I never visited in person, but our cousins did. Going with my phone experiences and our cousins impressions I would give a 5 for 1-8. The staff and they said the facility was very nice too. My sister had a studio apartment then was moved to The Cottage when she went into Memory Care. Yes, we would recommend this community to others

Food not sure. Haven't tasted. [name removed] eats all of it. The community is like a family and we would recommend At Home Senior Living to others.

Immediately felt more like a home walking through front door. No smell. All staff friendly to us and to each other! Activities were happening with participation and Memory Care residents encouraged to join if appropriate. Lunch looked like home cooked! Impressed that skin checks are completed weekly and response time to Fall Prevention System in top 10%. Night checks documented every 2 hours, again Memory Care. Favorite Resident larger events occur. Administrative staff knowledgeable of various roles and respond to questions/concerns. Director seems very involved in all aspects and cares deeply as a nurse for elders for years. Very thankful for the care and hard work they all have given to create such a place. God bless. ??

Staff initially brought me in to have a conversation about my mother’s background and situation. They roughly assessed her needs and also talked about features of the facility and how those could meet her needs. I was taken on a tour and shown different room options and observed residents doing their different activities. Overall this is a nice facility and I was appreciative of the staff.

I toured facility with my parents and sister. We are looking for a place in near future for them. Staff very professional, friendly. They liked everything about facility. Loved the fact dining hall open for 3 meals daily. Nice selection and menu. Facility well decorated. Clean. They don’t need assisted living presently except help with fixing meals, light housekeeping. Hopefully in near future they will be able to make this move.

I would rate everything a number five except for the value my personal feeling is that the food allowance is definitely not enough for somebody who would want to be served three meals a day Pricing for meals should be a higher monthly allowance since the fee per month is so high I would be happy to talk to any of your clients to explain but everything else is wonderful

I was looking for a memory care community, for my mother, to provide daily care and social activities. It was suggested, by A Place for Mom, that At Home Senior Living in Cochran would be a great place to look. I contacted the community and setup an appointment for a visit/tour. Before my tour date, I was promptly contacted by the Community Relations Director. She was very helpful and very compassionate. She answered all my questions and took me on a tour of the memory care community, which they call The Cottages. All the staff, nurses, residents, etc. were so professional and welcoming. The building was very clean and very homey. I was blessed enough to visit during the Christmas season, so the community was decorated so pretty. I left with the assurance that when my mother went to live at The Cottages, she would be well cared for, loved and made to feel at home. Following my visit and tour, I have been contacted by the director to see if I had any follow up questions/concerns.

There is a big turnover of the staff. Activities seem fine, but food is often cold and poorly prepared.

New Thrive management have been great so far and all of the former staff have been kept except "President". The meals and dining has not consistent, sometimes a 5 and others a 3. When it comes to the value for cost, may have to move if there is a price increase in [date removed] and we really don't want to move!

The staff is great. Everybody is so friendly and so helpful have not really run into any problems. The apartments are really nice. I don't have anything but good things to say about them. They keep everybody busy and they know where everybody is and how they're doing it's just a wonderful place.

Absolutely love At Home Senior Living of Thomson, GA. It's the "Goldilocks" of assisted living and memory care. The staff are amazing. No condescension, treating everyone with respect and dignity. Contacts are always answered promptly, and assistance in all facets of care are covered.

The folks at the social have been nothing but kind and helpful in providing services for my father. Therapy services are available on site. Medical services are also available.

5 on each item. I'm so glad I chose The Social. I'm very happy here. The facility is clean and neat and conveniently located. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. They also are very prompt to fulfill reasonable requests.

A few things I like most about this community is it lively, cheerful, active and clean. I would recommend The Social at Savannah to others.

The Social is a very cheerful well run facility which feels like home. The care is excellent with frequent daily check ins between the staff and residents and offers plenty of engaging activities. The dining experience and the food is top notch. An advantage is that it is not financially tiered--no additional charge add ons depending on level of care--only one flat fee based on rent. Everyone gets the top level of care.

5 for all of them. I am very pleased with the level of care and communication of this facility. Staff is friendly and communicates with not only the family but each other. So there is not much miscommunication. Also was willing to work with me when I needed to move my mom away from another resident.

The facility is beautiful and very clean. The staff always seem willing to go out of their way to help. Since we live quite far away, they have been very responsive to texts and emails.

The communication with our first visit and afterwards before we moved our loved one into the facility, has been excellent. There is always some adjustment. And bumps in the road when you are dealing with dementia patients, but we are very pleased where she is.

I'm having to get acclimated to the Assisted part. I am very independent person, so even at 76 years of age, I'm learning to ask aides (etc) for assistance. But im getting used to it. I actually feel more "at home" in The Springs.
