Arden Courts Avon is an absolutely beautiful Assisted Living which is a complete memory care building WITH 24hr nursing care. They have multiple outside areas, 2 large rec rooms, multiple themed rooms and a great setup for pacing residents. The staff is so kind and caring and you can tell they truly love their residents. It is always very clean, bright and always smells nice. Each of the 4 wings has its own theme and they are all well staffed. I would highly recommend Arden Courts Avon ALF to anyone seeking long term residence for their loved one.

I come here 3 times week for one of their residence, I keep her company, staff here is doing everything for her. I feel like she is in best hands and this is the safest place for her. Her family doesn't have to worry about her mom, again she's in the best hands.

Quality of care has been great. The staff has been great. The place is very clean. It has been a great experience to date. I would for sure recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

My father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's several years ago and my mother did an amazing job caring for him as long as she could. When it became too much for her, we made the decision to move him closer to me and it seemed like a daunting task not knowing where to begin. From beginning to end, a Place for Mom and Arden Courts in Avon made this difficult time as easy for us as they could. [Names Removed] and everyone at Ardent Courts have been kind, understanding and have helped us all navigate this. I am happy my father has a home where he is safe, clean and well take care of. Thank you all so much for all you do.

My mom [Name Removed] who passed earlier this month, was a resident at Arden Courts in Avon for a year and a half. We could not have found a better place for her to be during this challenging chapter of her life. The facility itself was always clean, bright and inviting. There were always activities to keep her engaged and varieties of fresh food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I would recommend Arden Courts for these things alone, but it is the people that make this place so special. The level of care was spectacular, but the level of CARING she received was truly heartwarming and allowed us to have no concerns about her when we weren't there. I know this sounds like an ad, but we were beyond happy with this choice.

The tour and sales staff were great, and the facility is well appointed, clean and up to date. Our family member has been a resident for about a month and thus far we aren't sure if it's the best fit or if we are better served with care at home. These situations are incredibly hard, I don't fault the facility for the difficulty I believe they are doing their best.

I am the POA of a 93 year old woman who was no longer safe to live alone at home. Arden Courts in Avon was very helpful and understanding in getting me through this process. The client has adjusted well and I am comforted knowing she is safe and in good hands. The staff have all been so supportive and friendly. This is definitely a nice place for you loved one.

In choosing a new home for our mom we visited many places. Arden Court was our choice, it gave us a small homey feeling, just the setting we were looking for. The staff is kind, caring and attentive to her needs, definitely made a good choice.

Arden Courts of Avon truly cares about their residents. Our loved one was welcomed into this loving community with open arms!! The facility is set up like a village, with four different neighborhoods, and many common areas where the residents can socialize and walk about. There are daily activities as well, including exercise, trivial pursuit, ice cream socials, movies, and sometimes live music as well as themed events!! The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure that our loved ones needs are met, and that any concerns are addressed professionally, with compassion and respect. I would highly recommend Arden Courts to anyone looking for a memory care facility!!

We recently had a loved one in Arden Courts Towson, and as a family member, I truly appreciated the level of compassion and patience shown by the staff. They took the time to get to know each resident and treated them with dignity and respect. The environment felt safe, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for those with memory challenges. Communication with our family was consistent, and we always felt informed and supported. It’s never an easy decision to place a loved one in memory care, but this team made the process much more comforting. I’m grateful for the care they provided.

My visit was on the day after a big snowstorm. I was impressed with the Auberge Brookfield facility, condition and staff. I met a few residents who were friendly and seemed happy with their surroundings. It is very convenient to where we currently live. Only 3.5 miles away but in my traffic pattern. Downside is that we are faced with some medical conditions that are not yet resolved and as a memory care facility it is not a place where I could join my wife.

The Team at Arden Courts with[Names Removed], and all the support staff have been very good and we thank you for your hard work, effort, energy, encouragement, and professionalism. Highly recommend Arden Courts (Yardley) and when a loved one loses their ability to function like they once did, it is difficult in a variety of ways and having a team like they do here helps so much in the transition process. Staff was very engaging. The residents we saw appeared happy and comfortable. There is advantage in living in a community that is on one level. Residence have the opportunity to build relationships. The residence can use some freshing up as it looks dated in some areas. Overall nice residence.

The people were wonderful. I like that they have employees that have been there for years and others for decades. I like that they are a melting pot of people from all walks of like. I also like that they are an established facility with so many in house services, including a dentist that visits monthly. It's a single, lump sum cost for all residents regardless of how often they need laundry, whether they need assistance with eating, etc. we were very pleased with this facility and are trying to arrange for my aunt to visit soon.

I found the staff excellent. Very efficient. I joined one of the activities and I think they were well run. My father wasn't an easy person to deal with but he was well treated and he was made to engage and move around. He would have laid in bed all day if given the chance. Some days he loved the meals other days complained. I thought the room was charming and cozy.

The attentiveness from all staff members including front office was what I remember the most. The nurse on duty the night that my sister passed away was an absolute Angel. She was so kind and compassionate.

Facility was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful with answering all the questions I asked them. The facility has a very beautiful and tranquil atmosphere.

I rate the entire experience 5?+! If I could rate it higher, I would in a heartbeat! Everything at Arden Courts revolves around the best care for the residents. The activities with[Name Removed], and sadly I cannot recall the name of the 3rd woman, were incredible. I was there a lot when daily activities were going on. I observed and participated, and the residents just loved both the activities and the activities staff. Being there are residents at all stages of memory loss, the activities are geared for every resident no matter what level of dementia-related disease they have. I can't say enough about the activities staff. They are beautiful, huge-hearted, caring, and loving individuals. The other staff are also amazing. Like I said, I spent a great deal of time there, and my mother, and every resident I saw, got warm, caring, loving care by the staff. I didn't eat much of the food there, but what I had was very tasty, and the meals they serve to the residents are really lovely and look to be tasty and well balanced. The facility was always clean and smelled fresh. My mother's hospice team were angels, and she adored them. I know [Name Removed] has retired, but they all seemed wonderful. [Name Removed] was the absolute best! I pray that I never need to be placed in a facility for memory loss, but if I do, I told my husband that Arden Courts is the only place I want to be. I know the care there is to notch from the top down.

[name removed], the Director at Arden Court was unbelievably helpful during this extremely difficult time for my family and I. Her kindness, and compassion, as well as her quick responses and knowledge of my mother's needs, helped us make many difficult decisions. Although my mother passed away before she was even able to become a member of the Arden Court community, there was no doubt in my mind, she would have been very well taken care of. The staff as well as the medical team we're all extremely knowledgeable and comforting during this time.
