They are all nice and welcoming took care of my father with pride and respect. They come at a timely manner. And make sure they follow plan of care to the dot. I surely would recommend their services to most of my friends and family because they are as big as the other companies which make there care personalized and warm.

What we like the most about their services is the helpful with the process. Yes, I would recommend for others.

Their response to me was amazing. Their recommendations were so reliable. I would wear to start without the assistance of A Place For Mom. They want me through the entire process of finding a caregiver and they don’t just give you names of anyone they make sure these are quality recommendations.

Coming through the entrance was a beautiful scene the manager is friendly, knowledge, and explains everything though the units are very spacious. The cast of the unit per month are very affordable. The staff seems knowledgeable and efficient. Residents seem happy to live there. No patios no enclosed parking.

I looked at Griswold reviews and saw generally good ones. I was a bit desperate at the time bc I needed someone to be at my moms the next morning. Griswold sent somebody out! Griswold has been very helpful and accessible! And most of the Careworker's from her old company transitioned over to Griswold, so my mom has the same Careworkers with her now.

Medi and her staff took great care of my father after he came home following a one week stay at the hospital and a two week stay at a skilled nursing facility. He faced mobility, mental and a number of other physical challenges upon his return home. Medi did great work and was a great resource for his continued care for me as a caregiver after she completed all her sessions with my father. Highly recommend.

We had not even determined the total amount I could pay every month, what type of services I needed and silly me I have a tremor when typing so I said I could only pay a small amount and before i could tell you my mistake you said well check with Medicaid see if they can help you & sent a link. So as hurt as I am I’m sure a perfect typists text folk will fit right in. Me - I feel an inch high and told to leave through the back. This whole process is hard it’s hard for everyone I’m going to have hope in my heart you don’t make anyone ever feel like this again.

Sometimes the owner and the caregivers think they know more than the doctors. They can be a bit pushy at times. I believe they take good care of my mom. They are friendly to me and to others. The overall service has been great!

The overall experience with Visiting Angels is good. I switched to Visiting Angels as another home care service couldn't provide care in my area after saying they could. I would recommend their services to other families who may need them for their loved ones.

The apartment was not right upon moving in. The refrigerator broke down 3 times in first 3 weeks- it was the original 18 year old refrigerator only with a new door. The carpet was so cheap-fibers continuously came out when using a walker. Apt had ants on move in day-I was told to wait for scheduled [removed name] visit - had to handle myself. Microwave was covered with grease/grime I could not get it clean. The dishwasher was left dirty - I was able to get it clean. Electric in the master bedroom/bathroom area kept going out-they never could get it fixed - I was told they would have to open the walls to fix it properly. Main bathroom toilet was never sealed down - it rocked when you sat on it. The sliding glass doors did not slide due to built up dirt and filth- had original 18 year old screw/latch upon move in. When I called cleaning and maintenance to get it fixed- told that I would have to pay for it. Too noisy to sleep. Take out meals were horrible - side=8 fries. LIVING NIGHTMARE!

This home poses a significant safety risk for individuals with special needs. It’s not only unsafe but also overcrowded, with other people renting or living in the other half of the property. To make matters worse, the only staff member they had didn’t speak English, which is crucial in a home where all the clients speak English. I strongly advise against recommending this home to anyone you care for.

She isn't doing activities with clients like documentation state She is forcing parents signatures and she is also mistreating people's loved ones while they are entrusting her to help care for them. [name removed] is very aggressive and will lie about the conditions of clients to cover her tracks.

I had the absolute worst experience with Pampering. The lack of care, professionalism and compassion is stunning. I selected Pampering in the hope that they would be able to provide skilled care for my disabled, bedbound mother. Pampering sent 8 inexperienced aides that could not even provide basic care. 6 of the aides slept through their entire 12-hr shift. One aide arrived on a scooter because she had just had surgery. How disgusting that a home health care agency would send someone who was disabled to care for someone who is disabled AND bedbound!! A shocking lack of care and professionalism. They also sent a 19 year old that had NEVER worked with any sick patients!! She asked for training because she said Pampering provided her with NO TRAINING to care for ANYONE much less a disabled, bedbound patient. Pampering pays their aides only $[fee removed] per hour. Their aides complain about Pampering's low hourly rate. Additionally, Pampering invokes this "5-minute" rule. If the next aide does no

Owners have not paid bill in timely manner and have not address payment . While at property clients were wondering the street. Area appears unsafe as owner stated she would call police. Review past state records show it has been citied for conditions. Separate rental unit is on the property appears former garage calling in safety of residents in group home and rental unit.

My mother returned home after having a major stroke. Sunrise Health Services were hired to help out. [name removed], the nurse/therapist was assigned to help with mother called me and wanted to talk about my parents. A week after that [name removed]called to inform me my parents were looking for homes in Sun City and that is far away and there are plenty of senior living options closer to their home and asked if was aware of this and would I please call her back so we could discuss this. I called back and left a voice mail for her telling her that her job is not to spy on my parents and report their actions to me. The next Sunrise person who called me was Dallas the social worker. She called to tell me my father's memory was failing so bad he told the nurse he had no recollection of her visiting that morning. I had spoken with my father earlier and he did remember it very vividly. When they did keep an appointment they did not provide much help for my parents.

My experience with A Trinity Valley Home Health and Therapy Services was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment their staff entered my home, it was clear that professionalism and basic courtesy were foreign concepts to them. Firstly, their staff arrived late without any explanation or apology, disrupting my schedule completely. When they finally decided to grace me with their presence, they seemed utterly disinterested in providing the care they were supposed to. It felt like they were doing me a favor by being there, which is ironic considering I'm the paying customer. Communication was abysmal. They mumbled their way through explanations, leaving me more confused than informed about my own health situation. It was like talking to a brick wall that occasionally grunted in response. Hygiene standards were shockingly low. I had to remind them multiple times to wash their hands before touching anything, a basic requirement that one would assume healthcare professionals understa
