[name removed] and [name removed] have been great. The communication is wonderful between both of them. It has taken a minute for them to understand the medical care for my mom but now it seems like it's gotten a lot better and she's been there about a month.

They are very responsive. I have been very happy with the communication from day 1. All staff have been very supportive respectful and professional. I would highly recommend this facility for their care and professional in caring for my elderly mother.

5+on all topics!!! First of all, Bloom at Belfair is now called May River Landing. It was bought out last year and they changed the name. They renovated the entire facility from new roof to new paint, floors, common areas, etc. etc. etc. truly amazing. What I love, particularly is the staff! From the moment you step in the door, and you are welcomed, then walk down the hall to the beautiful for your fountain, and usually can see some senior activity going on with great joy in their faces be it, music, games, or just the very nice dining room facility that looks like a country club setting. I am more familiar with the memory care area as well again, an amazing staff, clean, clean, clean, beautiful faces, and so much love being given to those residents. My father-in-law passed December 6 just a couple months ago and I have not been out there since. Truly miss going out there to see the group of residence and staff again, such a beautiful place. If I needed to go to a home that is where I would want to be.

The Vista was smaller and that was a good fit for my mother. [name removed] was the sales director and really went out of his way to answer all our questions and put us at ease.. He was always pleasant and very knowledgeable. [name removed], the director and [name removed] the business director, personally introduced themselves and made us feel that we made the right decision. The chef came out and spoke to my mother directly and told her he would personally make anything she wanted. They are all wonderful there and made my mother feel at home.

The staff were responsive and did a fabulous job with contact regarding resident needs. Our placement was urgent and we utilized Heart of Hospice as he required a higher level of care. The option of having the hospice team was key. Canopy with heart of hospice made a very difficult situation easier to navigate. After my dads transition the heart of hospice arm of care was phenomenal. Both teams showed care and compassion in a difficult time.

They have friendly staff, consistent services, great meals, great entertainment, many activities offered, many smiles from staff & residents. The facility is maintained well & very clean. We made an excellent decision moving him here!!

The kindness of the staff. They were so sweet and good at redirecting some of the wondering residents. I could tell that they knew the residents well, even the ones who had not been there very long. They cared about my dad and were so sad when he passed. That truly touched me. He was there with hospice care for a month. The facility and staff are very comfortable working with hospice and were in communication with them so my dad had the best, most compassionate care. They were all so kind to us.

What stood out was the fast assistance I received to find a place in a couple of days. Extremely grateful for all the help. I would highly recommend A Place For Mom!!

It's nice ,a lot of positives. A few things need to be worked on. They are in transition so I expect those things will be fixed.

The Vista at Hammock Cove offers a wonderful senior living experience. During my tour, I was struck by the caring staff, clean and inviting spaces, and a strong sense of community that makes residents feel at home

[name removed], who I was working with in August, was very accommodating, caring, and sympathetic to my needs. Unfortunately, she is no longer employed there.

Very helpful, you made the process of finding somewhere for my dad easier on me. Yes I would recommend to others.

The staff is very kind and caring to the residents. They always notify me of any important issues. But I would label your items. Especially blankets, etc. sometimes things get mixed up.

More than just a friendliness and care, the staff councils and guides you through a difficult process of putting your loved one in a home. They tell you what is usual, normal to ease your mind as you transition. The rooms are very ample spacious!bathrooms, spacious! The amenities offer regular activities, nice afternoon, snack, snacks nice gather area where they have music, things along the hallway in "windows" with things to look at and think about, there's a ice cream café, where they have parties or loved ones can go and eat lunch With their loved one or visit anytime. There is an outdoor garden sitting pergola lounging area for them to have fresh air and enjoy nature great rotation on laundry, getting done, beds changed, and always seem to know what's going on with our loved one.

Given the short time we have been here I still don't know all the staff that being said I strongly stand by a 5 for overall rating. I have truly high regards for Vista at Hammock Cove. They have made an excellent ,caring professional ,transition for us ,during an extremely difficult time I mean EVERY ONE From the front office, care givers Dr's Nurses, entertainment staff Dinning staff housekeeping, Maintenance department.

Very happy with the facility. Good therapists. The facility is well maintained. Food service is excellent. The staff really cares for the residents. They understand their needs and do their best to accommodate them.

We chose Canopy at Azalea Grove because of the interaction we saw between the staff and the residents. They are so professional and answer absolutely any question you might have in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

This is an amazing place. I'm not sure if the management company changed but this place is much better than before. The staff is kind and welcoming. The building smells a lot better and looks better now. The management staff is caring and ensure that an complaints are taken cared of right away. This facility makes you feel at home for the minute you walk in. I love visiting this community.
