The staff is friendly and capable, and the facility is clean and attractive. I would recommend. I especially like the daily activities for the residents and the special events.

It is a great place to live. Staff and residents are very caring and friendly. Everything has been great.

1. Everyone has always been helpful with my mother. 2. When needed, they will call and keep my brother and I informed. 3. I have not had anyone to be rude, everyone has always answered my questions. 4. I feel they have been concerned and reliable!

What we like the most about Kauhale Byrd Springs community is the staff and residents are friendly. We love the large windows that allow a lot of natural light into common spaces. It feels like a home.

I recommend this place. It turned my sister's life around. And now she can live with respect

The facility is immaculately clean, the aides and nurses are attentive. There are activities quite often, and the food is good.

I would write all the categories, a five, except for number eight because I have to have ice cream and toiletries delivered or brought to him on a regular basis. Yes, I would recommend Proveer at Port City to other families based on the experience so far.

We are still trying to get him out of the room to join activities. The staff has been great offering to help him. The staff have been so accommodating to his needs. He had several staff members he has connected with. We are still trying to get him acclimated. He was originally saying he would be home in a couple weeks and has stopped saying that.

[name removed] the director is amazing, she goes above and beyond in all areas, and the rest of the staff are always caring, friendly and helpful.

All 5. It's wonderful place. Perfect. Support the staff gives to their patents. My aunt feels at home there. Keeps her active. Even though she can't move much.

They were a huge help and moved fast to help us in a time of need. Our relative loves it there and is making friends. Room is nice and beautiful residents. Great food and service. We are grateful for their help

All personnel from the manager to the nurse to the maintenance supervisor to the daily aides all know how to deal with dementia patients in a kind and dignified way.

Mom has been happy there. The care givers have always tried to help her when needed. One assistant is super helpful to mom. I like that they try to make an effort to do things they know mom would like. She loves sitting outside and they do take her out when the weather is good. Someone sits with her and helps her do activities too.

The facility was a perfect fit for my mother. The staff really cares about the residents, all the way from [name removed] (the GM) to nurses like [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] - to administrative staff like[name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]. Just a great place!

The stability of the staff . Low turnover over. My sister likes it so much better than her previous home! Oh yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

This facility took excellent care of my mom for the month she spent there for respite care. The aides, nurses, dining staff, and management all treated her with great care and she came back rested and in better health than when she started.

We were looking for wood floors, no carpet. The shower opening was easy to step in. This facility checked all of those boxes. All of the staff members I have met are friendly and pleasant to be around.

They are all willing to help with anything but you must ask. Choice of room sizes are good. Uncertain of amenities.

What an amazing and beautiful community! Everyone you meet is overflowing with love and empathy, the staff is so attentive and the management team are unmatched experts in their field. Upon my visit I instantly felt like I was surrounded by my favorite family members. If you can leave without a smile on your face or with out a hug, then the world might be over. Don’t miss visiting The Grande At Creve Coeur!

I couldn’t recommend this place more than I do. When I came to visit The grande, I didn’t have many questions to ask after my tour. I was just in awe. Answered more questions than I had even had didn’t really answer them he was just telling me what they did and I was amazed. They take excellent care of my sister. And I see the way they handle other people when they talk to them they’ll rub their hand or give them a touch and that goes along way. I don’t know much about the food I seem to come too late for that. My sister always seems to be clean and most of the time her room is perfect. So would you ask me if I placed my mom here the answer would be yes I would . And I have placed my sister there due to the fact all their residents are memory care. And they meet each individual wherever they’re at in their disease
