with [name removed] at Watermark Laguna Niguel I appreciated the care and attention provided for the residents The apartments/studios are light, bright and cheerful Watermark is definitely on my list to consider for my loved one

Loved Rockland Place and I am considering this for my mom. The tour was wonderful and everyone was over the top friendly and supportive. It would definitely be a great fit for mom. Love the atmosphere and the activity schedule was great. Everyone we met was knowledgeable and friendly.

The facility is clean and lots of activities for mom to keep her mind active. There was a good transition to the new director and a new in house nursing service.

What we like the most about the community are the friendly staff, the cleanliness and the different activities. Just wish my dad had taken advantage of them. He has been recliner bound for about 5 years.

What we like the most about the community is their attentive medical/nursing team, the friendly atmosphere and the multiple social spaces in the facility such as a cafe, theater, living room spaces with music or TVs and fireplaces, and the well lit hallways. They also have a large atrium that will be lovely when the weather gets warmer.

On our first visit to Sonrisa, my wife and I, without having an appointment, met with [name removed] who was available and anxious to provide assistance. She was extremely well groomed with a glowing personality and extremely knowledgeable. We located an apartment and completed a contract; however, After thinking about the apartment and sleeping on the decision for a night, we decided to have another look at it. The next day, [name removed] showed us the apartment and we decided to cancel the current contract and write a new one on another apartment with a larger floor plan. [name removed] again was extremely helpful during the total process and we would highly recommend her services to anyone!

This was my first tour and what a great experience. [removed name] was kind, knowledgeable, patient in answering my questions. The community is very nice, clean, the staff was great. I was very pleased. So much so I think I have found my home when I reach mom's age.

The facility was great, and the care was top-notch. We were really pleased with bluebell place! They provided my mother with excellent care and she was able to recover well enough to go home. I am very grateful for your team and for the team at blue bell Place for your assistance. I hope you have a wonderful holiday

Lots of activities and most meals provided. I could see myself living there. Closer to family and friends. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I know a few people who live there and they are very happy.

I really enjoyed visiting The Skybridge. The staff seems very friendly and the facility is nicely designed. There are three restaurants/dining areas plus one dedicated to memory care. There is a movie theater, hair and nail salons, massage, and a barber shop in the building.

I would rate a 5 on all categories. What we like the most about the community is that their staff are awesome, very caring and the food is very good. It is very expensive, however that seems to be the norm in the area.

My wife and I moved into the Watetmark of SJ in [removed date]. This Watermark …. there are two in San Jose….. suits our needs well. 1….Right size…. Current population is 110 (residents Inc. 25 memory care). Max 160 total. Not too small…not too large. 2…. Right staffing. Large enough population for management to hire enough staffing in dining room, care giving, management etc. 3….. Right size facility. All common facilities are on first floor. Everything ( Dining Rm, Exercise, Theater, Beauty Salon, Living Rm, Mailbox etc are only a few steps away). 4….Right modern architecture. The large floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor allows sunlight into the lobby and adjacent common Living Room creating a pleasant feeling with the adjacent patio. 5…. Right amount of Activities. From exercise, socials, lectures, field trips, movies and card games etc ….. there is RIGHT VARIETY of activities to meet most needs. 6….Right variety and balance of foods on the menu. Roy

The staff is very friendly and they learned your name quickly. They're very attentive, and it's great to be able to dine with my father in law anytime we want to. The food has also been fantastic. They have great activities. People come and sing. They also have cocktail hour, they play balloon volleyball and word games. There's a movie every night after dinner And they also do sunday football.

Very friendly people and a very nice tour. If it comes to the time that my sister needs to be moved from our house I’m glad there is a place like this for her. The amenities and various activities for the residents are well thought out and plentiful. Having transportation to and from doctors and shopping is a great plus.

This community and its staff are absolutely amazing. From [removed name] who handles their marketing and onboarding ,to [removed name] in the medical office, and [removed name] the administrator/director. [removed name] took the time to meet with my wife and I and eventually my mother in law, and did absolutely everything in his power to make the entire process of finding the right place and moving in as easy and seamless as possible. Now, after a month of living at Rose Tree Place, my mother in law is thriving and has a level of happiness that I have not seen in a long time. She loves her apartment and the fact that she can decorate it o fit her personality. She loves the restaurant style dining room and the variety and quality of the meals. My mother in law has even come out of her shell quite a bit, participating in different classes/activities and even making new friends. Overall we couldn't ask for more, as we have peace of mind for her safely/wellbeing and her happiness. Thank you to everyone at Rose Tree.

What we like the most about the Watermark at San Jose community is the diverse population, new facility so everyone has been there a year or less.

food is 5, but sometimes the wait takes awhile. However, what we like the most about the community is that they offer extra care through a company called Interim and they have been amazing, making it possible for my Great Aunt to stay at the facility!
