I feel that the staff cares for my mom as much as I do and they keep me informed when anything arises. My mom a be difficult at times, but I believe she genuinely likes Promenade, she just like being difficult.

Great location. Easy parking. I was impressed with beyond the reception area was a large room with a coffee bar that felt like you were in a hotel bar. Right before my tour, a group came by with small friendly dogs. I love that this is a regular group that bring the dogs to visit. They have a movie theatre and ice cream parlor. There is a nice out door area. I think there is a wonderful vibe at Promenade! I was very impressed.

Beautiful facility and very warm and welcoming. Staff was very gracious and knowledgeable. Facility was in a great part of Saint Louis.

Beautiful place, many amenities, assisted care and memory care available. Great central location too!!

Nice place, very good location. Felt a little distant from the person who gave the tour. Pricing seems reasonable for what they offer. Everyone looked happy. Rooms seem nice and I liked the outdoor area.

The staff are amazing. I would recommend it to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

We were very impressed during our initial tour. Once we moved in we were even more impressed with the level of care and service that my Mom receives. We unfortunately lost my Dad a week after my parents moved in. But since that time , the staff has been SO supportive of my Mom, making sure she stays engaged and active in the daily activities. We are so happy with our choice to move here!

The memory care nurse assistants were great.

The staff is very friendly. They know the residents well. I like that they don't just let the residents stay in their rooms 24/7. My only issue has been with my dad's laundry. I labeled everything of his. And his clothes disappear and reappear all the time. I know he leaves things in strange places at times, but I wish there was a little more effort put into keeping his things in his room.

I would have to give every category a 5. We are very happy with everything. I have yet to see a crabby face, smiles all around. Very helpful and meals are good. Kept very clean.

My Mom has only been there for 6 weeks so far but she loves it! She is able to live in her own apartment, which is just the right size for her. She has help whenever she needs it from some very caring, patient, kind, understanding folks. The community residents are also very friendly and Mom has made several new friends. There are a lot of activities and entertainment that changes each week. They have ice cream socials all the time. Three meals a day that she doesn't have to make or clean up, and she says they're pretty tasty. They do her laundry for her and clean her cozy apartment for her each week. It is an up to date building in a nice area. They have a beautician & doctor that visit weekly. Mom wears an alert button necklace in case she needs emergency help, and they deliver her medications to her without fail. Her apartment accommodates her wheelchair, and she has told us "Thank you for finding this place for me. I love it!" every day since she moved in. ??????????

In regard to # 4, mom is in independent living so "care" is limited. If she needs more help in the future, she'll have to move down a floor into assisted living. In regard to # 7, it's been good value but there will be a [fee removed] increase in Jan and that seems like a lot. Still probably the best deal available for a nice place.

We needed a month of assisted living care for my husband. We visited several facilities and decided that Promenade suited our needs best. We made a great choice. The staff was friendly, kind and professional and very engaging. They made sure my husband didn't just sit in his apartment while I was gone. The residents are also very friendly and enjoyed my husband's outgoing and sweet personality. The facility is very clean and well maintained. There's great atttention to the safety of the residents. The meals are great. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents physically and mentally active. Promenade is a gem and I hope this review encourages others to visit and consider Promenade for their loved ones.

Their staff is lovely and the facility is beautiful. It really is a great place. My only complaint is they need more residents- so please recommend.

Everyone seems extremely nice and helpful! My mom really likes living at St. Louis Hills.

For Activities he's always in his room so I really don't know. For the cost, I thought it was high at first I just didn't realize hi how much it would bye-bye but I would recommend this community to other families

We were impressed with everything. My mother in law felt the menu options were limited, but I think at the time, occupancy was low, so that may have affected it. I can't really say about activities, because she wasn't there for very long until she had to be moved to skilled nursing.

What our family really likes about the Promenade Senior Living community are the workers. The workers have been extremely caring of my mom. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

All of the above is an A plus, we only had one issues regarding our loved one not receiving medication on time.
