Care givers in memory care were attentive and responsive to family needs. The elevator could be improved. The caregivers were really good with him and great to work with while he was there.

The administrative staff are "hands on". They are very good at knowing the residents needs and are very accommodating. The staff try hard to make the residents happy and content. It just has a very nice atmosphere.

[name removed] led me there I toured a few and found that was the best for his price range and the activities were awesome not like any other facilities I saw. I would recommend and the staff each one of them are amazing and so helpful.

Their staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The facility is in a great location and is a good value for the money.

My mom likes being there. The staff is very professional with my mom. She also enjoys the meals. The best part is she has a roommate, so she's not so lonely.

Friendly people at office and facilities. We visited one of the houses with several people in there and a person caring for them, who was guiding a time for fun and exercise. We liked the gardens, the general atmosphere and concept of home living.

I would say mostly 5 across the board. Maybe a 4 for Admistrative staff. The facility and staff are great and my father-in-law has settled in really well. We would definitely recommend Crescendo Senior Living Assisted Living and Memory Care to other families based on the experience.

Overall, we are very happy with The Vistas of Oxnard Senior Living Center. The administrators are awesome; every single encounter I have had with the staff has been courteous and professional. The facility is clean. The food is actually one of the best things that my dad has to say about this place, and my dad is a very picky eater, so that is saying a lot! They have a movie every night which my folks enjoy from time to time. I think that overall, the people that work there actually care about the residents which is huge. As for my Mom, she loves the fact that they have an on-site hairdresser!

My mom was well taken care of during her stay there. The staff was kind and supportive. The food was plentiful and nutritious. I was very happy with our experience.

Staff is awesome with my mom!! I chose The Lakes for my mom because it is close to home and liked the staff. I would recommend them to others - It's not fancy, but my mom has great care!!

It is still a very good place to live. Good food and wonderful staff. I have recommended the facility to many people

Crescendo has been very accommodating with my mother especially with her behaviors due to dementia. The staff is incredibly patient and kind. I feel like she is seen by them as a person rather than just a resident

The staff were caring and went the extra mile. I was able to text [name removed] with any concerns and she got right back to me, she even texted me pics of my mom showing she was doing well. We were out of state on vacation and a little worried about how my mom would handle her stay and [name removed] texts put my mind at ease.

Mom's room is always clean and neat, her bathroom is cleaned daily , the staff knows the people there and treats them well , we've made several surprise visits and always found everything in order. We have peace of mind knowing she's in good hands.

Overall it's a very warm and welcoming environment, staff is friendly and attentive. Clean and safe space. Food is a lot of frozen/heated pizza etc. so would like to see fresher. Would like more activities too, but realize memory care residents aren't always receptive/active.

I would rate them a 5 overall. The staff has been helpful, and my mother is adjusting nicely. What stood out is it is a safe environment for her and she is exposed to social activities.

5 for all of them!!!!! I like that it was small - like a family. We really appreciate the fact that the staff came in to say goodbye on her last day. They really cared about her and we would absolutely recommend the community to other families.

Very pleasant place, and lots of community activities. It was great.
