Each apartment has an outdoor balcony, if the client's needs move from assisted living to memory care, they remain in their own apartment (unless they are a flight risk), establishment is clean, staff extremely kind and responsive

Silverwoods offers meal plans and when you have a family member that is not able to be mobile. Letting the family know that there is a charge to deliver the meals to that family member. The food is very good.

Silverwoods location is pretty, quiet and well kept. The food is quite good and nutritious. All the staff are the best. Everyone is helpful, kind and friendly. The apartments are spacious and provide everything a resident needs.

My mom is doing very well there. She actually loves the food and they give you specific people to sit with at breakfast lunch and dinner. They have plenty of things to do however she doesn’t really get involved. I have the nursing staff giving her her medication and that works well. The place is very clean and the staff is very nice.

I am completely impressed with Siverwoods. the only problem we had was we paid approximately [removed] per month for just one dinner. Yes it was a great complete dinner. However, within one month they added on a $[removed] delivery which added up quite a lot. An additional $[removed] a week. Which my sister that canceled, My dad is great care through Hospice as he now has dementia. So Silverwoods has been a true blessing.

We picked this community, because of the location and amenities for dollar value. It was a very positive experience. Staff very helpful and courteous I would definitely recommend it.

This move was for my brother who is 65. There was more of a population of that age at Silverwoods. It is independent living with the option to pay more for wellness, meals etc. You can tailor your care. Many of the apartments have been totally remodeled so he was moving into a place with a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, floors. Onsite in separate buildings, they have an assisted living complex. And another building for skilled nursing/rehab facility. They can meet future needs that come up.

Great Community so far. My mom is super happy, when maintenance is called they come real quick.

The clubhouse and grounds are both spotless. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and answered all of our questions. I got the impression that they genuinely care about everyone who lives there and go out of their way to ensure that everything runs smoothly. My sister is excited to relocate her mother-in-law from [removed] here.

Our loved one had an in person tour and we really wanted our loved one to go here, but the time he was not ready to make that move. By the time he was ready our loved one needed much more assistance than independent living, but we were very pleased with everything we had seen.

This is a clean, friendly and safe environment. There is trivia, music, and more activities for the residents to participate in. The staff are good at trying to engage the residents. They are easy to work with as well.

I would tell others not to wait, I wish my mom would have moved to Silverwoods sooner. It has been a great experience so far for all of us.

Our family is very happy with the staff and facilities at Victoria Commons. We would certainly recommend them for their loved ones.

If you want a quiet area, this is the place to go. I'm not home a lot, but what little interaction I have had with people has been good. You move in on your own completely independently, and then everything else is a la carte. And if you need further care down the road, it's all here in the same area and they can accommodate you. I'm not saying it's cheap, but I would say it's a fair price. And the admissions person was very helpful, which I appreciated when moving from out of state.

We chose Silverwoods because of the affordability as well as the location, it is conveniently located next to doctors offices, hospitals, restaurants, etc. The apartment sizes are very nice, she has a front and back little porch. Even the one bedroom is good size and has a spacious bathroom. She said she really enjoys the meals here. The staff members here are wonderful, especially if you are in assistance, the nurses are very attentive. I would recommend to others looking and already have.

We are very happy with this community. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is the family environment and you always feel welcome. This is a nice area for care. We like knowing that she is improving. The menu is outstanding and a dining hall and they know all the special needs for diets. A lot of great activities, they take trips away from the community. My mom is involved with a lot. We would highly recommend this community for the excellent care and value for other families wanting the best of care for a loved one.

I was very pleased with the facilities. The fact that it was a gated community with security, puts me at ease. Seriously considering this one.

I would like to thank the staff at SILVERWOODS.... especially Bernadette!!!.....my family and I moved here at Slilverwoods Novemeber 1st 2016......We are so much, enjoying our occupancy here!!!!!!!!!!! This is the place to be if you are 55 and over Baaaaaabe...lol..Its very quiet...my neighbors are sooo kind and sweet....I think I could live here for many years to come!...Thanks so much...

The care services, meals and dining and activities do not apply because I am in independent living so I cook for myself; I don't participate in activities and no one is giving me quality of care. I am disappointed that there were roaches and an investation of bees to greet me upon moving in. There were many maintenance items to be addressed which they took care of in a timely manner. I would not give them a five for anything other than they are friendly. I understand after talking to other residence that this facility is under relatively new ownership and the quality of services in general has decreased. Would I recommend this place to others? I would say each individual needs to judge for themself. I feel I have had to lower my standards and expectations to continue living here. [name removed] was showing me the apartment she said the pet fee was [removed]$ for no matter how many pets you have after I moved in the story changed and it is [removed]$/pet. Big difference. Also I didn't get a copy of the lease until all the papers were signed.
