We are very happy at the Cottages. My mother is now completely blind now. The staff is very attentive and takes wonderful care of her. She can walk and take care of her personal needs but she needs help with choosing clothes and guiding her walk to meals and activities. They help her by gathering needs for morning and bedtime routines. They accommodate her food requests and let her know what food is where on her plate. It is the perfect place for her. The staff is like family. They give her the assistance that she needs but she still feels independent which is very important to her.

A 5 for each category. The facility and staff are wonderful. My mother is very happy at The Cottages of Milledgeville.

She likes everything about the Cottages, except the meals. I thought the meals look pretty good myself! The facility is nice and the staff and residents are friendly! Renee does a great job with activities and she seems to enjoy what she does.

My mother was at the Cottages at Wesleyan for over 10 years. She began in independent living and then assisted living for the remainder of her life. As a retired nurse I believe I am a good judge of quality of care. I highly recommend the Cottages and their care of my mother.

Hi, My Grandmother recently moved into this facility, and from beginning to end Jola was friendly and helpful. There are always activities for those interested. They also offer meals for those in independent living, so cooking isn't such a chore. So seriously check them out if you are looking for an option for yourself or a loved one.

We are very pleased with The Cottages of Milledgeville! Hospitality was very kind and courteous. Maintenance in elevator was kind and courteous. All staff members I have met have been excellent and respectful.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are very friendly. My loved one enjoys the meals provided, and there are lots of activities to keep the residents engaged and social. There is a kitchenette in the apartment. The community takes care of the laundry for my loved one.

I have lived at The Gables for almost 3 years come June. I loved it even before I came for the tour. The staff at a Place for Mom was wonderful. They put me up in a very nice suite at The Gateway while I did the tours. Everyone taking me touring were fabulous as well. Moving here was one of my best life decisions!! Everyone that comes to visit me comments on the beauty of the neighborhood. We all love our flowers. Anyone coming here will also enjoy all the fun activities. There is always lots do, and we surely enjoy sitting on each others porches chatting. This is how you retire....in a nice cozy cottage with lots of caring and friendly neighbors from all walks of life!!

I did not think we would be able to find anything better than skilled nursing for my mom since she broke both legs in a fall and she is in advanced stages of Alzheimers. Avalon Memory Care welcomed her with open arms. Being a small facility, they only have about 20 residents. Most in the same condition as my mom. Some a little better, and some a little worse. She immediately improved under their care with more attention, more social time, and WAY better food. Eating was crucial for her so that her legs could heal. Everyone there is exceptionally kind and all of the residents seem to be thriving under the individualized care that is offered there. As a dementia patient - it is more than obvious that my mother responds to TLC, loving words, and loving care. She is kept fed and clean - #1 priority - but beyond that, the caregivers hug her and love her and she stays in a common room where there is activity and she is not isolated. There is story after story of patients in this facility that have improved drastically after being admitted here. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I had a wonderful experience visiting and touring the Cottages at Wesleyan. The atmosphere of the community was inviting and the feel was extremely wrap around joy. I am thinking and knowing that this is the kind of place my family would find comfortable and relaxing. Love the amenities.

I am happy with this community that I now live in. The staff are caring and always making sure that things are going well for us. We like the menu and the activities that are offered for when we want to participate. We would recommend this community for the care of others for a good value.

The Cottages is a wonderful facility with a great staff. They have provided my mother with a very caring and supportive environment. The scale of operations at The Cottages gives it a home/family feel that is unique and enables a very personalized experience.

Living at The Gables at Wolf Creek has been a real blessing for me. I have been here for just over two years. From my first visit this has always felt like home. I will never want to live anywhere else. The campus is beautiful and kept perfectly all the time. The staff, including maintenance, treats us with respect and makes us feel very special. My children never have to worry about me. They know I am happy and very busy. If anyone is bored around here, that is on the individual. The Gables provides plenty of great activities for us and it's up to us whether we participate. My one bedroom cottage is perfect; it's very open with lots of windows, a bath and a half, and plenty of closet space! The kitchen is spacious with a large pantry and cabinets galore, plus a large dining area. The residents are friendly and we see after one another always!

My mom has lived at the Cottages on Wesleyan now for almost 3 years. She is very content and comments often to family how happy she is to live there. I am more than pleased with the staff and the care she receives. When I'm away for business or vacation, I have full confidence that she is being cared for. Very clean and excellent food. Absolutely a 5 star rating in every category.

The property is so well-maintained. The locale here is so good. We're between the two interstates. The people here are so nice. You pay one fee and it covers all your utilities. It's just a perfect situation!

This community does offer a meal service for a fee. The staff have been quick to respond when mom needs assistance. She is making friends and she has a nice apartment. They keep the community clean and they are going to start up a book club. I would recommend this active community.

Found Cottages for my mother when she wanted to move here. She is so happy there and it is close to shopping, grocery, banking, everything really! Great location, fantastic people, wonderful food, kind staff. Could not ask for more!

We love Cottages on Wesleyan Assisted Living! The staff are professional, helpful, friendly and kind. There is a great balance between help as needed and privacy/independence too. Definitely can recommend it over other places I have tried.

My feelings towards this place -- The Cottages -- they're just the BEST. The exemplary staff and kitchen staff -- they're super! Everyone here is very nice, very friendly, welcoming, which I think is very important. It's extremely beautiful here...I could not ask for anything more beautiful than what I have! The most important thing about the way I feel about The Cottages is when I walk in my door, I have pure contentment!
