Myself and our family were very encouraged by the ability of staff to move so quickly to get our loved one moved in. And also the consistency of care. Our loved one feels well supported and stated the food is great, which was a big deal for him.

I recently toured Woodcreek Bend Memory Care and the pleasure if meeting the new Executive Director and Nurse Monique. She really made me heel at home and we discussed so much about where we both lived before moving to Texas. She was very warm and inviting and I truly felt supported during my search for the best fit for my mother. The team was pleasant and residents looked happy.

Very nice facility. Tour was great. Beautiful place. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Great amenities for the price. Great outdoor space .

They went out of their way to help me with the process. From paperwork to financing. They were so kind and professional with me AND Dad. They have a great reputation and l can see why. A truly amazing experience. Love those ladies!

The care givers are very kind and helpful despite being overworked many days. I enjoy living in the Assisted Living section and my husband is in the memory care section. Several of the staff have recently quit or been fired so there seems to be regular turnover. We have recently been without hot water for several days.

My love one has been living here for 2 years. I love the new management and the new care staff they all pay attention to each residents needs and wants if I was asked where is the best place to live with memory loss I would say Woodcreek Bend Memory Care.

The apartment is very clean, all caregivers have been very friendly, caring and supportive, food has been very good. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

[Name removed] was friendly and very helpful. She listened to my questions and concerns and gave thoughtful answers based upon my dad’s situation. The facility was clean and welcoming.

Great place. Was very clean. Staff was friendly. The place was very quiet which was nice. Residents were walking around and seemed to be happy. Although I didn’t ultimately choose Mercer Terrace it was high on my list and would recommend touring to see if it fits your loved one’s life style.

The staff. They care about the residents and strive to make sure we know that. They greet you by name and ask if anything is needed or if I have any questions. The vibe here is positive and I've never felt like part of a herd. The residents are also mostly friendly. There are a few curmudgeons, but then again, you can push their wheelchairs down the ramp and wave bye-bye. Unless they have the brakes on. Then you have to just walk away.

The entire team is outstanding. Special shout out to [name removed! I would highly recommend to others looking.

Everything would be a 5 their great. like the activities they have planned for the residents each day. How they make the new residents feel welcome by providing them a welcome gift with some of the things they like also the meals that are prepared are freshly made each day by a chef. And the constantly check on my dad make sure he's ok and keep his room and clothes clean

We looked at several and Bradfield Terrace was the best by for. The staff was great, the food is good you always give them different choices to choose from, you have different activities to chose from and the staff is good they treat them like family

[name removed] is the very best and so helpful. The place is clean and smells good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful while we were there and they seem to try to provide as many activities as possible.

I would rate all categories a 5. Mom felt very safe. Everyone was very helpful. She liked living at Hoyt. Location was the only drawback.

What we like the most about the Cleburne Court community is that all the staff we have encountered have been pleasant and helpful. We like the location of the community and overall my comfort/confidence level.
