My mom is so comfortable here and says often that the people here are so kind. I bring here to my home for Sunday lunch each week and she enjoys it but she is always ready to go "home".

It's a very nice place. Very happy we have [name removed] there. They do a lot of activities and they are all very sweet. He is actually at a rehab place that we almost placed him in and we are so happy we picked courtyard. The rehab place is Regency. He fell and broke his hip

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, this place is fabulous with a staff that cares so much!!! They have been so Excellent for my dad, it doesn't get any better!! Perfect!!!!! The rooms are beautiful.

[Name Removed] met us at the door and took us on a tour of the Courtyard. We found it to be very clean, beautifully decorated and with lots of wonderful amenities. Sarah was kind, friendly, and very informed. We loved Courtyard, but unfortunately we are looking for a two-bedroom unit which Courtyard does not have. There is always a nurse or a person that works there that is working with and or helping the people that live there.

I recently visited a family member at this facility and was pleasantly surprised by her apartment and the lunch we had. I feel confident she is getting good care when she needs it and she is very happy there. She has connected with some old classmates which was sweet to see.

Was looking for assisted living for a loved one and toured Courtyard because it's nearby. The team there is great. They're compassionate, they take their time with the residents, and you really get the sense that they care for every one of them. The community itself presents really well: clean, nicely decorated, everything is kept up. The memory care (which is what I was looking at) is well laid-out. I'd definitely recommend checking them out.

What we like the most about the Courtyard at Troy is that the staff are very kind and attentive to the residents and the community is always clean.

The food is excellent, the rooms are good size and furnished. Nurses are awesome and they have plenty of staff 24/7 to assist the residents. I do not have any complaints. The price depends on the room size, but is comparable and even a little cheaper to some of the places we looked at.

Overall, I am impressed with the environment and services provided, leading me to assign a top-tier rating for the support my friend [name removed] has received. It has been incredibly reassuring to observe how smoothly and comfortably she has integrated into her new living situation. The apartment itself is generally well-appointed and provides a pleasant living space. However, a recurring observation pertains to the notable absence of sufficient storage options. Enhancing this particular feature could significantly elevate the daily convenience and comfort for residents. Regarding the culinary offerings, while the meals are acceptable, I believe there's considerable scope for enhancement. A greater focus on variety, taste, healthier choices, and perhaps presentation could transform the dining experience from merely satisfactory to genuinely delightful. I must commend the staff without reservation. Every individual we have encountered has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, genuine kindness, and an unwavering helpfulness. Their dedication and supportive approach have made an immense positive difference.

What we like the most about the community is that it is a self enclosed community, stand alone building bright wide hallways, places to gather, light in all rooms from the courtyard. And a closed hallway in a rectangle that surrounds the courtyard. Perfect for residents who want to walk/ wander without having to be continually redirected.

Location, quality staff, modern facilities, and good food. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone. The staff was especially helpful in the advice that they gave. I have volunteered at this facility for almost 3 years, and so I'm quite familiar with the staff

We love the placed. We're surrounded by trees we see all kind of animals , deer,cranes,and others. Here we have occasional entertainment. And many other activities. And the people here staff and those the are living here are all nice. What more could a person want.
