[name removed] is very helpful. Some of the other staff members are also. Apartment sizes are great with a nice kitchen and bath.

Our mom,[Name Removed], lived for nearly 6 years and loved the community and care that she received here. We are very grateful for the compassion and commitment the staff, leaders and associated caregivers here provided for[Name Removed] It certainly made her transition smooth. We’re sad she is gone, but grateful for the care she was provided! Will definitely recommend Evergreen to anyone in the area if need of a place.

All the staff are 100% wonderful - Mom had 3 years & enjoyed all the staff. And the residents are so kind & friendly. It's a great community with lots of activities! Can't say enough good things about Evergreen.

This is a lovely facility. The staff is great. From front office to the kitchen staff and servers in the dining room. The maintenance has been terrific! I love my view. This was the best move for me at this time in my life.

I am NOT one to write reviews. In fact, I am somewhat frustrated by always being asked online to review every little interaction in today's crazy digital world (the cup of coffee was fine ok, ha!). However, I am more than compelled to share my profoundly positive experience with Evergreen Court! Many senior living organizations claim to have a loving and compassionate community, but fail that mark in reality. What makes Evergreen Court different is [name removed] the manager and the attention she places on hiring people throughout the building who genuinely care about the residents. An example: my mother who is approaching 90 was not acting like herself in the dining room. A server noticed these slight changes and called the manager. Within minutes it was clear to her that my mother was having a stroke. She called 911 and my mother survived this episode. I firmly believe Mom would be dead if it were not for the loving, caring EC team! Warm Regards to the entire EC staff! [name removed].

Evergreen is a great place for our 91 year old mother. [name removed] the manager run a tight ship and the staff , food and amenities are excellent. Mom loves it there.

The location's units are clean and uplifting. But it's the staff's dedication, care of our dad, personalization, & communication that are so exceptional. Our dad couldn't be in a better place. For such resistance to coming her now says "nothing to complain here" (Evergreen).

I have been a resident for over 8 years. My apartment is my emotional home, a place of comfort providing a secure relaxing place. There are many activities for us to enjoy. Transportation is available to doctors and shopping. Staff if great.

The manager at the facility was very compassionate, loving, caring and a lot more. She needs a golden star. We just loved her so much. She loved our mom dearly.

Moving here was the best move I ever made. I have lived here for 3 years and love it. We are one big family and the staff are wonderful. We can be as active and involved as we want to be. There is always some one to assist you if you need help with something.

My parents moved to Evergreen Court in[date removed] My dad had dementia and my mom, as his caregiver, needed to focus on him and not worry about running a household and taking care of a house. Everyone at Evergreen Court is so welcoming and helpful, staff and residence included. They were very happy to be there and were comfortable and safe at Evergreen Court until their passing. The caregivers are incredibly empathetic and skilled. My sister and I are so appreciative of everyone there. Highly recommend.

After deciding to leave Tampa, Florida and move to the West Coast to be closer to my family, I went to A Place for Mom for help in finding a new place to live. I talked with a gentleman named [name removed] who ended up sending me a lot of information about various communities designed for seniors. I was looking in California, Oregon, and Washington for a place that would be comfortable for an independent living senior. With a lot of help from [name removed] I narrowed it down to five places in Oregon that I wanted to visit. He helped me set up tours and I found my new home in North Bend Oregon. I’ve lived here for two months now and it is everything I wanted it to be. I can’t thank [name removed] enough for helping me through this journey.

The people that run Evergreen Court are caring and friendly. The facility is very clean and homey feeling. They offers a variety of outing and activities. It is a great value for what is offered. Apartment cleaned once a week all meals and very comfortable apartment.

Evergreen Court is a great place to reside when you or a loved one would like out of the responsibilities of living alone. A great community with options in various activities. A driver and bus for group activities is available as well. A+

Management staff and caregivers are always happy and very helpful to residents and family members. Our mother is very very happy living at Evergreen and we are thrilled she is happy. It's nice to hear all her positive comments when we talk to her everyday!

All the staff is very nice and welling to help in all circumstance.

Everyone court has truly exceeded all we had hoped for and needed in a place to call home. The commitment and caring outreach of the management and staff as well as the residents have created many additions to our family unit. Love and accept once resign within the walls of this residence.

Evergreen Court is a great place to live! The apartments are large with a kitchen. Dinning room serves tasty meals-21 times at week facility is kept in great shape! Any concerns are discussed with the manager. She listens.
