We found the establishment to be extremely clean, organized and the staff was warm and friendly. We also liked that the staff had time invested, showing us that Woodholme Gardens is a good place to be.

Caring and attentive staff. Lots of activities to keep the residents busy. She was really reluctant to go to an assisted living facility and this has been an amazing experience for her and the facility is not nearly as expensive as the other facilities in the area. I want to add that the facility is very clean and it almost feels like my mom is living in a hotel. There are so many things for her to do as far as activities are concerned and almost all of her providers come in to the facility. I have not had to take her out of the facility for any of her appointments not even to get her hair done! My mom actually has complained that there are too many activities and that she's tired sometimes from interacting all day haha. She has complained that there are too many foods thick in sauces and gravy. They can improve by having a diabetic diet or diabetic menu to choose off of for those who really need to watch their carbohydrate and sugar intake

They do have medical service come directly to the facility. They are nurse practitioners, not MD's. Also these practitioners are out of network so you do have to pay for out of network services. Administration didn't know this, and I personally brought this to their attention. Breakfast is the best meal. Too many meals that are pork, or ham related.

I really liked how they referred to their facility as "senior apartment community with medical oversight end"- I really liked that.

Truth be told I made those ratings based on the experience of the other residents. Unfortunately my relative was not a good fit for Symphony Manor. He required more medical attention than they could supply but for the right person Symphony Manor is excellent and the administrative staff is terrific especially the new director [name removed]

[Name Removed] was informative and explained how the facility operates, answered all questions. The tour of the facility was very helpful and she explained things along the way to see the model room.

The way you have handled [name removed] it has really helped me out. How clean the place is. And friendly everybody is it makes you feel like your home.

5 for each category. They have a very responsive leadership and care team. I was always given an opportunity to ask questions and they were responsive and timely. Facility is not depressing and has a lot of activities

We recently moved our 92 year old Mom to Symphony after a hospitalization that rendered her more vulnerable to living on her own as she had been. My brother and I looked at several assisted living facilities before deciding on Symphony and I’m relieved and happy to report that we made the right decision. Symphony has been so responsive to my Mom’s needs. There is considerable communication with the family especially in the first few weeks. They were prompt to address any concerns and alter my Mom’s care plan as needed. The most important thing is that our Mother is totally happy ! She loves the activities and is constantly involved in something. In fact, it’s hard to reach her on the phone!! She told me we made the right choice for her and that’s so reassuring to hear . The staff has been wonderful from the top down. [name removed] [name removed]& [name removed] eased our transition , the aides are attentive and [name removed] is great. The entire staff is committed to creating a wonderful environment for Mom

[name removed] was wonderful and very informative. The facility was great. They had plenty of features and options for the residents. The apartments were very nice. I wish I was older so I could stay there.

Great communication from staff, not just during admissions process, but even now (as Mom is a resident), they give us daily updates and offer advice and support. They individualize her care. We have experience in both their AL and Memory facilities- and at both- it is evident the entire staff know their residents very well. And they are kind and patient and receptive. We could not be more impressed with the Director and her team!

The staff is great! They are very caring and helpful during this transition we had to make. From what I have seen they treat the residents kindly and respectfully.

Well informed staff welcoming environment great menu clean driveway well decorated for the holiday easy to find hall way well lit hard to get furniture at the last minute but otherwise a great experience

The residents seemed happy, facilities clean and residents have access to exercise equipment when they want. This is as much of a review as I want to write, really really really really really really .

I would give all categories a 5. What we like the most about Symphony at Stuart is that it is just a really good and comfortable feeling knowing my mother was happy living there and seeing how friendly and caring the staff were.

I would give the facility a score of five in all of the either categories. What we like the most about the community is the friendliness and competence of the staff team. Yes, we would recommend Symphony Square to other families based on the experience

Friendly, courteous, caring and knowledgeable. A nice feeling of community exists at Symphony.
