Evergreen Assisted Living

The facility dealt with all levels of aging from assisted living to memory care to nursing care to the final days when most places have restrictions of help. They all were so happy to help my mother and to make her comfortable.

Stone Brook has so far been a wonderful experience for my father. The staff provides a high level of care and compassion, and the security measures in place seem to be more than adequate. I am very pleased with their service.

I was very pleased with Stone Brook. The staff was kind and worked hard to make sure the residents were comfortable. My father seemed to enjoy the food. Always the dessert. The rooms were kept clean, and Dad always seemed well kept, showered, clean clothes.

We toured Brookdale Edmond Santa Fe during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one. This facility was great! [names removed] are excellent! The cleanliness and friendliness at this facility is great!

We picked this community because, it was the only place that was willing to work with us and get us in there. I would recommend to other families.

Our family had an in person tour and Stone Brook was wonderful. It would be where I'd like mom to be if she was still in a state to travel. Wonderful staff, clean facility, happy residents and families.

They keep it pretty clean. The staff is always nice, friendly, and helpful. My loved one enjoys the food, and there are no complaints. We picked this community because it seemed more genuine and seemed like a better fit for my loved one. They are attentive and they know how to interact with her. I would recommend it to other families.

The interaction with the staff was fanastic. They had lots of activites, and there was a lot engagement. The value for the money was good. They were very thorough and we appreciated that they gave us space and time to make our decision.

The director and sales manager are professional friendly and transparent. Brookdale feels cozy and you can tell the staff love their jobs. The RN on staff is always available and helpful. Very personable and caring. Everyone on the staff is always patient and willing to help out with questions and concerns. They understand that making this transition is difficult emotionally and physically and they are always sympathetic and understanding.

I had toured with this community and I was looking for a 2 bedroom and a good assisted living. They did not have an availability at the time but they were friendly and accommodating. I pretty much had a good tour. I appreciate A Place For Mom help, I didn't know where to start.

This is a great facility! The facility is clean and the people are good to my mother; she just loves it there! She enjoys the activity room that they have, as well as the activities they offer, like coloring. We are very glad with the choice we made in choosing this facility!

My mom is happy here with the care that she is receiving. The staff is caring and friendly. The food is good and a nice variety of choices. They do offer good activities for everyone. Highly recommended for good care for loved ones.

Our experience with Stone Brook Assisted Living has been a positive one, so far. The staff is friendly, caring, and very communicative. I appreciate how diligent they are when it comes to staying in touch with me and keeping me updated on how my loved one is doing. It's just a very nice place, overall!

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Stone Brook, I can't say enough good things about them! The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. They're very observant and so far they've done a great job keeping me up to date on her behavior and health, and there haven't been any issues with medication management. I also appreciate how they try hard to keep the residents involved in the activities, and making sure everyone is eating regularly. I'd highly recommend them!

I could not be happier with how things have gone with Stone Brook Assisted Living! We were in somewhat of a desperate situation time-wise, and out of the many places we contacted Stone Brook was the only one that got back to me immediately. When they found out our situation they did everything they could to speed the process along and help us out! The employees here are all wonderful as well! When I did my initial tour everyone came up and introduced themselves and what they do. And I have to mention their RN specifically, she has been unbelievably awesome! She goes way beyond the call of duty with everything that she does! She personally keeps me up to date on how my Mom is doing, and also lets me know about events they are having at the community that I might like to join them for. Before we even fully decided to move in she drove over on her own time to introduce herself and visit with Mom. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and just knowing she is looking after Mom really makes me feel at ease!

Overall, the experience was positive. The staff really seem to care about the residents, and the nurses are proactive in reaching out to the families with progress reports and suggestions. I would definitely recommend Brook Stone to anybody who is looking for a care facility.
