I toured there recently and found the community to be active with alot of very happy residents. I was looking on behalf of my aunt. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The lady that showed me around was very nice and answered all of my questions.

I moved my mom into Pennington gardens a little more than a year ago and she loves the community. I come to the community when I’m in town and always eat with mom and the food is great. I saw on facebook today the community posted pictures of the 4th of July celebration, it looked like everyone had a great time. I have recommended Pennington gardens to friends in Phoenix that are looking for an assisted living. If you’re considering it, you’ll love it.

The facility is very clean and doesn't smell. The staff is very friendly and patient with the residents. The food is good and I would highly recommend the facility.

My mom has lived here for 1.5 years and she loves it! The staff is caring and takes great care of the residents. The food is good as well. The facility is very clean and they have a variety of scheduled activities. Something for everyone!

1. Unlike other communities, the food and drink options at Pennington Gardens are very diverse and tasty. 2. The holiday luncheons are festive and inviting. 3. Unlike other communities, Pennington Gardens is small enough that transportation to doctor appointments are always available. There's no competition for ride spots. 4. While the carpet on the downstairs hallways is a little dated, the apartments are very nice, and the two bedroom apartment is plenty spacious. 5. Pets are allowed, welcomed and loved by all the residents. There's a lovely outdoor park-like area to enjoy. 6. The staff are very nice and helpful. 7. The Resident Care Coordinator [name removed], is extremely knowledgeable and helpful ensuring the residents received medications at the appropriate times. 8. Dessert is served at lunch and dinner. 9. The facility has always been impeccably clean. 10. Trash (including empty boxes) is picked up from the hall immediately outside residents' doorways 7 days a week. 10. We visited the place and was impressed with it, clean, nicely arranged and decorated- felt homey and all the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend to others, they also have activities that can be shared with families - carnival day and the tree trimming with residents and spaghetti dinner with families. There was a limited number of families who came but the residents really enjoyed seeing the tree getting decorated. Those who were able to help out with decorating did The donations for the events were to raise money for Alzheimer's

A great place for mom or dad. It is very clean and tidy. They are very caring and keep their residents active while enhancing their quality of life. Always tending to everyone's needs.

My mother in law has been to 5 assisted living communities and this one so far has been her and our favorite. [name removed] who we met with answered all of our questions and assisted with everything from hospice to the right room for mom and making sure it was tip top ready for her. PG is homey and charming inside and even smells good. They bake Otis Spunkmyer cookies for their residents every day, host fun activities, mom loves the food and the open airy high ceiling dining room. Her bathroom is spacious which was important to her being in wheelchair. All of staff have been over the top helpful, caring, resourceful and FUN! [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]and our new hospice team from Suncrest have all made this transition 5-Star. PG does accept ALTCS patients if your loved one qualifies. We are private pay but if Mom outlives her money it’s good to know we still have a place for her that she considers home (and no other move is needed). 5-STAR experience so far!!!

Eternal Springs truly cared about Mom. They were very kind to her and to me. I thought, while others I looked at had were larger, offered more services and were more beautiful, this one offered intimacy. Mom was known here and not a number. It was not intimidating in any way. It was more like a home than a facility.

We moved my mom here and she is doing wonderfully! She is in Memory Care now but it's much more affordable and they will accept ALTCS after 2 years of self pay. They have had some key staff turnover. But overall really take care of residents and work well with families.

The caregivers are great. At first my husband kept trying to leave but the caregivers won him over. I feel like he is very well cared for. I would recommend Eternal Spring of Gilbert for anyone who needs a memory care place for their loved one.

The care for my father has been excellent, the staff are caring and kind. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. They offer many amenities as well. The only issue I’ve had is with communication about the financial aspects. The facility failed to set up our automatic payments and then charged us [fee removed] late fee. A promise was also made to give us a deal on our first month off if we signed by a certain date, and then the paperwork for the deal was not included in the signing documents. Efforts to contact the financial department head went unanswered and we are still waiting on a response a month later.

[name removed] and [name removed] were wonderful. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the Inspired Living at Royal Palm community to other families.

A place to call “home.” For those who no longer have a real home ..tender loving care for gruff old codgers!

A Place for Mom directed us to Inspired Living Memory Care. She has lived there since August 2023, and is thriving. Personnel are always smiling and positive while interacting with residents. Their philosophy is true: "We care for moms & dads."

This is a warm, comfortable community with a wonderful team of staff members that are allowing my parents the happiness, dignity and the quality of life they so deserve. And they manage to do this even with the many obstacles that advanced aging can present. Placing my mom/dad was a difficult decision and my parents, siblings and I are quite happy with our choice.

When the community first opened, I moved my wife in who has Dementia. Right away the staff fell in love with her. She happens to be the very sweet. After about a year, I started noticing some mild memory loss and felt that it was time for me to sell my condo and move in. Right away, [name removed] helped me find the perfect apartment. At first I thought that I needed to be in Memory Care, after a month I realized it wasn’t the place for me so [name removed] helped me find an apartment on the Assisted Living side. I’ve been very happy in my studio. It’s been an adjustment not having my own condo but I’ve met some nice people and know that it was the right move.

Both my parents moved into Inspired Living Delray in 2022. The transition was very smooth and they received wonderful care. When my mom passed away, the staff was wonderful with my dad- watching out for him and keeping him busy. The staff does an excellent job of communicating with the family.

The overall experience has been great. Mom has been adjusting daily to the routine and is feeling more comfortable. The cleanliness is tops. The staff and maintenance stays on top of it. Never any odors. The friendliness of the staff is the best. The associates of the home have the best outlook and attitudes. The quality of care is tops. The staff and help do everything possible to make sure that everyone gets the best care there is. The meals are always appetizing, balanced and delicious. The activity calendar is full with a variety of activities and games for everyone. The value for the cost rates right in line with the other establishments

It is like a family not too big or too small. It is not corporate owned. I would recommend to others.
