In search of my future home, I recently came across this unique property and had the pleasure of meeting with the Sales Director, who immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He gave me his full attention and truly went out of his way to ensure I felt at ease. As a result of this experience, my perspective on senior living has become much clearer. I now see that this stage of life is far from “the end of the world.” Instead, it can be a wonderful opportunity to continue enjoying life while being surrounded by others who are experiencing the same phase of life. As I write this email, I am seriously considering the possibility of relocation. I was also invited back to attend a garden party, and although gardening is not really my area of interest, it gave me the opportunity to meet more residents and staff members. Everyone I encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuine, which further reinforced the many positives I see in this community.

Staff ,activities, and food were all great. She was not there long enough to experience care. Shared room was fine. Her side was roughly 6'x 15'. A half wall for separation.

I have lived here at Atria Marland Place for almost 2 Years. I came on my own accord and found the one my son and I thought would be best for me and convient for him. We made the correct choice! I made friends by joining in the many activities they have from card games, Bingo, entertainment (that is always great) and by being friendly myself. I made my apartment like home with many familiar things I took along with me and some new furnishings. The staff is wonderful. I have a few I would like to praise, [Name Removed] our activities director and [Names removed} at the Bistro,[Name Removed] in maintenance and Finance and [name removed] in Aid care and my housekeeper [name removed]. Everyone here is good at what they do and try to please. Again, I call this HOME!??

We are very happy with Atria, and Maria is adjusting well and making friends. The staff is friendly, supportive, and accommodating, which we really appreciate.

Atria is a great place! It's in north Scottsdale so I understand the cost is a little bit higher due to being in that area, but with my Mom being on a fixed income we had to do a few things to make it work for her. One of the biggest selling points in our mind was the fact that our mom can transition directly into assisted living services at this location when the time comes without needing to move facilities or even having to change rooms. All the staff have been incredibly friendly and kind, Atria brings aboard high quality people. And the food is really fantastic, great variety and very fresh.

The staff was great to work with and communicate as we transitioned from the hospital to Atria. Mom and Dad have been very happy and safe there. They also love the ice cream.

The caretakers are so sweet and friendly. The admin staff is easily available and easy to work with. The residents are also very cheerful and kind.

The visit to Atria Gardens was wonderful . I was treated like a guest in there home . The place was clean and nice , and the tour was un hurried and we met a lot of nice people both guests and employees . I would certainly recomend it . in fact we have just finished the papper work to move my wife to the memory care unit.

Walking into Atria as a caregiver looking for a place for 2 loved ones was like a breath of fresh air. All of the staffed had smiles on their faces and the residents that I met assured me that I would be happy there. I would make the decision to send my loved ones to Atria 100 more times.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated , and how well organized the operation is . The entire population including the employees give the feeling of a family atmosphere.

[Name Removed] was very gracious. She took me and my friend [Name Removed] on the tour. I was so happy to see that Atria is very clean and beautiful. Everyone we met was happy and friendly. Although small, the units are very nice.. I especially like the ones with a balcony. I’m also glad that Atria is close to Rossmoor where I have friends.

Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable of everything and everyone around there.

My tour was virtual. Katie was extremely welcoming and friendly and answered my questions. The facility is beautiful. I especially like the gardens. I like that they are both on site and offsite quality activities for residence. The menu looks well balanced and dining areas are attractive.

Very nice facility with plenty of activities for those needing care Very clean with nice rooms The only negative for us was there was an odor throughout the facility that we both noticed and we don’t know if that was normal or something going on that day

I am in Atlanta GA so I couldn’t take a live tour however, Natasha took me on a virtual tour and I was impressed! My sister however visited the facility earlier this week and found it to a beautiful place.

My experience with Atria Evergreen Valley is very positive. They worked with me to make my mother's transitional move smooth. They contacted me, and gave me a date for her to move in that was convenient. They made sure that all of her needs were met by both me and my mother's satisfaction. They have continued to make her new home comfortable and enjoyable.

Now that she's settled in, a 5 on all of them. The first couple months were a little tough for her but she loves it there now. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. They also have a new activity director. And, just making friends

The facility is immaculate. Every staff member I've spoken to has been kind, receptive and quick to offer information, sometimes answers to questions I didn't know to ask. My mother is in a 1 bedroom unit. Very large and again, immaculate. The staff cleans her unit every Friday. She attends activities daily. She loves that they give her a schedule each morning. She raves about the food and has put on a very much needed few pounds. She had gone from an 8 to a 2 in the last few years.
