Atria

We were all very impressed with Atria at Maplewood. Our reception was great; [name removed] was wonderful; informative and engaging. We met several residents who talked with us a bit about their feelings about the facility...and most were quite positive. It is a beautiful facility and we are seriously thinking about this one but have a couple more tours booked.

Friendly staff. The director was organized, enthusiastic, and knew a lot about his community. Best of all, he took the time to inquire into what I was looking for and made sure I knew what was available.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Well organized. Plenty of activities for residents and a good value.

[name removed] listened and helped a lot. We are still considering what to do and may be back in touch in a month or two.

It's a beautiful place. Excellent staff, everyone was so friendly. The information provided about the whole process of transitioning someone into a care facility was outstanding. Everything was very well maintained and the residents we met were very happy. Overall, a lovely experience.

I loved this facility. It has great energy! Lovely staff, great food, beautiful facility. The history of the home was fascinating.

It was a pleasure, meeting [Name Removed] she is intelligent, warm and beautiful. She put you at ease and answers all of our questions. the place is clean and beautiful the staff is wonderful.

Over the top helpful. I was in Atlanta so I could not be there for our tour. So they went and did a virtual tour and showed me the entire location and all the people in it. Can't beat that. That's first class. They were amazingly helpful.

I'm very happy here. Great friends. Exercise classes every day. Live entertainment several times a week a week. Excellent food choices at 3 meals daily. I'm glad I made the move from Chicago to Atria Park.

Very positive experience. Very friendly and answered all my questions, was not in a hurry and I felt good about the tour. The community is also very warm and cozy. They seem to care about all the residents. The bathrooms are a bit small for a person who is very large like my husband.

[name removed] was our in touch guiding source and [name removed] was our tour guide/coordinator/welcome person. It was my sisters first look at an Assisted Living home. She was very open and now knows she has other options other than in home care. She loved that we were able to lunch because food was the most important factor for her decision of where she would choose to go. Ambiance was her second priority.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Food was usually very good. Many activities were offered. Ambiance was cheerful.

We were looking for independent loving with the social programs. This is an assisted living facility. It was lovely overall. The prices were approximately $[removed] higher than what I was emailed when I first gave my email address. The initial email I received definitely drew me in because of the price points but once we arrived the smallest studio was at $[removed]. I didn’t tell my mother however it gave me a bad taste of the program and felt the marketing was duplicitous. Sales staff was fabulous. Great tour -however the initial marketing by a place for mom is not completely factual with price points and that is a crucial part of this process.

Excellent tour and discussion of the important issues for moving into this facility. All the people we met and staff we talked to were friendly and open about living in facility as well explaining all of the activities available.

My brother started off as independent living but within two months they identified that [name removed] needed some assistance. We upgraded his care . They were on top of his medical conditions and gave excellent support.

We are happy we found a place where my 92-yr old Mom can be safe, have healthy meals, medicines given, social interaction, ATRIA BUS to take her places, caring staff. Have recommended ATRIA PARK, Temecula to many people. Only downside is that it is expensive & the price keeps going up.

Very family orientated facility friendly and absolutely comfy and beautiful. Director [name removed] was beyond my expectation knowledgeable encouraging helpful and felt like family talking to each other

I would give a 5 on all categories. I feel very good about dad living there. Everyone is so caring for the residents, and they really try to get to know them personally.

My mom is 96, and my dad recently passed. My wife and I toured several Assisted Living Centers and decided on Atria in Plainview. The facility was clean, well staffed and had a warm feeling. The person who showed us around was terrific. She explained everything and was very patient. We followed that up with taking my mom to see the facility, and had the same experience. Unfortunately, after originally saying she would like to move here, my mom changed her mind and, for now, decided to live at home. Another person, who was very kind, offered wise words to try and convince my mother to try it to see if she likes it, but that did not happen. We will try again in a few months to get her to move to Atria in Plainview.

I toured this facility for my grandmother with my parents and we all think it is perfect for her. The residents were so busy with their activities and we saw their dinner and it looked delicious. In fact I asked a resident and they confirmed the food is great. The apartments are nice size and the building was very clean. It has a big fountain in front of the entrance that gives it a great welcome to their guests. I highly recommend Atria in Cranford.
