Great place. My wife is getting the physical therapy she needed. Very clean, welcoming facility, food is good and presented well. Staff is great. However the administrative staff is slow about returning text messages or emails. That being our only complaint. The residents there are very friendly. We have been very pleased with our experience there. My wife is happy, our daughter is happy and I'm happy. We initially thought it would be out of our price range but is half the cost of the nursing home my wife was previously at.

[name removed] in the memory unit was great in dealing with the issues she had, both stage 4 cancer and dementia, and she and hospice prepared us well with what would come as she declined. We were very pleased with their patience and knowledge.

Excellent in every way! We had a great tour with [name removed]. She was extremely knowledgeable and was obviously very dedicated to the needs of those of us trying to do the right thing for our loved ones. The facility is clean and well lit and all on one floor! The residents appeared very happy and a few residents volunteered positive information without being prodded by us.

Everyone at this facility has went over the top to take care of my mother -n-law she has frontal temporal dementia and can be a real handful and the way they talk and take care of her like it is their own mother just warms my heart ??. Excellent staff and care. How it should be. No place is perfect but the difference is they care enough to do their best for the sake of the residents, not a job. Not only the best Oaks around but the best facility around. I shopped 7 others and this one stands above them all.
