Best Thing We Could Have Done
My sister and I could not be more pleased with Atria Forest Hills. It’s an elegant yet homey facility in a wonderful neighborhood that is easily accessible by car or public transportation. My 89-year-old mother’s one bedroom apartment is spacious with great views and natural light.
The staff has been amazing – attentive, concerned, friendly yet professional. From her first day my mother was made to feel not only at home but as comfortable as when she was in her own home.
The residents are also welcoming, friendly, and interested in her as an addition to what seems to be a true community.
The daily activities are plentiful and interesting and keep my mother active and engaged in a way that was not possible when she was living in a house on her own.
The minute she moved in, Atria has felt like home, a comforting place where she feels cared for and can continue to thrive into this next chapter of life. Moving my mother into assisted living has been the best thing we could have done.

What A Great Place for Dad!!
Atria Forest Hills is Highly Recommended!!!!! From the facility itself, to the administration, to the staff and residents. I was searching for a place where my Dad could stay for a short term, while I traveled for a month. I was looking for a place that could accommodate my Dad who has Dementia. I visited two other places prior to visiting Atria and both facilities had the memory care ( Dementia) residents locked in on one small floor. That was a complete turn off to me. So I went to visit Atria in Forest Hills. All I can say is what an amazing place ! Everyone was so welcoming and understanding. The staff were absolutely fantastic and all the residents appeared happy and very friendly. Atria was clean, bright, well staffed and offered a slew of daily scheduled activities and three healthy meals . When My Dad moved into Atria for a short stay, he felt right at home and it was such a positive experience. If you are searching for a place for your love one, Atria is definitely the place.

Excellent Choice
We have had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Atria Forest Hills. My mother's days were filled with so much to do. The best part was when she said she enjoyed spending the winter days inside, not having to leave home in the cold to meet her friends. It's like an all-inclusive club right where you live.

Mom is at atria exactly one year and seems to be doing well. The staff is very kind and helpful.
My mom is at atria exactly one year. She was always a forest hills resident so she is in her own neighborhood. My husband and our children and grandchildren live a few blocks away and visit often. Everyone is kind and helpful.
I also have a private aide for mom 4 hours every day.

Wonderful Life at Atria
This has been a wonderful experience and it is necessary for my stage in life. I consider my experience very positive. [date removed] will make three years since I moved to Atria Forest Hills.
It took a while to adapt to my new surroundings, but day by day and little by little, I feel more at home. This is where I belong.
The first thing I admired was the staff. The activities are entertaining and challenging, but very fun, exactly what I need.
Little by little I participate in more activities, I make friends, and have a good time. I feel at home!

It's been the best experience ever.
I've been living at Atria only for a short time. In that shirt time I've experienced the best service ever. The community is clean and that's one of the best things here. They really keep you busy. There's something to do every hour on the hour. The food is fantastic and let's not forget about the staff. The employees are friendly and very helpful. I could not ask for a better place to call my home. I am lucky to be here and look forward to what's next. You can't go wrong with Atria Forest Hills.

A New Home
I moved into the Atria Forest Hills more than two weeks ago.
It feels very good to be here, and I like it here very much.
There are many good activities to participate in and to be with people.
I like eating in the dining room with other people.
The food is good, and the people who work here really seem to care about the residents, and help make living in the Atria a worthwhile experience.
My apartment is also large and comfortable, and faces the park and a lake.

My mom is very happy here
The facility is really nice. My mom seems well cared for and happy. The apartment is really nice and the view is fantastic. I have never seen any bugs anywhere in the building and there are no strong odors. The other residents are friendly. I would wish for a bit more communication between the staff and the families because my mom doesn't always remember to tell me about stuff. I don't know enough about what the activities are like to say.

Amazing staff at Atria
I met with three of the highest level managers at Atria and they were so helpful, informative and knowledgeable. They spent over two hours with me describing their services and how to best serve my family. They were also willing to personalize the care for my parents and offered additional resources for me to use. I am grateful for their time and thoughtfulness as well as the compassion they showed to me.
I would recommend Atria Forest Hills highly.

Atria Forest Hills Was The Best Choice We Made
After 6 weeks at the Stern Rehabilitation Center, North Shore, Manhasset, my husband, [name removed], was in need of a respite stay for another 6 weeks. After touring the facility with [name removed], Sales Director, and [name removed], Executive Director, I knew we had the place. Lovely accommodations. Great outdoor options. Wonderful dining. Everyone from the administration to the over all staff provided great support and care. In a heart of Forest Hills, we had access to everything. After 4 days, Rafael said I like it here. I highly recommend Atria Forest Hills. Thank you all for making this stay as pleasurable as possible. As the caregiver, I want to thank the entire front desk staff, [names removed] for greeting me everyday with a smile. It meant a lot to me. Many thanks to [name removed], Atria's driver, [name removed]and [name removed], our trouble shooters. Were either of us be in need of an assisted living facility, Atria FH would be our choice, once more.

Amazing Facilities and Staff, A+
I can't day enough good things about the Atria Forest Hills facility and it's wonderful staff. My mom unfortunately has memory issues that have gotten worse over time and a number of years living alone during COVID likely did not help the situation. When she started showing signs of needing additional help I did a study of all the assisted living facilities around NYC and Atria facilities and especially the Forest Hills facility stood out as having wonderful reviews. It was a difficult process for a number of reasons but everyone at Atria from the sales staff to the residence director, nursing staff, maintence and everyone else made the transition as seamless as possible. I'm so glad my mom has such a strong sense of community now; she's a very social person the the community at the facility, the friendly residents and staff and all the activities they have for residents really was amazingly good for her. She's really thriving and I can't thank them enough.
