The staff is very thoughtful, caring, and responsive. Dining choices are good, healthy, and flexible. Areas are all clean and well-tended to. I would recommend them to others who are searching for memory care for their loved one.

Experience so far has been a 5. Facilities and staff have exceeded expectations thus far. We have not been there that long but my father has expressed how kind and friendly everyone has been.

I was very impressed with the staff and facilities at Brandywine. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be happy with their duties and interactions with the residents. I think I would be happy with my wife, [name removed] under their care. However, it is very expensive and I am not sure I could afford it.

"Most" are genuinely caring and attentive. The staff help me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with the general.

The 3 of us touring all said we would be happy to live here. The guide knew every resident by name that we came across. I could envision groups of our family coming to visit our loved one in the many meeting spaces or private dining room.

When considering a community your objectives should be: 1) Care offered by facility tailored to your needs..... they are flexible 2) Staff seniority do they have longevity.... speaks volumes to management and work environment 3) Cost 4) Proximity to your location as visiting often insure staff responses to your needs. Brandywine at Governor's Crossing checked all the boxes.

5 for all. The staff was very compassionate and professional. My mom was only there for the last six days of her life and they really went out of their way to make her comfortable and keep me informed.

My dad is enjoying having a shared living space/ roommate. It has made it more affordable and enjoyable. We also needed a fast move in and they worked with us and helped make it happen even though his room was not ready. They put him in another unit until his room became available.

What we like the most about the community is are the room the people and the overall atmosphere. Yes, we would recommend Monarch Bella Terra to other families based on the experience so far.

Absolutely recommend. We are very happy and satisfied with our dad's care. Presentation by [name removed] was impressive as well as the property.

They have been nothing but amazing. Mom loves it there. Beautiful rooms, excellent nursing and administrative staff. Food good, they are always having little meetings with residents to get feedback and suggestions.

I would say 5's in all with 4 in food. She says sometimes they have to send food back for one reason or another. WE would absolutely recommend Brandywine Fenwick Island to other families based on the experience so far.

It's beautiful and well manicured. The service is impeccable. They take extremely good care of my mother and look after her medical and personal needs. I recommend Brandywine as a substitute if one is not able to care for their loved one .

What we like the most about The Fountains at RiverVue is that the staff really look out for the residents. They truly care about their well being.

My Mother in-law was a resident at Brandy wine Colts Neck. From the front desk to the caregivers, everyone was professional and attentive to the residents. The facility is clean and well maintained, with a warm, home like atmosphere. The dining room and activity lounge are inviting and encourage socialization, which is so important for seniors. My mother-law enjoyed the variety of delicious meals and especially the beautiful outdoor patio and garden. My husband and I highly recommend Brandywine Colts Neck!

As someone who has working in the senior services industry for almost 2 decades I’ve spent time in many different communities and gotten to know so many care professionals. If I were looking for a place for a loved one I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them to Brandywine Reflections of Colts Neck. [name removed]the Executive Director is very caring, friendly and approachable. The Wellness Director, [name removed]has a wealth of experience and knowledge., she’s who I would want in charge care for my family member. I just think it’s a great place and you need to check it out if your considered senior care options.

From the moment you walk into the community you can feel the love and compassion from the staff towards their residents. Beautifully decorated and so very clean. Their residents are always engaged in activities and their secure grounds allows time outdoors to enjoy the beautiful landscape . Top notch in so many ways!

Brandywine Colts Neck is the perfect small setting for anyone with Alzheimer’s or dementia. I was able to tour and was very impressed with the staff and the upkeep of the community! I would definitely consider putting my loved one there!

My facility tour of several locations was excellent. [name removed] hosted my tour at all locations and shared all the programs. Every location is excellent and offers tremendous living conditions. They started a Coffee with a Veteran program as well. Also honor and recognize all veterans for their service to our nation. Definitely highly recommend these properties for any loved one for their home.
