5 for all. It is a great place! Being it is a smaller facility, the staff knows everyone. They are friendly and always willing to help.

My mom is currently a resident at Silver Bay Carefree Living and she is loving it. It took her about a month to settle in. The facility is very clean, the food is good and everyone is nice and helpful. The fact that it is close to her home helps a lot, too. I am glad that we were able to get her into Silver Bay Carefree Living!

The cost of living there was what really stuck out about this facility over others. Everyone was very kind. I would recommend Burnsville Carefree Living for sure.

My mom loved the food there. She did not participate in any of the activities they offered. They were very nice. Just pay attention to the care they are paying for. I would do this no matter where my mom was living.

Dad is still here and he likes it there! He has said that the workers are all very nice and helpful if he needs something.

The staff keeps me up to date as to what is going on with my brother, by phone and in person. The staff is friendly , kind and caring. The staff is very patient with the residents there. The facility is always very clean. They like to kid around with my brother which makes him laugh and they get a kick out of it also. The staff members do their best to keep him occupied. He's been there since June. We all take it one day at a time and little by little he is starting to accept the fact that for now this is his home. He gets along good with fun everybody. But at times doesn't understand why he's there.

Seems to be a lot of turnover in staff, short staffed at times and you never knew who to call if you had questions or concerns. Didn't do enough for those who were feeling sick nor did they action any concerns

Run as fast and as far as you can! Bad food, inattentive director, inattentive nurse, just not a nice place to call home. Some of the staff are fabulous, I say that as a current almost past resident. No air conditioning in the rooms. Limited nutritional menu. A one-star rating is being kind.
