Staff very friendly and always attentive. Room size perfect for single occupant. Mother was reclusive by nature, so did not take advantage of amenities. No specific suggestions.

Our family has had a positive experience at Promenade overall. While there were some medication scheduling issues during the initial transition period, those concerns were addressed within the first few weeks. Since then, our loved one has truly flourished in the community. They stay actively involved in activities, have built meaningful friendships, and enjoy the meals and special events offered. The staff has consistently been welcoming, attentive, and engaging, which has made a significant difference in their quality of life. We are grateful to see our loved one happy, comfortable, and thriving at Promenade.

I really liked this facility. The room was very nice and a good size. The bathroom had easy access and a nice walk in shower with seating. It was nice to see a full size refrigerator in the room. The price was okay and importantly, inclusive. We are scheduled for a 30 day respit room and will see how it goes and if he is interested in becoming a resident.

The facility is very nice and I had a great experience with the sales representative. It seems like they have lots of activities and different options for residents, both social and opportunities to get out of your room and do something/be somewhere without having to engage in the social activities, which is especially nice. It's also great they have disciplines on site like PT/OT/SLP and even a salon on site. Price is fair for the quality even if it is a little bit higher than some others. However, there's no extra pricing for levels of care which is great - just a difference for room size and of course a difference between assisted living and memory care. I'm hopeful my loved one will choose this facility.

I recently took a tour in this facility for my brother who recently had a stroke and is in need of assistance living and Rehabilitation the staff was very friendly the facility was clean I love the fact that they have a rehabilitation center on site haven't made a decision yet but this facility is definitely in our top two choices

I feel that the staff cares for my mom as much as I do and they keep me informed when anything arises. My mom a be difficult at times, but I believe she genuinely likes Promenade, she just like being difficult.

Great location. Easy parking. I was impressed with beyond the reception area was a large room with a coffee bar that felt like you were in a hotel bar. Right before my tour, a group came by with small friendly dogs. I love that this is a regular group that bring the dogs to visit. They have a movie theatre and ice cream parlor. There is a nice out door area. I think there is a wonderful vibe at Promenade! I was very impressed.

Beautiful facility and very warm and welcoming. Staff was very gracious and knowledgeable. Facility was in a great part of Saint Louis.

Beautiful place, many amenities, assisted care and memory care available. Great central location too!!

Nice place, very good location. Felt a little distant from the person who gave the tour. Pricing seems reasonable for what they offer. Everyone looked happy. Rooms seem nice and I liked the outdoor area.

The staff are amazing. I would recommend it to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

We were very impressed during our initial tour. Once we moved in we were even more impressed with the level of care and service that my Mom receives. We unfortunately lost my Dad a week after my parents moved in. But since that time , the staff has been SO supportive of my Mom, making sure she stays engaged and active in the daily activities. We are so happy with our choice to move here!

The memory care nurse assistants were great.

The staff is very friendly. They know the residents well. I like that they don't just let the residents stay in their rooms 24/7. My only issue has been with my dad's laundry. I labeled everything of his. And his clothes disappear and reappear all the time. I know he leaves things in strange places at times, but I wish there was a little more effort put into keeping his things in his room.

I would have to give every category a 5. We are very happy with everything. I have yet to see a crabby face, smiles all around. Very helpful and meals are good. Kept very clean.

My Mom has only been there for 6 weeks so far but she loves it! She is able to live in her own apartment, which is just the right size for her. She has help whenever she needs it from some very caring, patient, kind, understanding folks. The community residents are also very friendly and Mom has made several new friends. There are a lot of activities and entertainment that changes each week. They have ice cream socials all the time. Three meals a day that she doesn't have to make or clean up, and she says they're pretty tasty. They do her laundry for her and clean her cozy apartment for her each week. It is an up to date building in a nice area. They have a beautician & doctor that visit weekly. Mom wears an alert button necklace in case she needs emergency help, and they deliver her medications to her without fail. Her apartment accommodates her wheelchair, and she has told us "Thank you for finding this place for me. I love it!" every day since she moved in. ??????????

In regard to # 4, mom is in independent living so "care" is limited. If she needs more help in the future, she'll have to move down a floor into assisted living. In regard to # 7, it's been good value but there will be a [fee removed] increase in Jan and that seems like a lot. Still probably the best deal available for a nice place.

We needed a month of assisted living care for my husband. We visited several facilities and decided that Promenade suited our needs best. We made a great choice. The staff was friendly, kind and professional and very engaging. They made sure my husband didn't just sit in his apartment while I was gone. The residents are also very friendly and enjoyed my husband's outgoing and sweet personality. The facility is very clean and well maintained. There's great atttention to the safety of the residents. The meals are great. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents physically and mentally active. Promenade is a gem and I hope this review encourages others to visit and consider Promenade for their loved ones.

Their staff is lovely and the facility is beautiful. It really is a great place. My only complaint is they need more residents- so please recommend.
