Staff - not business like. Had to leave because of not receiving a lease and trying to charge [fee removed] more than first told rent was to be. Never was treated like by anyone before. Rate them as 1. No. I wouldn't recommend them unless they have changed their administrative staff. The maintenance was nice and cooperative.

They were kind and treated him with respect. I would recommend to others.

Every one is so kind and understanding and helpful to the needs of the residents there. Thank you for all you do. Great is your reward in Heaven for what you do is truly a gift.

Expensive, but worth it.

The staff is very kind and friendly to [name removed] and me. My loved one seems to be happy there. Her room is always clean. My only concern is that the carpet all over the facility is very old and dirty. I hope that the new owners will put new carpet or flooring in. It really looks and smells bad as soon as you walk through the doors.

[name removed] and the rest of the staff have been very helpful getting her settled. They take care of her as if she is their own mother. She goes to all the activities and loves that there is an in-house chapel for services and special guests. I have Checked around and other facilities are up to twice what she is paying. Save time and money, look at McKendree first. Every place will look great, they did to me too. You don't want to find this best deal after you paid another community, non refundable, FEE.

I would say just the friendliness of everyone and how they make them feel welcome and staff is always there if needed Room sizes are perfect even at the studio. Amenities I feel there is also enough for someone to do and utilize. Facility is clean, but the studios could be worked on. Cracks and mold.

The place is amazing and I would rate all of the categories as a 5. The patience of the staff is what impresses me the most!! Thank you for all of your help with placing him

McKendree is a wonderful place to live, to be honest...the staff is friendly, there are plenty of amenities depending on your interests/care needs, and the location is very close to Summit Hospital as well as the Nashville airport. They also have options for independent, assisted living, and acute care.

The director and her staff have been extremely helpful to me with getting my brother settled. As always moving from one's home is a difficult decision especially when the person is not fully grasping their ability to no longer care for themselves.

Carrington Place was a great place for my mother while she was there. She unfortunately passed only a few weeks after being there. They did a great job taking care of her and keeping her in good spirits, and they made me feel like family when I was there visiting with her. I'm going to give it a 5 all the way down the list. I feel they did an amazing job given the short time she was there

It is located close to grocery stores and restaurants and retail stores and gas stations and more importantly to Hospital/Medical Center ER. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

The community is great. They have activities and the staff has been able to get my father involved by inviting him to participate each time they do something. Until he got familiar with what was going on, and when. Now my dad keeps the calendar of activities besides him, and he is more aware of the day and what activities they have going on. He has made some friends there and he enjoys the putt putt golf activity and the music especially. The cafeteria, took a while for him to get use to but he had to understand that it is not a restaurant that makes gourmet food, it is a cafeteria that provides three meals a day.

I would definitely recommend McKendree Village for anyone exploring options for senior living in the Nashville area...both the residents and staff are extremely friendly here, and there are also assisted living as well as access to transportation and medical resources for those who have more hands on care needs.

I rave about the place all the time. It is a warm and hospitable atmosphere. The other patients are smiling and friendly too.

It was my mother in law that was a resident at Landmark Center. Mama passed away [date removed]. Mama LOVED The Landmark. She always talked about how good the food was and she enjoyed the Art and Craft class. Mama tripped over her telephone cord one night, and broke her femur. After a hospital stay, she was at BlueRidge Therapy next door. The staff from Landmark came to assess Mama. We thought she did well, but they determined that she needed 30 more days of therapy. Mama immediately went into a deep depression. She wanted The Landmark. On [date removed] after she was given her bath and shampoo, Mama slipped away. Her nurse said she turned her back for a second and Mama was gone. So, tell everyone we give The Landmark an A++.

I cannot begin to thank A Place for Mom enough for assisting me in finding my new home at McKendree Village. After being in the hospital for an extended period of time and losing a majority of what I personally owned, this organization was truly an invaluable resource in finding a home that could easily accommodate my current needs as I continue healing. The staff has been very friendly and helpful to me through this entire process, allowing me to focus on my recovery more instead of worrying about the little things. Finding a new home in less than two weeks is a nearly impossible challenge from a hospital bed, but thanks to [name removed] and the rest of the family at A Place For Mom & McKendree Village I am feeling better than I have in a long time. You will always have a special place in my heart...thank you!!!

I'm just going to make it easy and give them a 5 for all of the above. Carrington Place at Wytheville community was great, I never had any issues. Most of all, my mother was happy while she was there. That's all I could ask for.

The Landmark Center is the nicest facility I've been in. It's clean and inviting when you walk in the front door someone greets you with a smile. The staff are so good with the residents they treat them like family, guest are more than welcomed to come to the Dinning room and eat a delicious home cooked meal with their loved ones. There is always some sort of activity and music going on. I personally have spoiled the residents to no end I have a great relationship with the residents and their families. You couldn't pick a better place to have your loved one stay when they need that extra help. Everyone here goes above and beyond their duties for the sweetest residents on earth. I Love them all.

We're extremely happy with The Landmark Center. This was my loved one's decision, and we feel she made a good one. According to my loved one, the food rates at a 10. We need to thank everyone there, and to let you know that [name removed] keeps in close touch with us for all our loved one's needs. She recently had a lengthy hospital stay, but was able to return to The Landmark Center after recovering.
